My Tesla was on the receiving end of a door while Parker. I found the certified spokane Tesla body repair service and literally from start to finish, the best customer service. The quote they gave me and the explanation of the cost and their process was great. We scheduled the date, I dropped my car off and within a week it was finished early. I came inside to pay and they where actually underbid for their work. Again honest, fast and my car looks exactly the same it was.

Pretty bad experience. NOT with any body work or mechanical. Just staff, the amounts, my claim, and the icing was NOT telling me that they had received my $1,300 insurance claim money 33 days PRIOR to ME calling them just too all what's going on, if they knew anything or heard from MY insurance.before they looked into my file and she said, "OH, looks like we received your money electronically from your insurance on Dec 23." "Hmmm." HMMM IS YOUR ANSWER?

I've been waiting to fix my vehicle for 2 months, and 1 of those months just could have completely been avoided? I filled the claim with them on the 2nd of Dec but i was now talking on the phone with them for the FIRST TIME EVER on JANUARY 24TH! WHAT THE?.

Great communication through the repair with both the insurance as well as with me. The work was great, can't tell where the damage was or what had to be replaced.

I greatly enjoyed my experience working with this shop. They were very attentive and stayed in consistent communication with me while my car was being service after getting rear ended. Our car was rear ended and had extensive damage. The repairs took longer than expected, but were good quality. We have had our car back for a few months now & haven't noticed any "issues" with the work that was completed. When we look at our car, we can't even tell where the work was done. I am giving a rating of 4 stars because the communication was not stellar.

I had to call for updates, instead of being pro-actively contacted when there were changes to the timeline or additional parts needed. Overall, we would definitely use this shop again, even with the communication issues, because the quality of their work is great!

Fantastic shop! We had to take our Model Y in since we noticed a chip in the paint at delivery. We needed a quick turnaround since we already had an appointment for a full wrap and Custom Body moved quickly to help us out. Super nice people, knowledgeable and high quality work. We will definitely use them in the future!

Great repair experience! We had our Tesla in earlier this year for restoration of damage incurred from being rear-ended. Steve, who manages all of the Tesla work, was a joy to work with. He called often to keep us apprised of the process, and he always answered immediately when we called with additional questions. We couldn't have been more pleased with quality of the repair and the friendly, professional customer service that we experienced!

I just got my truck back from Custom Body and it looks gorgeous! This is the 3rd time I've used Custom Body for paint and body work. The first time they painted my hood and fiberglass bed cover. The 2nd time they painted a camper shell for my truck. This time they painted most of my truck. I am really impressed with the quality of work they produce.

However i do have a couple gripes. 1). The rocker panels on the drivers side were not painted despite my request that we paint those. I do intend to put bedliner on the rockers but still I wanted them painted bc it may be awhile before I'm able to get them done. 2). The inside of my truck was filthy. I had just detailed it a week prior to dropping it off and when I got it back it was extremely filthy.

My carpet was dirty, floor mats strewn about and dirty. Everything was covered in sanding dust. 3). My salesman did an "ok" job at communicating with me. I had to call to get updates and it took over a month for my truck to be completed.which honestly wasn't the big of a deal except that I had called on May 28th to check the status and i was told that it would ready on 6/1 or 6/2.

I waited until today, 6/8 without a call or update so I called to be told it was ready. The communication was simply lacking IMO. All I'm saying is this experience was just ok. The quality of the workmanship is without question.and the above mentioned items keep the experience from being great. When I spend a months salary getting my truck painted I expect to get it back clean and the way I want it.

I've taken several vehicles to Custom Body for repairs. These guys always do great work, prices are fair, and I know everything will be done correctly. Every time my car comes back looking like it was brand new. I have such confidence in them that I don't waste my time getting bids from anyone else.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Lance here. We took our car here after getting an estimate to get some damage fixed caused by a deer. Our insurance deductible was high so we decided not to use insuracne but get it fixed anyway. it only took about 3 days to get it fixed. When we picked the car up not only was it looking good, they also hand washed the car, buffed the headlight that they didnt replace, and washed/scrubbed our weathertech floor mats. Above and beyond experience from the staff and quick turnaround on the repair. Would definently recommend.

