I can start by saying the buying experience from Steve to the finance experience was great. But after has been a nightmare and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a used 2017 GMC Yukon. In less than 3 weeks the tires had cupped so bad that there is a constant vibration when driving. I took the vehicle in for them to look at it.

The only thing they had to say is it passed inspection. Being as I have a background being a mechanic, this is the lamest excuse I've ever heard. The used car manger (Benny) vowels that he will make it right and I just keep getting the run around. All in all, I would save yourself some trouble and purchase a vehicle from a dealership that isn't just worried about meeting a quota for the month. DO MOT BUY FROM HERE!

This was the first time I purchased a Honda vehicle and. I'm glad I did! The entire process was seamless. I would like to extend a heartfelt 'Thank You' to both Domonique and Andre. They are extremely customer service oriented, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and kind. Dominique and Andre are absolutely the BEST! Thank you both an awesome Honda experience.

Shout out to Emmanuel, the car salesman, and Crystal, the financial manager. Emmanuel walked me through the everything in a very friendly way. He was very helpful and took his time to invest in me as a customer. At first, I didn't like the deal they offered, and I walked away. Emmanuel tried his best to help sort things out until we all come into agreement on a deal.

He won our business and I finally was able to purchase my car. So much respect to Emmanuel. Crystal helped me a in everything related to the car purchase. She is an experienced financial advisor. Very helpful team at Criswell Honda.

Our experience was very bad. your organization send coupons to lure people. Recently we went to your shop to get some service. When the payment was made, the coupon was given, but later we found out the cashier carefully omitted the coupon and did not given any credit for the coupon. Once I purchased one vehicle from this organization. We did not expected experience to be that bad.

Bought my car on Dec 19th with Natasha and the buying experience was great. That was the only good thing about my experience with Criswell. Since then I had to bring my vehicle to have the wiper blade replaced because it was not positioned properly from the factory (new car no worries I figured it would be a quick fix). Unfortunately in the process of replacing the part their technician damaged my hood.

I had to bring it back a second time (through no fault of my own) to have the wiper arm and hood repaired because it was damaged at service. The wiper arm was replaced, but the hood was touched up and not painted as I had expected. When someone tells me they are going to "take care of it", one would assume that it would be taken care of. I guess that's not how things are done at Criswell.

Very knowledgeable salesman. Dominique was very courteous, he took the time to show us different vehicles and then we talked numbers. The whole process was very pleasant because we had the best auto salesman. We will highly recommend Dominique to our family and friends.

Greg at the service center was very patient and helpful in explaining the questions I had with my car and applied the service coupon for me. Went in for scheduled appointment at 10AM, car ready in the afternoon at 2PM. They are not providing shuttle service due to the pandemic situation, which I think is also responsible. My car had a failed battery, and was due for A1 maintenance. Both were done at the same time. Car washed before I picked up.

Carina is the best representative there! I love that she can text me to tell me updates and recommendations for my vehicle. Always so nice! I rather go here than the other Honda dealerships. Even though I live too far for the shuttle service, it's totally worth making arrangements to leave my car there!

We leased a car at Criswell several years ago ago and their attitude was one of disdain. We stayed away for years. Recently one of our cars needed service and we decided to try them again, figuring maybe our first experience was a fluke. It wasn't. The service manager that checked us is didn't listen, so we wasted a whole day while he had them fix something that was a symptom, not the problem.

They quoted a high price because "that's what the cost is for that job". But then when they struggled to remove the old part, they tacked on more. Drive as far as you have to, but avoid this dealership

Another disappointed service customer here. All of my sensors went off so I brought my crv here to get checked. The first time I was told it was something covered under warranty and they fixed it and I went on my way, then the lights came on again a few days later, took it back, same thing-parts were replaced covered under warranty, picked it up and left and AGAIN a light came on.

