DFW-based Craig's Collision Centers has been a mainstay in the collision repair marketplace since 1979, when Dallas native Craig Van Cleve opened the 1st Craig's Collision Center at the corner of Main and Oakland in Dallas' Deep Ellum district. Brother Kyle Van Cleve joined Craig's a year later in 1980. A 2nd location was opened the same year in Farmers Branch.

Craig's personnel are friendly. But, they neutered the hitch receiver on my pickup removing the towing capability. They installed a bumper that would not accommodate a fold down license plate holder. They could not install the new bumper, so they resolved the problem, they torched the hitch receiver. No phone call about the problem, no anything. I would never use this service again, even though it is less than 3 blocks to their location on Cooper street in Arlington, TX.
