Cole and Roxanne (and the rest of the team) are AMAZING. They are so helpful, knowledgable and take care of everything. I was really worried about the insurance side of my accident, but they managed it all for me and put my mind at ease. When I got my car back, it looked like it was brand new again. Seriously. Not only was the body work perfect, but they cleaned the entire inside of my car too. I would go back to them any day and I recommend them to everybody who I know!

I'd give them a poor rating, but the thing is they never gave me a chance. Was greeeted by a woman who asked me if insurance was gonna be used, proceeded to refuse an estimate because i had already gotten one from another local shop. This for a repair near the deductible that likely won't result in claim work. Their customer service ensures ill be sure to look elsewhere in the future needs for bodywork as well.

I just got my car back yesterday from this place. They fixed my bumper and replaced it because it was scratched. The color looks lovely and works looks good. My bf told me that they saw how my license frame was broken and offered to order me one and put it on my car for free. So sweet of them

I brought my 2015 Chrysler 300 in to Pete to get an estimate for an insurance claim estimate due to some damage done to my car. Pete was fabulous from the moment I walked in there. He was honest and told me that he thought that the dent could be pulled out easily and then buffed up so he didn't think the insurance company would need to pay anything.

This was great news. Brought it in today and wow not only did he remove the dent caused by another driver, but he removed 2 others at no charge. I will be bringing all of my auto body repairs as needed to them. Amazing experience with amazing people. Thank you Pete and staff. You are truly awesome and will come highly recommended.

We highly recommend Coon Rapids Collision. Our vehicle was repaired in two days. Pete made things so easy on us, as we dropped our minivan on Tuesday right around three, and a nice car rental was ready for us. Their service was quite effective, and we were surprised that our minivan was already fixed and ready to pick up on Thursday morning. We picked up our minivan on Thursday evening, and it was nice and shiny like new.
