I am in the beginning stages of a vehicle repair, the insured motorist is completely at fault, their insurance company has accepted full responsibility. Here begins the journey. Collision Plus staff are amazing, super helpful in explaining the straight skinny of the process sooo glad I was recommended these fine folks! Btw they came super highly recommended, no regrets!

I'm alwayz surprized with theze guyz. they're down to earth and it's like going to a barbeque when you go vizit! Ryan and the crew are all friendly but extremely professional when it comez to bizness! With our prezent climate and pandemic, it might be difficult to obtain the experience that I have each time I've gone, but if you have a car accident or want a paint job, GO SEE RYAN AT COLLISIONS PLUS PERFORMANCE. you'll be glad ya did LOL!

Unfortunately my Audi S4 was damaged by driver not paying attention. Luckily he claimed responsibility which it was his fault. I have used collisions plus performance before many years ago when my Porsche 911 got hit. The quality work that was done on my Audi S4 was the best I've ever seen. Wow! Carter and team have done work on both my husband's 2018 Camaro Z01 and my 2013 Pilot with outstanding results. The discussion of options, quality of the work, pricing, and timeliness were all outstanding. He was recommended to us by Sam at SamTech, another top notch vendor (https://www.yelp.com/biz/samtech-automotive-escondido) so I was hopeful, but they surpassed my expectations.

Chad took really good care of my car from start to finish. He contacted the insurance company for me to ensure that all of the repairs would be covered. He assessed not only the body work needed, but also the mechanical and alignment repairs necessary to put my car back into top condition. Jessica was always very helpful when I called to check on the status. She even went and checked in my car when I called about missing sunglasses. The car looks great and drives like a dream. Definitely recommend this shop!

This company is awesome, very professional and excellent work. I had my car "repaired" by Carlsbad Collision and they did more damage then what I started with. This is my second time using Collisions Plus. They did a fantastic job on the sunroof on my '88 Corolla GTS and just got my Scion back in record time. It looks like new. A friend recommended that I go here. My car got hit and I'm so glad that I chose this place. Carter is who helped me and he was great. I showed up the first time and he wrote me an estimate for my insurance. I called a few days later after I had everything ready to go and he was ready to take my car the same day. Unfortunately, my insurance dropped the ball several times and Carter was persistent with them to get my car repaired. Went to pick my car up and it was factory. Looked brand new.

They even detailed inside and out. I'm a very particular person and it exceeded my expectations. The paint color matched and the trim was perfect. I would definitely recommend Collisions Plus Performance.

Ryan is a gentleman and a saint. After being rear ended recently I've been dreading taking care of the insurance, estimate and repair process. With a busy schedule and lots of responsibility I was struggling to find a reputable shop nearby my work that had decent reviews. So I was stuck with handling Thai nightmare on my nights or weekend. Only problem is all these shops close at 5!

What the heck? I kept calling around until o talked to Ryan and knew right away he was "my guy". He was patient and thorough and even stayed open a couple of minutes late to accommodate MY work schedule.

The staff and team at this body shop were very professional in working with me to get my truck repaired back to it's original condition. They did an absolutely great job in making sure my needs were met. I recommend this shop to anyone who's ever involved in a collision.

Very unsatisfied with work. Car took almost two months to do front bumper and 2 quarter pannels. Ryan is a liar he will say something to one person and another to the next. When I picked up my car they did not tighten bolts on my brakes. One side fell off 5 miles from the shop had to tow it home and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. Terrible do not recommend

Ryan really took care of my car vandalism issue as well as my moms car where someone had run into her car. Staff were efficient and great. Can't see where the repairs were done. Great customer service and work!