Guess you get what you pay for. Body work was lowest price with lifetime warranty. Went back after 2 years, area that had been repaired the paint was popping up. Standard excuse well this is Spokane and there are alot of rocks on the road. Well the paint wasn't popping anywhere else. So if your keeping your car I don't suggest using the auto body shop. They don't back their work.

We decided to go with Custom Body because they had a good reputation and good reviews and they were highly rated on State Farms preferred body shop list. I set up an appointment and it was relatively easy to get in, only downside was it was a month out for repairs due to being busy in the early fall. The vehicle was dropped off on a Monday because they were supposed to start the work on a Monday and it was to only supposed take 3 days to repairs.

I drove by after work on Wednesday of that week and it was still in the same spot. I figured maybe they had a supplement and no big deal. We got the go ahead to pick the vehicle up the following Thursday late in the day, the car was picked up Friday afternoon when my wife got off work. Upon picking it up my wife noticed many flaws in the paint. The car had bubbles through the clear coat, orange peel, and runs in the paint.

My wife pointed it out the imperfections and the employee who helped her seemed inconvenienced that she was pointing out the poor work, he mentioned it was late on Friday and he wanted to leave since there was nothing they could do at that time and to bring it back so they could fix it. I'm not sure how the original work could pass as acceptable or something they would want coming out of their shop.

She did bring it back for one day so they could fix their mistakes which they did. When we spoke to State Farm about the rental car cash out they were only going to pay 9 days from Wednesday to the following Thursday. We had to let them know we were scheduled to drop the vehicle off on Monday for repairs to begin, they had to call Custom Body to confirm when they received the car.

Custom body confirmed the drop off date so we were paid the 11 days loss of use. I asked about the loss of use for the 1 day it took to fix the paint, state farm had no record of that because Custom Body did it off the books so there was nothing to track. Due to the accident the car need an alignment. The first alignment Custom Body did during the first week was better then it was.

When it went back in for the supplement my wife mentioned how it wasn't quite correct. Custom Body did a second alignment on the car and made it worse then it was before. I contacted State Farm about having an alignment done somewhere else and submitting a receipt for reimbursement. State Farm recommended going back to Custom Body since they were in their network.

I explained the ordeal of dealing with them. State Farm advised if we went somewhere else we would need a report from the shop stating the alignment need was from the accident and that they likely wouldn't reimburse the fee. I ended up having an alignment done out of pocket instead of jumping through State Farm's hoops or dealing with Custom Body again. Moral of the story Custom Body might do good work but they also might pump out unacceptable work when they are busy.

Simply amazing and wonderful! They do excellent work and are so nice. Took my car in to get the mirror painted and they vacuumed and cleaned the inside and outside! Couldn't be happier!

Sooo great, I recommended them to everyone I know! They will treat you like family. After I was hit by a deer on 395, my car was a mess. Custom Body took care of everything. They coordinated my tow to their shop, gathered all needed information (approx. cost to repair ect.) to get my insurance claim going and kept in touch with me all along the way! Amazing people, great service and very knowledgeable! This is our repair shop for life! Thanks again guys, you helped to make a real ugly situation manageable!

I took my car in to have some body work done which was from an accident I caused. Insurance covered all but $250.00. They had my car for about a week and they were so super to deal with. When I picked my car up, it looked absolutely beautiful. I was completely unable to see where the damage had been. I recommend Custom Body to anybody considering work on their car. The work is excellent and the people are sincere and professional.

Not A lot of fun having to hear car fixed, but these people inspire confidence in their work and were excellent communicators. Made a negative experience as enjoyable as possible