I took it back yet again for the third time and this time I was told that the service that needed to be done to fix the issue is not covered under warranty and would be about $2100. Keep in mind the two other times my car was there, it took literally all day for them to diagnose and do whatever they did and it didn't work. They sounded confident the first two times about the solution and it failed so obviously my confidence was low and I'm not willing to gamble $2100 on their shotty diagnostic skills. I'm 8 months pregnant, have wasted 3 days, my husbands gas, my gas, and I still had to pay the diagnostic fee today. so yeah I'm going to a local guy.

Brought my car in due to a loud, scraping sound when I accelerated my vehicle. They tried to get me to pay $1500 to replace a drive shaft on my two year old, 27K miles CR-V and told me warranty wouldn't cover it due to evidence of Impact on the drive shaft. Had me pay $90 for the privilege of their diagnosis as well. I expect to pay something for diagnostics but as usual, dealerships are gonna do what they always do.

These guys and their shenanigans are on another level, though, because when I went to my local shop for a second opinion they were to fix the bent clasp around the drive shaft causing all the trouble and noise for $170. Basically this Honda dealership didn't even bother to see if they could fix the issue, they just wanted me to replace the drive shaft because they thought I was a sucker and would shell out $1500 no questions asked.

So sorry to disappoint. If you have a Honda and need work done by Honda itself STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Go to another one further away, but don't go here. After this I've done some research and I see now that I'm not the first person to get screwed by these guys and I won't be the last but if I can dissuade even one person from coming here it's worth it. Go ANYWHERE else.

I normally don't do reviews but I love to write a good review when it is well deserved. : The service and staff at this dealership were excellent. Sahara stayed in contact with me over text message for every step by step of my car service! Sahara was kind and professional, This experience was very appreciative and I look forward to doing business once again with them. I highly recommend Criswell Honda Germantown. Excellent customer service.!

My car buying experience was exceptional. The salesperson was patient, attentive and thorough with all aspects of the sale. I purchased my car, a 2020 Honda Insight nearly two years ago. The car is great. It's fuel efficient, has many safety features in its technology package and it's a comfortable/sporty drive. I get all of my maintenance and service performed at Criswell Honda because the staff are wonderful.

They are friendly, professional and do good work. They now offer a courtesy shuttle service. The only drawback isis they don't wash the car with each visit. I recommend Criswell Honda for your car needs.

The service department is not interested in customer service. I cannot speak to their actual serving of cars. We recently traded in our existing Honda for a newer model. We received a promotional card for a discounted rate on an oil change. After I dropped the new Honda car off for its first oil change, I received a phone call letting me know the dealership would not accept their own coupon because it was for our previous Honda.

I asked for the price difference, and we determined it was around $10. I asked if they could honor their own coupon based on our loyalty both to Honda and to using their dealership for service, and was told that was not their policy. When I returned to the Criswell service department, I asked for the manager and expressed my extreme disappointment with their policy.

I did so with passion, but without yelling, without any use of inappropriate language or any personal criticism of the service team member. The service manager informed me she wasn't motivated to help since I had expressed my frustration first. She didn't ask questions or apologize for the perception of not rewarding customer loyalty; instead she made the conversation about how I made her feel and that due to her feelings, she was not interested in a positive dialogue.

The only thing we could agree on was that we have different approaches and expectations of service delivery, Not honoring their own coupon for less than $10 seems a short-sighted approach to a long term relationship on a significant financial investment.

I wanted to wait a few weeks after my appointment for me to write an objective review to the best of my ability. I made an appointment for an oil change at the Honda Criswell Germantown location on Sat, 9/18/2021 at 10:30 AM. Once I arrived a few minutes before 10:30 AM, I was greeted right away and prompted to show the employee the coupon that I found online.

I also mentioned the coupon when I made my appointment online. The coupon included an Oil and filter change (up to 5 quarts), set tire pressure, perform visual multi-point inspection, and an exterior car wash (weather permitting). After I drove into the workshop, I was informed that my car would be finished in an hour and that I could wait in the lobby area.

