Concord Auto Body Shop - Concordville

I had some minor bumper damage to my vehicle. Concord was able to schedule me for same day service, fixed the problem in about 10 minutes, and then refused payment because they said it was an easy enough fix with their tool they didn't want to charge me. I'll be going their for any future autowork I need. Convenient, friendly, and quality service.

Every once in a while I find a local business that is so amazing I feel like I found a needle in a hay stack. I've found excellent electricians, plumbers, tree service, and general contractors that are simultaneously trustworthy and provide amazing value for their services. When I find these businesses I instantly advocate for my family and friends to use them.

They know I take my recommendations seriously. I'm happy to say that Concord Auto Body will now be on that trusted list. From the initial estimate to the experience, dropping the car off, and picking it up, everything was fantastic. The quality of the work was perfect and as I drove home I found myself thinking "the car smells nice.was it cleaned?".

Indeed they had vacuumed the interior which was easy to tell since we have 2 young kids who decide to spill stuff all over the back seat and the front dash had ben wiped down to. Such a little thing but on top of the excellent service I had already received it was like the cherry on top. Oh and did I mention that the day I dropped the car off Dan offered me a ride home? I thought he was joking, and I did have a ride, but he wasn't joking. Save yourself the trouble and uncertainty of searching for someone else, just take your vehicle here.

So if your car gets towed to this place from accident in Media PA area check this - they will add storage charges since they touch your car that day, and charges are $45 a day! also they might steal your wheel and they will say - thats what we got - crooks and thiefs, oh and tow truck driver don't know how to move a car - had to told him what to do since he was ready to drag my truck side by side against another one, just forget about it

Dan was a pleasure to work with over the last month. He took the time to deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me to ensure the repair was done correctly instead of trying to only do the bare minimum. Would definitely return for any auto body work. Thanks Dan!

This shop ROCKS! My one year old SUV recently was damaged by a UPS truck while it was parked. Unfortunately, I had to deal with one of the more difficult insurance companies and Concord helped me navigate the system. They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I have my car back and it actually looks better than the day I bought. AND, it was spic and span inside and out. I urge everyone to keep these guys in mind if you ever need a repair. These gentlemen are the best! They are very professional, honest and very knowledgeable about the industry. I had the pleasure of taking 3 of my vehicles to them (at different years.) and when I got the vehicle back it was even better then new. I never had to return the vehicle to them to fix anything that they had worked on. Not like some other auto body shops. These gents are truly phenomenal!
