Advisor Erika that assisted me wasn't that helpful and knowledgeable of the recommended services. Also, when I picked up my car, the wheel lock was missing from my car. She insisted they used my wheel lock, even before checking with the technician. It was discovered they had forgot to put my wheel lock back into my car. I was not happy with her customer service. She need more training to work with customers.

The sales agent and manager were both very personable and went to great lengths to ensure the vehicle I eventually chose to lease exceeded my requirements and that the negotiation process was fair and actually enjoyable. The financing portion of the lease process was streamlined and paperless. Great job!

I am not the kind of person that likes leaving reviews but this time around I though it was necessary to share my experience. I made an appointment at the beginning of the week to see a Nissan Leaf with a sales person at Criswell Nissan. She told me they had one and since it has been hard to find this vehicle I made an appointment to go see it. The appointment was yesterday at 4 pm.

I knew there was a possibility that when I got there the vehicle had sold but I never thought that my experience would be such a negative one. First, the salesperson I spoke with knew I was coming all the way from Fairfax VA to Germantown MD just to have the possibility to see the car. But when I got there nor the car not the sales person were there.

I would have at least appreciated a call letting me know I did not have to put all that mileage in my current vehicle and to waste all that gas. It was very rude to make me go all the way there for nothing. Second, the manager's way of handling the situation was awful. He offered me gas vehicles which I stated I was not interested in, hence why I was trying to buy Leaf.

At no point I was offered to order a Nissan Leaf. He said they were taking order for the Nissan Arya and then retracted saying the dealership was not taking orders anymore due to unknown timelines. The conclusion is they made me waste time, and gas for nothing when they knew I was not a "local" customer. Very rude that they made me go and not even the sales person I had an appointment with was there.

If you sold the car that I was coming to see call and let me know. Horrible experience. I am a serious buyer, if the car had not sold I would have bought it myself. However after this experience I will never buy a car from this place.

I went for oil change and Tire Rotation, but had to wait for 2.5 hrs to get the work completed. The wait time was not informed upfront and had to check with them after an hour to just know that I have to wait for one more hour (and finally it was 2.5 hours). They added $30.00 as Misc. charges in addition to labor and parts for each service and there is no clear explanation for this.

There is 3% fee for credit card payments, never seen this before in any other service centers. Overall I felt that I paid lot more than what should have been the cost for this service elsewhere. I should have read the reviews before I decided to go this place, never going again!

Had to get a rental because my pilot was getting service at honda. Honda got me the rental with Nissan Criswell. Customer service was horrible at service counter with Nissan they gave a small car which was so dirty in and out. In this time where people need to be more careful about where you sit and breath this car was so unsafe/un sanitized. Spoke to them about it and their response was they don't do detail. Ammm i wasn't asking for detail cleaning just a clean and sanitized Car. Manager come and said they going to clean car but when got car back car was same condition.

DID SOMEONE REALLY STEAL $5 FROM MY VEHICLE?! I dropped off my Nissan the first time here for an inspection service. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed half the quarters in my little compartment were missing. I spoke to Customer Service just to let them know how unprofessional that was, the representative became defensive and had no intention to help me. I contacted the manager, and no one returned my call. Very disappointed with their attitude and how they handled the situation.

It was my best experience with a sale person. I was allowed to change my mind many times and got what I really wanted. Even though it took a while every one was kind and patient and at the end I got a clean new car filled with gas. Thanks everyone

Horrible! do not waste your time at this place, they take your money, make excuses, hang up the phone when you call. i have so many names at this place and not one person does what they are suppose to do, i actually called nissan to see if they are a actual dealer or a flim flam operation! scary tactics at this place. stay away from mark, edwin, mr. lopez Nisaa should shut this place down fast

I needed new brakes on my car and searched for dealer service specials. I found a special for 269.00 for brakes and rotors. No disclaimers nor any mention of service fees were on the website regarding the brake special. After everything was said and done, they charged me 366.00 and failed to give me a correct itemized list of the charge. The employee said the 366.00 included the taxes and service charge. I emailed the service manager and I'm still waiting on a response. Worst customer service. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there.

As soon as we signed the paperwork EVERYTHING went downhill from there! For reference we bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue May 1, 2021. After signing it was close to their closing time so copies of all paperwork were not given to us on a flash drive as they specified. We had to call multiple times to have them mailed to us. After purchasing we were told our tags/license plate would be sent to us in about 2-4weeks.

Two months and two expired tag tickets later and STILL no tags/plates. We called multiple times and FINALLY got someone on the phone and the said we needed to get an inspection done and send it to them. Fine, but we were NEVER told this prior. We get the inspection done and send it to 3 different people and still no response, and it's been a whole month!