Someone would call me once my car was ready. The lobby is nice enough. There are a couple TVs set to various sports channels and magazines laying around to help occupy your time. I just walked around and looked at the cars on display while I was waiting. However, I did notice that a good number of employees and guests did not have their masks on while inside the car dealership.

I didn't receive a call until 1.75 hours after 10:30 AM. Once I got into my car, I noticed an 8 x 11" paper with "NO CAR WASH" in large bold letters and leftover plastic wrap on the passenger seat. I also didn't see a new mileage sticker that indicates when my next oil change should take place. It was lunch time and I was pretty hungry so I didn't bother to talk to someone about the car wash nor sticker and headed off. Middlebrook road is a busy street and I am so thankful that I didn't take the highway.

Right after I made a U-turn, I heard a loud and ugly screech sound coming from underneath my car. I made another U-turn and stopped onto the shoulder to check out what was going on. Half of the grill was falling off because it was not securely fastened after the oil change. I was pretty much peeved at this point. My car took longer than expected, the dealership didn't do a car wash, there wasn't a sticker, and they left trash in my car.

I drove back to the dealership and asked to speak with the manager. The person who assisted me before came outside because I wanted him to see the situation underneath my car. He calmly apologized and stated that he can get someone to "fix it" and have me "be on my way". I've worked plenty of customer service jobs in the past and the lack of empathy / fake apologies rubbed me the wrong way.

I also mentioned how there was trash in my car, no car wash, and no sticker. He informed me because of the dent on my bumper that the dealership was unable to wash my car. I would've been more understanding if this was explained to me ahead of time but no one mentioned that when I first arrived to my appt. I also mentioned the tire pressure adjustment but he just stated that my car's tire pressure sensor is broken. Okay. and there was zero explanation regarding why nor steps that I can take to fix it.

I took pictures of my car from underneath and waited for the manager who was away when I came back. Long story short: she was nice and apologetic. She took the time to hear my complaints and what could've been done differently during this situation. However, there wasn't any action on their end to comp my service and I am not compelled to continue supporting their business. I do not plan on returning any time soon.

My husband took his vehicle to Criswell Honda for a check engine light complaint back in June. He was told it was a failed sensor and if he paid $350.00 the problem would be resolved once they installed the new sensor. He paid the $350.00 fee and on the way home from the dealership the light came back on. We live 15 minutes from the dealership. When he returned to the dealership to tell them that the light came back on, they said that it likely wasn't the sensor as they originally diagnosed.

My husband asked them to send an email to tell him what happened and to share their recommended repair. The Service Advisor literally sent him a one sentence email, " Vehicle will need evap canister and evap vent shut off valve total cost 941. 17" There was no mention of the $351.14 that was just paid a few days earlier. It was if the first repair never took place.

There was no explanation or reference to the first repair. This is very very strange. I will say that they seem to be consistent. The BBB and other consumer complaint agencies seem to have a long list of complaints from Criswell Honda customers. I guess they don't really care because nobody every returned my calls when I left several messages.

I had to go to the dealership at least twice and make multiple phone calls to speak to the manager. Our check engine light is still on and Criswell has not tried to resolve this issue.

My car was acting wired, so I went there for the first time. My husband and I actually wanted Tesla, but we couldnt wait until January. I know dealing with the dealer is a pain in the ass, but we just wanted to at least get the price for CR V. When we got there, we were greeted by one of the dealers at the door and he escorted us to his desk. He gave us a price for CR V and it was higher than we expected.

I know there is a low inventory due to the global chip shortage, but still, it was too high for CR V. The dealer recommended us to lease a car and we were actually considering it. However in the middle of the good conversation, Kevin, the manager, got in and showed us some attitude. We said the price was high, and he said back that it is high for YOU and there are another people buying right now with that price in the room.

