Weeks ago they said that they would fix the part on my door that was broken as a result of the accident caused by another party. It was not fixed when they dad the car in their shop for weeks and now they seem to be washing their hands of it. Service: Body & Trim

Even though my car turned out to be totaled and I did not elect to have the repairs done, I had to write a glowing review because of the excellent way in which I was treated. Ask for Esteban, he's an honest, understanding guy. 6 stars if I could. lol

Rigorous admin seems very proud of doing exemplary work Does many high end cars with excellent outcomes. They quoted me a higher price than a dealership known to do good work, but the final cost was slightly lower at CRC. I cared for 6 cars, so I was not a stranger to the system.

Initially I just wanted my windshield repaired bc I was going to go out of town and I had already called many body shops and all of them were booked until September/ October. I knew N. Lamar had many places that fixed windshields. However, when I arrive to this place the manager told me that they could get all my April hail storm damage fixed in three weeks. After, looking at their many 5 star reviews in the last 30 days I decided I would take my chance on them.

I wasn't let down, they delivered on everything. My car literally looks brand new. I had 12- 13 k in hail damage, all cosmetic. Now, I feel it drives even better than before. Go figure. I will recommend them to my family and friends, and will used them next time I need collision repairs! Yay!

I took my car here because I have Mercury Insurance and this is one of their partners. We had a hail storm a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to get it taken care of. From what I can tell I'm pleased with the results. I'd recommend them for collision repair and their customer service was very good.

I trusted crc with my pride and joy. they treated me and my car with all due respect. my car looks like its right off the show room floor again. they went overboard to make sure i was satisfied. alex knows what he is doing and is customer service oriented and makes sure they deliver what they promise. the manager is friendly and wants nothing but your satisfaction. if i ever need anything done again. i will go to them. its a no brainer. only the best for me and my vehicles.

I had CRC repair my 1993 Nissan Skyline and I cant say enough great things about them. The car came out flawless I mean I would never have thought it could look this good ever again they really blew my expectations out of the water. Thank you guys so much for the great work you did.