We are still till this day calling and leaving voicemails that are NEVER returned and sending emails that are NEVER replied to in order to get the status of our tags/plates since we've submitted our inspection. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN

I had an appt for an oil change and waited over 2.5 hrs before I drove off that place. There's a 3% fee if use credit card. For a big dealership like this, who knew to bring a debit card. They actually make the customers pay for their credit card fee, the service rep couldn't explain why there's a $15 Labor charge on top of the oil change.

He kept telling me when they do the oil change, they would charge this labor fee in addition to that. So every time someone sees a listed cost for oil change for, says $80, people would not expect $80 charge but be surprised another $15 for labor fee? Never heard of such thing. I also got no text like was promised when it was ready, had to go back to ask to find that out. Total with filter charge over $160 full synthetic oil and that doesn't include the extra 3% credit card fee. I feel so ripped off. Not ever going back.

Be aware with this dealer. I have bring my 2019 Titan for A/C service. They have charging me $550. to charge my A/C system and found two months later that the A/C doesn't work again. I have bring the truck back and found they haven't run a diagnostic on the first service and now I have to paid for a diagnostic + recharge the system back. Looks like this people don't know what they really doing or maybe they are playing the game to let the clients paid twice for the same service.

I have decided to bring the truck to a different dealer and they surprised they want to charge me back for the poor service they do at tue very beginning. I will not recommend this dealer in any way. Customer service very poor.

We purchased our vehicle from this dealership one year ago and, we have had it serviced here ever since. Just recently, our SUV was scheduled for service and upon completion and pick up, when driving home, we noticed our Glove Compartments were RAMSACKED (BROKEN INTO)! EVERYTHING WAS IN DISARRAY! I Know how I keep my items. They were in a complete mess when I looked inside of the compartments!

Your Service Advisors or Mechanics were OBVIOUSLY Looking for MONEY! They were unsuccessful in their attempts bc we do not keep money in our vehicles. This is TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Also, one of your female workers was picking and choosing what cars to vacuum. She didn't do ours nor the people behind us! We are very disappointed and disgusted with your CODE OF CONDUCT! We're certain that this has happened to countless numbers of customers.

We did not have time to turn back and make this complaint to the manager at the Front Desk also, for the sake of our personal Safety. We will Gladly search out another far better Professional Service Mechanic elsewhere as we WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CRISWELL BURGLARY DEALERSHIP IN GERMANTOWN ANYMORE! UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS ( Money, Jumper Cables, Spare Tire, Etc.) STOLEN FROM YOUR CAR, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL PLACE!

This dealership is very amazing! Customer service: I had the pleasure of working with Natalia. She was awesome, informative, courteous and extremely professional. She made sure she got all the details of the features I look forward in a car and went the extra mile as far as trying to get me the best deal possible. Further other representatives and even the manager were extremely kind and genuinely here to help.

I truly felt like I could trust them and wish I came here for my first Nissan I am so grateful and appreciative of the level of kindness, courtesy and professionalism I received here. I made an appointment on Saturday for Monday at 5:20 and when I get there, they tell me they don't take appointments after 5 and the customer service agent might have made a mistake. I thought I was coming for my car inspection and it's just annoying that I couldn't receive the service I made an appointment for. Not blaming anyone but maybe they should get better at communicating and organizing appointments. Also, the person didn't even care to apologize or anything. Honestly I won't be coming back here.

Took my car for an oil change at 1pm, just an oil change, nothing more nothing less. Not only did I not receive a phone call when the car was finished, there is now a undeniably loud mechanical noise coming from the right side/tire of the vehicle. I called on my own later in the day just to be told the car was finished but due to covid the shop was now closed. What's even more unbelievable is that they conviently listed front brakes and rotors as items needing replacement.

I had all 4 breaks and rotors changed less than a year ago. I have been extended suspicious of the service team at this location. It seems every time I take my car in I get it back in a worse condition than before. I live in upper Montgomery county but am now way more willing to drive further for professional service at dealerships in Frederick or Rockville. I highly recommend others avoid this location and do the same.

Sale guy, Wayne was great. Great customer service from him but that is were it ended. Financial dept totally screwed me with their lack of communication. Did whatever they want and never talked to me about. Spoke with manager and all he could say was sorry. Everyone is sorry! Ordered me new tags when I said I was fine with my old tags. Had to take a half a day to fix that issues! The lack of customer service is awful and I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I bought my rogue from Criswell. BAD mistake. Their service department is awful. I tried. I went back several times. But today did it for me. I will never go back to this dealer again. My driver's side mirror was broken. I made an appointment online because no one was answering the phones in the service department. I got there on time. The person I had the appointment with wasn't even working today. Erica was my service representative.

