Crutcher's was started in 1980 when my father, Milton Crutcher, went into business for himself with the help of my mother Brenda. Prior to going into business he had been professionally working on cars since he was a teenager in the 1960s. Since then he has been taking care of Franklin and the surrounding areas automobiles.
Maintenance - Routine maintenance such as Alignments, Oil Changes, Brakes, Filter changes, Fluid Changes and Flushes, Tune Ups, Timing Belts, Tires, Tire balancing. Repair - Diagnostics and repair of vehicle problems including check engine lights, ABS problems, break downs, noises, vibrations, window and door problems, emissions failures, Heating and Air Conditioning problems, etc.
I just used Crutcher's for my Moms car as she is new to the area. I love these guys! When we picked up the car and paid the bill we just left. They (the owner himself) called me back and said due to their new system I had been overcharged and due money back! I'm so happy to find someone honest and dependable in this industry.
This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty. This limited warranty is made by the Independent Repair Facility ("Facility") who is so named on the original repair invoice and performed the service/repairs on your vehicle.

I am more than satisfied with Crutcher's. My truck broke down and really through my day off track. I called Jamie Crutcher and he told me to tow it in. I was worried that I would not find a rental car and he told me he had a loaner car available while the repairs were being done. That in itself was a huge help and greatly appreciated. I later got a full diagnostic and the repairs were far less than I would've expected.
They put me ahead in their already packed schedule and had my vehicle repaired in two days! Jamie was very thorough with the entire process and really helped me through a stressful situation. I have already told three of my customers about them and will continue to do so. Great customer service goes along way with me and I am truly grateful. Thank you Jamie and your team!

I wish I could give this business 10 stars because they absolutely deserve it! Hands down the best place to take your truck/car for repairs & maintenance. I drive 40 minutes to have them work on my truck because they are the only place I trust to repair my truck and repair it right the first time. The work they do is top notch and the people there are the nicest you will ever encounter.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Hayden (he was my rep while my truck was being fixed). He squeezed me in without an appointment (they were booked up for the next 2 weeks) and was In constant communication with me throughout the process. He even knocked off the charge for my tire rotation which wasn't even necessary as they had already saved me a few hundred dollars with their competitive prices and warranty. Safe to say, I am a customer for life. Thank you Crutcher's!

I got referred to this place and it seems to be very professional. They sent me a email of my repairs being done for me to authorize it and once I did that it was ready the next day. I drove the car and it seems like everything is working fine the brakes are in good condition and plus they give a 3-year warranty I highly recommend this place if you want good quality service on your vehicle.

Check engine light came on (blinking pattern). The lead manager at Crutcher's quickly identified P1326 error on my 2018 Hyundai. He also researched the database in his office and offered the best solution: go to the dealership. He said that if they touched the engine of my car, it would void the warranty. That was an honest and correct answer. It may be hard to find an honest mechanic, but I trust Crutcher's based on my experience.

Got the "SERVICE 4WD" message. Took truck in and they squeezed me in. Read the diagnostics and immediately said that with several messages, the usual culprit was the switch in the dashboard. They also said replacing it was the least expensive fix and definitely worth the first shot (I liked least expensive). They got the switch, installed it a couple days later and all was good to go.
What I really liked was that several of the office staff (front and back) came out and chatted making me feel like a valued customer. Definitely they are now my "go to" mechanics!

Crutcher's worked on my Cobalt a few years ago, and a service issue came up that needed addressing from Crutcher's side. I was so impressed with how they addressed the issue because it was actually kind of an easy thing to put back on the customer, but they took the experience to the top level of care and earned my business. They also took the time to explain things to me and even show me the problems my car had.
I was happy to pay them by the end of it all, and now I'm happy to recommend them. My friends recommend Crutcher's, and I absolutely understand why now. Thank you, Crutcher's, for an excellent experience! (Funny to read that back - it sounds like a commercial, but that's genuinely from my heart!)
