We were on trip to Santa Barbara and we had to stop to show our RV for repair and they were so nice and friendly and help us to make sure we can continue our trip and we were so impressed with management and all the staff that they made our day. They really deserve 10 stars for such a fast response to our needs We had try few other co and they didn't want to help us Again thank you for helping us so we could continue our trip God bless you Moe

Took in Range Rover for air suspension diagnostic. Professional and thoughtful service and seemed to have solid experience with Land Rovers and air suspension in general. Good transparency in the diagnostic process and they held the car for an extra night at no charge to continue to check for leaks. I didn't end up following through with the repair yet because it would have been reasonably expensive and not urgent, but the info Concours provided was valuable.

I appreciate that they never pressured me to spend more money. Update: I replaced the compressor myself and Concours reprogrammed the ECU for me. They also helped diagnose and fix an issue with the new compressor, all at a reasonable rate.

We had a complicated electrical problem where the car would intermittently drain the battery over night. The team at concours had it diagnosed accurately and repaired within a short time. While the car was in for the electrical repair the team found and despaired a coolant leak which could have caused some expensive problems in the future. All of our repairs were "photo documented" and emailed to us prior to discussing repairs. Xochitl was FANTASTIC!

Very pleasant to deal with, very professional, follow up was excellent. If you have a problem that nobody can figure out, take tour car to concours! The team at concours "garunteed" me they could fix this complex electrical problem before they started working on the car! They were right. Highly recommend their expertise!

Concours Motors is everything I was looking for in a mechanic for my BMW. The customer service is excellent. My first conversation on the phone with Sochi put me at ease. When I arrived I was graciously greeted by Phil who was patient and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me in detail what my care needed. Every question I had was answered with patience and detailed knowledge.

It's Always a Pleasure to take our BMW In for a service appointment at Concours Motors in Ventura! As soon as you walk through the front door, you are greeted with Hi Bill, Hi Pati from Sochi and Gary, Service Advisors and Phil, and the Manager. And J R Luna, the owner, if he's in very early Their Customer Service is Outstanding. They text you with updates, and call you to discuss the work reformed and the bill before you arrive for pick up.

They also do a 53 point safety inspection on your vehicle, Including checking fluids and air in your tires. Oh, did I tell you that they sent out a Happy Thanksgiving Card with a $51.00 card to redeem on your next service? Now that's Wonderful and Amazing. Thank You Concours Motors, Pati and Bill Vidrine

Came in with paper work from the dealer showing a list of services that needed to be done to my vehicle. Came in with one simple question. All I asked was how much it was going to cost to get those repairs done or what the price difference would be and all the lady kept saying was "it'll be at least 30% less then the dealer price." I asked how much exactly it would be because I'm interested in an actual number price not percentages but she never actually gave me a real price and just kept saying 30% cheaper and then tried to show off they're awards and certificates on the wall like that would help.

She also asked multiple times if I'd like to make an appointment but why would I make an appointment when you can't even give a price, estimate, or cost of repairs to your customer. After reading multiple reviews I'm convinced she kept trying to get me to make an appointment so they can charge me for a diagnosis even though I already showed her and told her exactly what repairs needed to be done.

They were not helpful at all and I left with my question still unanswered and unsure if I will return. The previous owner of my vehicle said he took the car they're for all services but in my experience with whoever I talked to was unprofessional and feelings of they just want to get some money from you

This is the place to take your vehicle! The staff is very kind and professional. Phil kept me informed on the work being done. The shuttle service was a plus! My overall experience from 1-10 was a 12! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Brakes

I have been looking for a reputable auto repair place for the past year. I received an impressive advertisement from Concours motors in my mail that caught my eye. I decided to give them a try. Xochil was my representative and she handled everything professionally from beginning to end. I was impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, follow up, communication and the work performed on my car by the service technicians.

I can say that I would definitely bring my car back for service as I trust that Concourse is knowledgeable in handling European vehicles (Mercedes). This says a lot as I normally would take my car to Mercedes in Westlake. They are very good too, but I didn't want to keep paying the astronomical prices, especially now when gas, food and everything else going up. I would definitely recommend Concours Motors.

This is the best place to bring your foreign cars for repair. The staff is expert and they have the most cutting edge equipment to truly diagnose issues with these new computerized vehicles! Definitely give them a visit if you need help! Ask for Speedy, Gary or Phil!

I brought my Audi Q7 for a check engine light, oil leaking, battery power and alignment. Gerardo and Phil were very professional. My car was fixed and I'm very happy with the repair. So glad I took my car to Concours Motors. Totally satisfied from beginning to end. Service writer Phil was knowledgeable and very courteous, kept me informed on the entire repair. Explained everything clearly. I had a very complex electrical problem, which there tech throughly went through the electrical system and identified, diagnosed and repaired the problem. Most shops would not have been able to accurately diagnose my electrical issue. I would definitely recommend this repair facility.

I was having issues with my car shaking after starting the engine. The dealership ran a diagnostic and recommended I changed my engine mounts. I took it to Concours for another look and the whole experience was so easy. They ran diagnostics, found a different (and less expensive!) fix. The shaking stopped and I notice that my car is running smoothly switching gears. Updates are provided at each step with photos and texts. Clean facility and amazing customer service. Felt well taken care of! Quick, efficient and trustworthy!

I showed up one morning with my 2009 BMW X5 at Concours Motors without an appointment and Matt at the front desk took me in with no hesitation. My husband had noticed that the rear right side was sitting lower so knew it was a suspension problem. Matt emailed me pictures (which impressed me) after the technician did an inspection of the entire car showing the problem areas. Matt called me afterward to go over what is recommended to have done & in the future, the costs and spent a lot of time with me answering questions.

My car needed both rear air springs replaced plus learned that it needed a transmission fluid service & the A/C system needed recharging with freon. Very happy with their customer service from the beginning to the end. Matt is excellent to work with, seems very knowledgeable & appreciated him helping me out.

I have taken my BMW 7 series in for major work, valve job, and they were fabulous in getting the work done, in verifying the work, in relaying all information and any precautions. This is the only place I will have work done on my Mercedes . I drive an hour to their location because they do outstanding, quality work. They provided a review of my vehicles issues, including pictures and rating of importance, giving me the opportunity to choose what work I would like to have done. They have been my "go-to" place for almost 10 years - and counting!

Stopped into Concours Motors recently to get a second opinion on a problem with my seat being stuck. I was told by my dealership that a couple parts were broken and needed to be replaced. It would have cost me over $1,000 for parts and labor. Dropped it off at Concours and a few hours later, got my car back with an unstuck seat! They also sent me a comprehensive report on my car and have excellent customer service. Turned out, nothing was broken, and no parts were needed. Concours saved me a ton of money and they were also super nice with the whole process. Thanks Concours Motors!

I've been bringing my car here for over a year now. They do great service and are very knowledgeable. They also accepted my extended warranty I had purchased elsewhere. You can trust them and know they aren't trying to rip you off like other shops. I like that they give a free inspection with any service and let you know if your car needs anything else. They also check with you first before they do any additional services. Definitely recommend!

It’s never an easy feeling when your check engine light comes on, let alone when it happens to your Mercedes. I always do my research on automotive repair shops (European ones), and I saw that these guys had great reviews. I took my car in to get diagnosed, and they found the problem right away. They replaced the manifold, some sensors, and now my car runs so smooth. Thanks to the great, friendly, and professional staff at this shop!
