I was impressed with the service I received, the quality of work, and the fair, upfront pricing. I held off in rating them until I needed them a few times but they've been great consistently after 3 separate times for different reasons and 2 different vehicles. Even the oil changes are great. I used to go to one of the large chains that you can drive thru without getting out of the car but the price for full synthetic was about $35 more than Computer Tune and Lube. They have earned my business as a repeat customer and I will be going there from now on for all my car service needs.

This is a very honest shop. My check engine light was on instead of charging me $$$$$ they started with the gas cap and that was the problem! Before going to them I checked with 3 shops along with Kia and none of them mentioned the gas cap! Thank you Dan Services: Emissions testing, Auto engine diagnostic

Shysters. (Big surprise) Got a lot of work done there because of the convenient location. They will try to upswell you repairs. They do a good job of explaining the mechanics. Very friendly and efficient. But it's just to build trust. Got my brakes (calipers, rotors, drums, etc) done for $1K, had to go back because it was making a scraping sound every time I turned.
They ended up doing my brakes again and just charged me labor (though I don't know why I paid anything at all since they did it wrong). Then my brakes were sticking. I went back no less than 5 times telling them they were sticking and they kept trying to find a different diagnosis for why I couldn't accelerate fast. I told them about the smell and every other symptom that comes with sticking brakes.
They suggested maybe it was crank shaft sensor and quoted me $350 for a 10 minute job and a $20 part. (I did not do this because I changed that part myself recently). When I finally suggested it was the master cylinder, they were reluctant, and told me I should just sell my "lemon" but turns out that was the problem. Never went back after that repair. Oh and my brakes are still scraping. Spent well over $4K in about 2 years there. Car was fine after I stopped going.

I had a regular - big brand - mechanic I had been going to for years and I had no plans on changing over from them until I was in a jam last month when my alternator died. I called Computer Tune & Lube, and not only was their price better - but it was on an OEM quality replacement, and I had the truck back that afternoon. Flash forward to this morning when I called to see if they could get me in for new brakes.
They fit me in, they talked to me about my options - the prices were still better than my old mechanic - and, barring some Earth shattering event - the truck will be back to me tonight. I don't like change. I like to get to get to know my mechanic and let them get to know my truck. But I also know when it's time to change - and I hope to give Computer Tune & Lube all my business for years to come.

I purchased a set of used tires from a private sale, and needed to find a location to have the tires installed on a 2003 Crown Victoria. I went online in search of a business location in Middletown with high reviews. Computer Tune and Lube came up with high ratings and remarks, so I gave them call. Telephone etiquette was very warm an friendly. The Manager (Dan) listened as I explained what I wanted done, and he gave me a very reasonable quote for removal and disposal of the old tires, and the installation, balance and rotation of the used tires going onto the vehicle. Dan, thank you for the exemplary, professional, courteous and prompt customer service.
