@Kelly S. I had my wheel bearing replaced, tires balanced and rotated and an alignment. As I drove off I felt my vehicle pulling to the left and after hitting a rough patch on the road that my suspension or shocks were not handling it as well as it did previously. In fact it felt like I had no shocks at all and my tires were bouncing up and down. I wasted no time and called courtesy tire with in 6 to 7 mins and returned right away.

I informed them of all issues and they said it's because I have frame damage that they couldn't align it properly and that I needed to take it to a frame shop. If that was the case? Why did y'all continue the work and charge me for it. Also My vehicle didn't previously have frame damage nor has it ever been in a wreck. Less than 50k miles.

I also told the mechanics about a tire pressure light that was on and all they did was reset it. They didn't even take it in or put it on the lift to see if there was any issues. The tire pressure light came back on within 10 mins from leaving. I would love to take my vehicle back in so someone could actually look at it and figure out what went wrong with the previous work but I'm sure it would be a waste of my time as the first experience was.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here, both personal and business, for over 15yrs and they have always treated us like family. They have never tried to sell me on things I didn't need. Best repair shop in the West.

I've had three flat tires repaired here. Every time I'm always impressed and appreciative of the friendly and easy going customer service. They do a quick, quality, and reliable job. After my last repair they notified me that a recently replaced caliper (replaced at another shop) was the wrong size. I was able to follow up with the other shop and get it replaced for free. I wouldn't have known otherwise. Appreciative of their service.

I blew out a tire tonight about 2 hours before they closed in my newer honda (hondas no longer come with spare tires so that wasnt an option). I pulled into their parking lot and they fit me in and had it done for me tonight even though they were busy with other repairs so that I didn't have to leave my car overnight. I can't thank them enough for making a annoying day painless.

For many years now have driven from n seattle to have them service my car: they're honest knowledgable and always fix my car faster than they say.

We first used these guys in October, 2004 and they have taken fantastic care of us ever since. Owners Kelly and Tim run a great shop that performs excellent work at fair prices. They've replaced tires on 5 of our vehicles, including 3 classic old VW buses. They've repaired all manner of mechanical and electrical issues, both under the hood and in the cab, and they always check to see if something is under warranty so they don't have to charge for it.

Work is always completed the same day or next unless they have to wait for a part to be delivered. They are conscientious about checking to see if another problem is about to manifest itself, so we can make informed decisions about when to have other work done. I can't imagine having a better shop to service our automotive needs. These guys are the Gold Standard and we thank our lucky stars they are in West Seattle!

I stopped by here after finding out my rear axel was broken. Kelly was quick to help me, provide me his initial thoughts on everything and ultimately worked to squeeze me in the next day. After having to tow my vehicle to their location, Kelly called to let me know the issue was much larger and provided his detailed thoughts / recommendations on working with the Mazda dealership directly.

He advised he could still assist, but parts would not be available for 30 days. He was just so helpful, supportive and kind throughout my whole interaction. Didn't even end up charging me for the inspection. I will be recommending this business to all friends/family in the WS area. Thank you CT for your amazing service!

The man I spoke with was extremely professional. Got me scheduled for an appointment quickly. I have a good feeling about this place. Will follow up on my future experiences. He even went out of his way to give me my license plate number when I called and asked for it because the vehicle was at home and I couldn't remember it. So ii called him and asked and he helped me with that. Very kind!

Excellent service. My new Audi's tire blew a week after purchase. Tim helped me make a decision about what to replace it with, even offering to measure the tread so I could consider replacing just the one tire. No up-selling, no price gouging. I love this place! It's the only mechanic I go to since moving to Seattle 8 yrs ago because they are fair, friendly, and caring. As a woman, it's often a demoralizing experience to go to a mechanic but I have to say Courtesy Tire is the only mechanic I've ever been to that didn't hit on me, overcharge me, or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. They will treat you like family every time, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

I used to come here a lot. But I didn't recognize any of the front staff. Was the business sold? Anyways, I took my car in to get breaks done. After inspection I was called and informed it would be a little over $1000.00 for full all for breaks, transmission flush and oil change. I was a little shocked but ok. Then I came to pick my car up. It was a little over $1700.00.

I said that's not was I was quoted. The guy said "that's what I told you". No he did not. Clearly I was taken advantage of because I a women. Every man I've told this story to say I was ripped off. Never go back there again.

Had and awesome experience getting my truck tires switched out for new ones and balanced. The guys at Courtesy answered all my questions in a clear way and I like that they put seat and steering wheel covers on to protect my cab from grease stains. Will definitely go there again.

I got a screw in my tire and Courtesy Tire was the closest shop. I'm so glad that was the case! Kelly was wonderful to talk to and did a far less expensive repair than was originally quoted - in only about an hour. I don't know anything about cars and I'm always worried about being taken advantage of - definitely not the case here! I'll be coming back any time I need auto repairs in the future!

My car had a flat tire so I was towed to this shop on 12/07/2020. The people at the shop were friendly enough and they said I should buy new front tires which I agreed. They said it will take a couple of hours but when I got there two hours later my car was still at the same spot. They said it will be another 20/30 mins and I was okay with it. I waited nearby so I waited and I took my car and drive off due to the fact that I was an hour from home.

On my way home I realised my tire PSI was not balanced attached there is a photo. I called the shop while driving and reported the same, the guy was no longer friendly at this moment and the money was already in the bank 235.85 so goodbye customer. Despite him knowing I lived far and my car just broke down, he was telling me to take the car back for adjustment, maybe their machine doesn't work, they haven't had such a complain again, they must have put the air based on my car, the tire got hot and so many excuses.

I expressed how disappointed I was because they even interfered with my back tires and that was not the problem. My disappointment is this is a tire shop and they should makes sure after 235.85 the tires are up to par and not do a mediocre job and expect that they are dealing with stupid and not someone who knows what they want. I'm not saying avoid this shop I'm putting this review for them to improve on after service.

Brought my car in to get an oil change and they called me to say I needed to replace filters and flush transmission. My friends and family all said I paid too much so I looked at top average cost for all and looks like I paid $100 too much. The invoice makes no sense parts they used does not equal what they explain on the invoice. I don't get why the reviews are so good and that is why I based bringing my car into this place. I feel like as a woman bringing their car in and with no researching before you say yes; you really get taken advantage of. Guess I need to find a new place.

They are great, honest, helpful and close to home! I recently went in and it was going to take 3 days to get my tire. I was able to find it more quickly and they were so nice about it.

Had an issue where I was borrowing a friend's car on vacation, run off of the road by someone not paying attention, and as a result had a dented rim and shredded wheel. The guys at Courtesy Tire were amazingly helpful in explaining my options, working with my timeline, and generally being amazing at creative problem solving. all the while having an incredible demeanor.
