Brutally honest. they roasted me about my serviceable engine air filter. The fact they mentioned that as an issue is puzzling but understandable and how they handled my tension is remarkable. also they mentioned everything wrong with my mom's minivan almost 4k in repairs. But with proof which is perfect. Although the downside is 50 bucks as a AAA MEMBER discount. they said that's AAA for ya. I'm like No kidding they totalled out my car. they agreed.

I arrived at the appointed time and was immediately greeted and my order cheerfully written up. I found patience and a genuine caring attitude when going over my concerns. This was my third visit with my current car, a Subaru. Within the next 2 hours the technician called to discuss their diagnostic finds. We reviewed the necessities and costs, which were within reason.
Such detail they provided, including camera shots in the areas of concern. The work was completed by the afternoon in their spic and span work area. The technician took the time to explain the work that was done and make a plan for our next visit. I travel at least 80 miles to have my car serviced by Connie and Dick's and find it is well worth it. An honest and excellent mechanic is hard to find. My car is a happy car as a result of their excellent work. Clean, ethical, cheerful and talented. Thank you for your continued service.

I needed to bring my car in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. They started on it as soon as they could on Monday. They checked all working parts and determined what the problem was. After checking all my keys (cut and programmed by the dealer) and found them to be defective. They reprogrammed the keys and all is well.

The customer service representative (Oscar) was very professional and explained everything so I could understand. The only concern is the prices were much higher than the Mercedes dealer which is unusual because most customers go to outside services because they are less expensive. The employees were very professional and good about explaining their recommended repairs. The report they sent had photos and they walked me through each thing, then gave me time to think and accept on the report. When our car was going to take longer they gave me a loaner for the weekend. Very pleased with the service!
