Yet sometimes after bolting them on, your car doesn't run any quicker or, worse yet, actually loses power. The problem doesn't necessarily lie with the shop or parts.
Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS) showed the world how to effectively harness the power of nitrous oxide for automotive use in the 1970's. Since then, NOS has powered more racers than any other brand of nitrous. When you're looking to go fast, rely on NOS to deliver the most power per dollar available. From stock engines to race vehicles, jet skis to trucks, NOS has a kit for you.

Came in with a car I knew was out on timing. They kept my car 4 days just to come back and tell me what I already knew. For 180 dollars. The price they wanted to charge to fix it was more than a new engine for that car would cost. A I do not recommend using this place.

It's not Chep they charge to much and do things that they know already aren't going to work but get you to take the bait. I was able to fix my car on my own for $350.00 and received a better upgrade Item than what they had said even though they said it was updated with the latest program's my car already had Sync 3.0 and when receiving My part from elsewhere it was updated with Sync 3.4 So I paid $250.00 for an update I didn't receive I don't recommend this Place because You could save Time and Money

Worked on my truck without letting me know that it was going to cost a 161.00. Claiming that oil was put in the truck but when I checked there was no oil at all. Joe claims he had my daughter sign paperwork and my daughter didn't know what she signed and in the past he would call and ask me if I wanted him to work on my vehicle before he did anything.

The guys at complete auto repair are crooks and will scam you if you know nothing about cars. They took complete advantage of the lack of knowledge me and my fiance had about our truck's problem. For instance when we left the truck the quoted price was $66 dollars for a bum blinker. To be fair the desk guy did say that the stated price wouldn't be the end price, which is understandable.

What isn't understandable is how on the last phone call I had with this guy he quoted me a price of $650 dollars for a bad blinker. And what was the problem? After hours of labor at $120 an hour, which I had no knowledge of, and an exchanged multifunction switch, which I agreed to, and a flasher fix, which I didn't agree to, the problem was two loose wires on the connector of the multifunction switch.

Two loose wires costed me $532 dollars, and four days without my truck. I was so shocked at how much I paid that I called around, other mechanics, and everyone agreed that I had been scammed. To make my point clear if you want to waste time and money go to complete auto repair. If you want to be taken advantage of and scammed go to complete auto repair. They will be happy to oblige you.

I've been going there for years and find Ben, the owner, helpful, clear about what needs to be done to fix a problem, and is fair in pricing. I'm always grateful for the service completed.

First of all, do not go to this place. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I was in Lubbock and had trouble with my pickup. I looked up reviews on google and picked this place. Should have paid more attention. Most 5 stars appear to be fake and paid for. I was charged 807 dollars for them to drop my transmission. Not to mention that they messed it up even more.

I had a real transmission shop look this over and though I can not prove it it is pretty obvious what happened. They have ghost fees that they are not up front about. $60 just to open the hood. $125 an hour for labor, what a joke. Brought a mechanic friend with me to pick up my truck from these crooks. They wouldn't even discuss anything. Just kept talking over us. Please to don't come to this den of thieves. It will be a waste of money. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I need to speak to a English speaking manager or owner. My 2001 Toyota Solara was puddling clear water and overheated. They claimed it to be a broken water pump. Was it the water hose? I need proof with the old pump that it was indeed broken. They said for a limited warranty I had to buy the $200 kit with timing belt plus $400 for 3 hours of work. Hmmmm was I scammed?

I may make investigations and have the Better Business Bureau look into this matter. I am a 61 year old single Woman with no steady income. I can't afford to be ripped off. I will be calling in the morning.

Absolutely amazing, I was so worried about a oil leak on my vehicle, and the staff helped me figure it out and fixed it and they were very kind and the time was perfect because I had them send my rims off to be painted while they had my vehicle locked down, so it was perfect! I love complete auto repair and I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Went in for a clutch problem. It was all the way to the floor. Benjamin found out it was just a broken bolt on the master cylinder and didn't have to do the clutch at all. He's an honest dude and pleas give him a shot if you need your car worked on!

I've done business with the good folks at Complete Auto Repair for over twenty years, and today reminded me why. Bottom line is this: they are totally honest. I took my car to them for some work a few months ago and then had to leave the country shortly thereafter. Before I left, the car was running a little rough, but I didn't have time to take it back to them. So, I garaged the car for four months.

When I came back to Lubbock last week, I drove by and asked them to take a look at my car. Of course, they could have diagnosed it and told me anything--and I would not have known the difference. But, no, the Complete Auto Repair guys looked at my repair record, checked the car over, and concluded that the problem was related to their earlier work. So, they fixed it free of charge. For their forthrightness, they have earned my total customer loyalty. Thanks for your honesty, guys!
