I'm not one for commenting, but I will say when we got the vehicle. They knew that once we got the income tax back that we would pay it. Well its been since feb 25th since we done the taxes at hr block. Well the dealership said that as long as you keep paying the monthly payments until the income tax comes back thats fine. Well since its been over a month since we got the vehicle from them.

They have gps on all vehicles. Well now there complaining about the down payment, Im not the irs I can not rush them! well got in the vehicle today, they have the alarm going off from the gps, because they did not receive it yet. So before you think about buying off them, think twice about it. If you do make sure you pay the down payment the sameday. Or you will have to deal with the childish alarm instead of calling and asking.

At first it wasn't very pleasant but then Loretta made sure I was taking care of the day we went up to pick out a car. She gave us the manager and he was a gem and also the lady who did all the paperwork was the best, my daughter co-signed but had to leave a certain time for my grandson to go to the dentist. She was very patient and got her out of there on time.

This place is a joke, dont be fooled with a clean car an nice welcome. After 3 months your vehicle will start to fall apart after 1 year your going to be wishing you went to another dealer. Please go to chevy or honda, even ford, dont put yourself in a bad spot for a quick ride.

After my divorce, I feel blessed that I was able to find someone to give me a car loan. I've had to take it back a few times, but Carl and his team took care of me every time and it was actually a tricky problem that they figured out. The interest rate is high, but my credit was pretty crushed so again, grateful to have had a place that would finance me a car. Not to mention, it's helping to raise my credit score tremendously! Always friendly and professional service. The garage here is the only place I take my vehicles to get serviced. Bought two cars off of them, one a couple years ago that still runs great! Gave it to my mother as a gift.

Wayyyyy too high interest rates and terrible service. They will not work with you whatsoever, even during an unexpected pandemic when everyone else has sympathy. We have never been late on a payment in the 2+ years that we have been a customer. I asked in August if we could make our payment a week later than scheduled and was flat out told No. I had to beg and put down half of the payment so my car wouldn't be shut off in the meantime.

You realize who is there for you in times of crisis and they are not those type of people. Can't wait to be done with them and their high rates! Taking advantage of those who can't go anywhere else. Their 26% interest rate is just UNREAL! Paying $20,000 for a $4,000 vehicle. Somehow we signed a contract for 3.5 years when we were under the impression that it was for 3 years. Please.it is not worth it.

My experience with D&D Motors was amazing. I've purchase a car previously an this time was even better than the last. The entire staff was super helpful an very patient. They made car buying easy an fast. I will continue to be a customer of D&D Motors. I have to say that if I have anytime of issues with the car all I have to do is call the D& D Motors Garage an talk to someone an the issues is taking care of.

I live 100 miles from the D&D garage but they found another garage closer to me to make the necessary work done. Between buy a car an then fixing my car D&D Motors has done everything to make not only my buying experience wonderful but helping wit fixing my car.