She promised to get back to me within an hour. Ha! I had to ask a couple of times to get a response. Their quote was way too high. I ended up at Darcars in Rockville. They took me right away. Their quote was way less. They are taking care of me. Guess where I will buy my next Rogue. Stay away from this place. Poor.

If I were to describe this service center it would be sloppy and dishonest. They poo-poo'd my concern, which they caused, and could have blown my engine. I brought my new Nissan Kicks in for the first oil change at 5000 miles on a Thursday. It was running fine up until that time. (BTW, I love the car.) When the oil change was done they drove it out and immediately I smelled fumes.

I drove off with my windows wide open to air out the fumes, but it was intense. The next day I texted them about the smell still inside my car. I wasn't able to bring it back in immediately, but smelled the odor all weekend. Monday morning I brought it back and sat for an hour and a half while they "checked it out" but was told it was just a loose oil cap and all was fine, and they gave me a courtesy car wash. Yay.

I drove home, and luckily my neighbor alerted me to the puddle of oil dripping from my car. I had it towed back because I had driven it a lot over the weekend and when I called friends about the issue they found oil wherever I had parked. Eventually Criswell said it would fix the problem - a leak in the solenoid - (it's under warranty) - but I believe they caused the problem, and that they had lied about checking it out.

I will definitely never go back to them. The reason I believe they are not honest is because after I brought it in after the bum oil change with still strong fumes vaping off the engine, and having driven it 300 miles over the weekend, it HAD to have been low on oil, and rather than telling me that truth, the tech topped it off without acknowledging the oil obvious all under my engine. He sent me home with a worsening oil leak rather than admit the problem and fix it.

Purchased a car from them two months ago. I will say the buying experience was a decent one. Danny Nguyen ( who I do not believe works there any longer, or at least that is what I was told) was great. The problems started when I drove my car off the lot. I have had non-stop computer issues from day one. I called the service center to let them know I was having these issues and was told to take my car elsewhere a I have a warranty and they would not be able to accommodate my issues.

I finally talked to a manager, who told me to come in on a Saturday at 9:30 am, to have my car looked at. Upon my arrival, one of the service mangers Danny told me " he had told me not to bring my car there on a Saturday and why would I show up when HE had told me not to come there in the first place" I had informed him that I was told by a Sales Manager named Mike that i should come down to have my car looked at that Saturday.

They looked at my car and found nothing wrong. I am now having more issues. My AEB is currently randomly engaging. I sometimes drive with no radio capabilities, nor does my car recognize my phone when it plugged in. I told Criswell these things and they told me nothing was wrong with my car and sent me packing. They even informed my they filed a case for my with Corporate Nissan.

This was not the case. I called them myself and said they had not record of my concerns being filed with them and I had to open a case. Choose a better dealership that with hear your concerns and take care of you. This is not the place. There are several dealerships that will at least listen to you, even if it's just on the phone/ YOUNGER NISSAN AND PASSPORT NISSAN are two dealerships that I recommend over this one

Horrible customer service, I got there for a recall on my versa 2008 it took them 3 days to get it done and at the end they show me an estimate for over $500 because a cable for the transmission was broke and the car couldnt move and they said it needed to be towed away ( I DROVE THE CAR THERE) after some argument with a rep called Matt manager was called and got involved. Finally he "fixed" with some battery cable and epoxi so the car can move. Overrall horrible experience with this joke dealer.

Great service! HUGE shout out to Crystal! I have been spoiled with my mechanic and was very nervous taking my Maxima to a dealer for an airbag light that seem to won't shut off. The light is finally off after seeing Criswell. Crystal really put me at ease! -Explained the process and everything in a detailed manner -Professional -Clean -Offers car rentals or a shuttle service within 10-15 mile radius of dealership -Pilot -Super friendly -Courtesy phone call mid day to let me know the status of my vehicle -Repair was done quickly I highly recommend visiting Criswell and especially Crystal. This place changes the way I look at dealerships. For a second time, in 6 months, I have an exceptional experience at Criswell. My vehicle needed some major repairs under warranty. My advisor, Crystal, is professional and friendly. She kept me updated throughout the repair process. Always returned calls in a timely manner. Needed repairs were addressed properly and I was given options to decide how to proceed. Suggestions and recommendations were made without the feeling of being pushed. Crystal is sharp when it comes to troubleshooting problems.

She does not mind to go an extra mile to make her customers happy. Manager Andy is professional and welcoming. He listened to my problems with the vehicle and immediately took actions. His is concerned about the customer and makes sure everybody is happy. The waiting area is clean and accommodating. There is a WiFi for those who need to get some work done while waiting.

Coffee and tea is provided. The technicians at Criswell are knowledgeable. Their work ethic is on point. I appreciate you guys. Keep on working hard to satisfy customers so they come back.
