Excelent service and very professional. Bob told me what the possibilities to save my old Chevy S10 were, that because was parked around 7 years Then I drove it for some months and start the troubles on the rusty coolant system. But lucky me, check in this place and let me mention that was my best decition ever. They are very proffesional, I am extemedly satisfied my car is completly different now, I completely notice a big difference and one of the most important pluses, Bob suggest to do some other issues that he found when working on the car wich I have not realized in other circunstances by myself. For now and then even for regular service this will be my place! I highly recomend it!

Country Road Automotive is excellent. In these days of up-selling and pawning off of utterly unnecessary service, this is a professional, personable and attentive repair shop. Bob is extremely informative and takes the time to explain his hypothesis, defines a plan of action and ensures that the customer understands the plan and then goes about performing the job.

The dealer gave me us quote for $8K+ to service and repair our car. Bob's conservative and methodical approach ended up in us just spending $750. Based on his plan, we are still waiting and watching to see if any of the dealer recommended service is warranted. But nearly 1 month after the car was serviced at Country Road, the car is running just fine without any of the symptoms.

Sometimes great businesses have cranky customers. So take any less favorable reviews with a chunk of salt. The better reviews for Country Road proved to be on target. I'm from out of town and needed extra care in evaluating a used 01 (yes 2001!) Honda Insight hybrid for my daughter. Bob and staff took exceptional care to scrutinize the vehicle with the expertise I could not be confident that area Honda dealer service departments would provide. I took my truck in for regular maintenance, they did some repair work, explained the issues I had, and gave me the option to opt out of some of the repairs or reschedule them. No pressure, very friendly service. I've already recommended them to my office workers.

I was literally going crazy with my van with the engine light randomly coming on and the car racing - never knowing if I was going to reach my destination. Turns out (thankfully) it was a simple fix. I can't say thank you enough! How much is peace of mind worth? I will never go to another mechanic again!

Thank goodness we came across this place. Not only were they honest but also well priced. Bob went above and beyond to make sure our old car was up to code and let us know what else needed to be done. The car loan service they offer is fantastic because you can still get things done even though your cars in the shop.

75 miles from home and my car was making crazy sounds. Bob was able to see me, test drive the car, diagnosis the problem, fix it and send me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Oh, and nearly forgot to mention he didn't even charge me for his time and expertise. Great guy, and skilled mechanic. Thanks Bob!

Best there is! My mother started going to Bob with her car, and I was so impressed with the way she was treated, the services they offer, the customer services, now Country Road is my mechanic too. I would reccomend to my friends and family in an instant (and it seems some already go here!)