He seemed like want to go home because we were the last customer there. After that, the way he talked to us was very rude. I guess he thought that we are college graduate looking for a car lol unfortunately, we are not. We said that the PRICE is high not that we cannot afford it. It is CR V! Why would I pay almost 40000 for CRV with low trim when I can pay few more to get a Tesla or Lexus?

But I think he didnt get a point of what we were talking about. I know CR V is a good car, but we thought that the price was too high compared to its value. It was the worst experience as always. I now doubt about the manager's experience in the customer service. The dealer handled it way better. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends. And, this manager should learn how to act right as a MANAGER.

I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 7:30, almost the first thing in the morning. By 9 o'clock, the car is still not ready. I told the service women that I am in a hurry. She told me the car was ready around 9:10. But she took all the time and the paperwork didn't get ready until almost 9:50. Is that just because I am a minority? Plus, they started charging all kinds of fees. For an oil change, I paid over $10 fees, plus 3% for credit card payment. I will never come back to that dealer.

You rarely find a auto dealer that genuinely wants to help you find the car that you need and to an economic price. And that's what i got with Criswell Honda. The sales associate Sean Nazemian was very patience and kind, one of the managers i met Owen Stepp was very transparent and professional and finance associate Timothy Nguyen patiently answered all of my wife finances questions. They were all very, very helpful and made sure I understood the whole buying process. I'll definitely come back to this dealer for my next vehicle!

Was looking at Accords on their website and filled out a form to request what they called an "Get Your Criswell EPrice". Figured I could fill that out and have an internet manager send me the price. Nope, got contacted by Natasha from Criswell who told me the only way I could get a price was to come into the Showroom at the dealership and talk to someone.

Then why the hell you calling it an EPrice? Criswell don't have an EPrice. They have a bring yourself in to the dealership and get a price. Looks like I'm buying a new Accord somewhere else that can actually give me a EPrice.

I made an appointment, showed up on time, and signed in. I was told te work would take an hour, hour and a half. I said I'd wait. Three hours later, still no word. When I finally found someone to talk to, I was told that the work hadn't started yet. It'd take another hour or more. (The young woman telling me this was very helpful: the only positive part of the experience.) I told them to bring me the car, I'd have it fixed elsewhere.

While the car was being retrieved I spoke face-to-face with the service manager. I told him what happened. I apologized and said he'd talk to "them" about it. Great. Bottom line: If they're going to treat customers so badly with a repair that was scheduled for a week, I sure as hell wouldn't trust them to sell me a new car.

Boyfriend came in to buy a used car. The guys working in the used car department seemed to not even know much about the cars they're selling. While waiting for some of the paperwork the phone kept ringing and none of the employees bothered to answer even though one of them was sitting eight in front of the phone. Honestly just a bunch of lazy sales people.

I also brought my car in for service here and customer service was terrible compared to some of the other Hondas I've been to. I wouldn't recommend this honda to anyone, go to a different one if you're able to. No one seems to want to work at all here.

Incredibly rude salesman. Condescending, slimy and arrogant. He referred to me as "little miss scientist" and implied that I would not have credit history as I "look like a nineteen year old". One of the previous reviews states "run far away", and I'm inclined to agree. Solomon was wonderful, but his manager needs a lesson on how to interact with other human beings, particularly women.

An awful experience w/ used car salesman Steve Maroney. Went to buy the car, we didn't negotiate price, we were ready to drive it off the lot, and it was filthy. Not just like fingerprints or dust, but crumbs and other food residue in cup holders, and even gum stuck to the side door compartment. We asked if they could clean it before we drove off the lot, and Steve was initially resistant, which is super wack considering we were ready to sign that day.

He finally sent it to detailing, where they didn't really do anything. It was sent to detail again but they still missed the food crumbs in the backseat cup holders. Okay fine whatever, Steve offered a free detailing when we come to pick up the tags in ~30 days. We were told it would all be taken care of by the dealership. It's been over a month now and we JUST received an email asking to fill out POA for the title and registration.

