Took months and multiple trips to get my car repaired. They overcharged my AC and didn't repair a component correctly so I drove around with error lights on for months. They only admitted the error after returning 3 times while they openly taped pieces into place as permanent fixes. They only agreed to the 2nd repair, on their insurance, after my husband got involved and brought our insurance company into the conversation, although they still fought it until we threatened to take the car to a dealership to verify the work was OEM quality. They repeatedly promised a rental for my 2nd repair week then had nothing booked when the repair appointment came up. Polite, but don't trust them.

This was my first accident and had no idea what to expect. My insurance company referred me to Service King. As soon as I walked into the door and spoke to Shannon (my customer experience representative) I felt positive about the process. She was very detailed with me on how the repairs would go and what to expect. Once I got the estimate done and my insurance approval for the repairs, all I had to do after that was drop off my vehicle to get repaired. Shannon kept me informed through the whole repair process via text so I felt real at ease that this was going to go smoothly.

The estimated completion date was Jan 20th but I picked up my vehicle on the 14th instead, a whole 6 days earlier. When they drove it to the front of the building I was kind of in shock, it looked as good as when I bought it from the dealership which was just 6 months earlier. My vehicle looks great and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the hard work and professionalism of everyone at Service King I am back on the road driving my new vehicle again. I will definitely recommend Service Kings to all my friends and family.

I would recommend the Service King at this location (FM 157) Mansfield, Tx. I was given excellent customer service. I was notified every week, sometimes more than once a day on the progress of my vehicle. Service King took excellent care of my vehicle and I got my vehicle back earlier than the expected finish date. Thank you for a job well done! Carletta Harrison

Definitely happy I considered something different. They told me they couldn't work on my car because some part looked "wavy". They considered it to be someone else who worked on my car. Which nobody did even the insurance company confirmed that. Yet they just flat out refused to work on my vehicle. Very unprofessional and I would recommend that you drive the other way to consider another alternative.

From the moment that I arrived at Service King (Mansfield, TX), I received the absolute best customer service experience from Amy which undoubtedly deterred me from using the previous collision repair business that I had also requested an estimate from. We spoke for awhile and she explained to me in full detail how exactly my claim would be handled.

I received my estimate only a couple of hours following and by the very next day my car was dropped off for service to begin. The folks down the road at Enterprise were unfortunately not available to accept calls, so the manager, Darrel, was kind enough to offer me a ride down to my rental car up the street. Before we left, I got to meet Matthew Hernandez who was handling my claim and service.

He was just as kind as the rest of the staff and assured me that my car would be returned to me just as it was before the incident. I was pleased with the service to my vehicle and the outstanding customer service displayed by the staff from beginning to end of this process. These guys really made it all painless and simple for me as a busy working individual in the world.

I will absolutely recommend Service King to anyone looking for a great place to have their vehicle repaired as well as be a return customer myself if it is ever needed. Thanks again to all of you for making me feel comfortable in so often an uncomfortable situation. Y'all were amazing to me and my sweet little ride.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and unfortunately cut to close when pulling out scratching the backdoor and what I thought was front bumper. I went to another business who quoted much much more than I thought it would be. I then went to Service King who I used before and Matthew helped out. He was fast friendly informative letting me know what would happen.

The best part was he noticed the front bumper didn't need repair. He rubbed most of it off with his hand then used a rag to get the rest off BOOM ! So grateful for honest folks in this business. He could have taken my money but he did the right thing. Thank you Matthew. Service King you have a great member on your team.

I found them to be pleasant and professional After we had a small fender bender I just wanted the truck checked for alignment and it was all good. No charge and had a great experience here. I will (hope not) good back if needed. I will just replace the bumper. Thank You Service King!
