I called to ask how much a front end alignment would cost She asked why I would be needing one so I explained that I just replaced my entire suspension. (Not that it's any of her business anyway) and she said she had to find out and would be back with me in a moment. She came back about 15 seconds later and said we won't do it for you. I strongly recommend going to wedgie in Elkhorn WI they are polite and way more professional and cheaper prices for good quality work

Dave and Mary run an excellent business. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I will be going to Crosby Automotive for all my repair needs. Hands down, the best shop in the area, and it is locally owned! Crosby had my car fixed and ready to go in a timely manner, and for the best price out of the 4 shops I called. Dave even seemes to know things about engines that other shops didn't. You can not beat 40+ years of experience.

Crosby Auto did a great job on my car. Dave, the owner is very knowledgeable about cars and is very trustworthy. I will always use them and they are priced reasonably. The owners Dave and Mary are great people and really care about their customers. It's probably why they have been around for over 30 years.

My car started making some horrible noises and it needed to be fixed quickly. After doing some google searching of area auto mechanics I decided to go with Crosby' s. Robin is amazing! She walked me through everything that needed to be fixed and the awesome guys in the shop had my car fixed in a few days. Simply put this shop is wonderful to work with and trustworthy. I have taken my Volkswagen and BMW to Crosby Automotive Repair several times and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and honest. These people are real car enthusiasts and you can tell they all love what they do. They are very quick and always notify you before performing any repairs needed. The owner Dave is a great guy and has a strong passion for cars and auto racing. I highly recommend their shop for any level of maintenance or repairs.

The staff of this business goes the extra mile to insure that your vehicle is repaired or maintained quickly and at reasonable prices for great work. As a first time customer of Crosby Automotive i was very impressed with the quality of service as well as their professionalism. I was having trouble with my oil pressure light coming on and it was quickly diagnosed and fixed correctly within a few hours! in addition to great service they also gave me helpful information to keep my car running the way it should.

About a yr ago took my truck in for a clutch when I a called a month before was given a different price then when I took it to them of 400. when I asked why so much more I was told it was cus he was slow and looking for work. when I went to pick the truck the battery was dead because they left the marker lights on.(no Biggy) After I got home and thought the work was done the starter wasn't installed right and was grinding. when I called the girl that answered told me I was my battery. when I brought it in it was a loose starter.

So we all have bad days I always give people a second chance but when I send my Wife into this shop for a simple front end alignment on a jeep wrangler. they tell her that they can not do it because the sway bar was missing a bolt (standard 1/2x 2.5) when she asked them to put one in they told her that they don't have bolts and wont do the alignment till she has the problem fixed? ( Isn't this place called Crosby Automotive Repair ) they tell her that the jeep was unsafe and send my wife on her way to fix the the issue and make new appointment for the front end.

So all in all they claim to be a repair shop that doesn't carry Bolts, check there work or do basic repairs to make a vehicle safe. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!