We will have to go back up to get new temporary tags because they failed to register the car. I swear, if this weren't his "dream car" I would not have allowed him to sign, because this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a dealership just regarding the customer service received by Steve Maroney.

I came to buy a used car here with my friend. I am pregnant and needed a car with four doors instead of my current coupe. Found a Honda Accord test drive it and wanted to buy it. The car was overpriced for sure I even looked it up on car gurus and it stated it was overpriced. I asked him to take if they could lower the price 2k and I would buy it and they refused to lower the price.

Instead they told me the car had been sitting there for two months and no one has bought it and they have lowered the price already enough. I mean if I wanted to buy a car full price with no haggling I would have gone to car max. I also wanted to see how much my monthly payment would be without putting any money down. I have good credit by the way.

So he calls his manager over and I sign a paper so they can run the numbers. He goes into his office sits at his desk as if I can't see him through the blinds and does nothing then comes back and says you should put a down payment and doesn't give me Any numbers on how much my monthly payment would be. I told him I want the price of the car to go down and he tells me "you are waisting my time" and "this friendship is over and we can part ways" it was so rude and mean.

Me and my friend walked out pissed at the way they treated us. We are two Hispanic females and the manager Hispanic and he thought by talking to us In Spanish he could act as if he was one of us and tried to persuade us. When we told him i refused to buy that car at full price he got me and continued to say we waisted his time. Didn't offer us anything to drink wasn't nice to us at all!

Will never go here again I rather just buy the car brand new if I'm going to pay that much for a used car! Maybe if I went with a male I wonder if we would have been treated the same way.

I take all of my Hondas into Honda dealerships for service. Overall I find the technicians very skilled even if it comes at a slight cost premium. My concern has more to do with the payment side. I was recently paying for a $1000+ service and noticed at the cashier counter a sign that stated that they are now charging a "3% convenience fee" for ALL credit card transactions.

When I questioned this with the cashier she mentioned that I can still pay with a debit card or cash and not be charged the 3% fee. Other than a few gas stations, I cannot recall any consumer facing businesses that are actually charging a convenience fee. Just as bad no one mentioned this when scheduling the service or when I brought in the car for service. I personally don't even carry a debit card. I am hoping that other credit card users bring this up and complain to the dealership so that they can stop this practice.

I hate Honda dealers in general. Their cars are popular (with good reason) so there's always the air of "Buy it or don't buy it. We don't care." This atmosphere seemed amplified at Criswell. The staff is about as unfriendly as any place I've ever encountered. The guy who sold me the car wouldn't even acknowledge me during service visits. Then he has the nerve to email me a few years later about purchasing a new vehicle. Not bloody likely Mr. Kmiec.

***review is based on the service dept., not car sales*** Overall, decent service dept. The workers here are professional, and others are quite personable. Of course, depending on your service, you can be there anywhere from 15mins to 2 hours, but the waiting area is clean with free coffee & tea, cable tv, and magazines, and there's a well stocked vending machine nearby.

My only gripe here was my personal mechanic, who's a buddy of mine, told me I needed a new wheel barring, and that my warranty should cover it if I take it to the dealer. However, when I took my car into the dealer service dept, the mechanics told me that I didn't need a new barring after they test drove my car (without me), and made me wait 1.5 hours.

My buddy hit the roof when I relayed this information back to him and he threatened to take MY car back up to the dealer if I didn't do so. So needless to say, a few days later, I had to wait another hour to be seen again, but this time I requested to speak with the mechanical supervisor. He test drove the car with me and knew exactly what my mechanic buddy was referring to.

The supervisor said he would personally handle my case, and I had a new barring within a day. Since then, I've had to take my car up here a few times for battery manufacturer recalls and other miscellaneous things, but since that gripe, the service has been consistently better. So overall I recommend.but beware of the low key scamming. Yelp pro tip: They provide a shuttle van service within a 5 mile radius if you have to leave your car to be serviced; but you have to call ahead of time
