Damage was repaired but was never contacted during the process about the progress of the repair. Thought i would be contacted when they received the parts and when they start repairs but was left in the dark during the entire process. Was missing a can of fluid that i had in the trunk before the repair. Also the wiring was mixed up with the sensors, so after waiting for 2 months to get my car back, i had to take it back to get the wiring fixed. I expected better from collision specialists.

We had an accident on the way back to Houston from Ohio in November. I saw the reviews for Collison Specialists and had it sent there. Through supply chain issues and covid issues they worked to get my car done right and as quickly as possible. They did phenomenal work and the car is as good as new now. Talked with them about fixing my car. They came out looked at place on car from accident. Told me what had to be done. Their work is top notch. So when insurance finishing I will be at collision specialist. They are the best body shop in Jackson, TN. Recommend them very highly

When I was in an auto accident, I was referred to Collision Specialists Inc. of Jackson Tennessee, and I am extremely glad I chose this place to take care of my vehicle. Thankfully, I was still able to drive my vehicle to their location, but in the chance that I couldn't, they offered me some options to get it there. Once I arrived, I noticed they weren't allowing people into the front door unless it was decided that it's necessary, in order to reduce the risk of any infections.

I was fortunate enough to be able to go inside and wait for a pickup from a local car rental company, and I saw that the inside of their building was extremely clean and that they had a lot of seemingly friendly people working there. It didn't take long at all for one of their estimators to come outside with me to record all of the damage from the accident, and then to estimate the cost of repairs.

They worked extremely efficiently and seemed very trained for their jobs, and after about a week and a half, I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived there again, I saw that my car looked like it did before the accident, and it drove wonderfully again. They are fast n friendly they got my car in n out promptly and understood my situation and took it into consideration. Very professional wouldn't mind using them again in the future. I just got my car back from Collision a week or two ago and it runs like a brand new car they did an amazing job fixed everything I asked at little to no cost to me. Hope to never hit a dog in the future but if I do I will most definitely be back to Collision.

I have been using Collision Specialist for 20 plus years. They have never failed to deliver the best quality work with the most professional service. Josh Smith has always taken great care of me he goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. He is courteous and up front with me. Their work is second to none, my vehicle has always come back to me like a new vehicle. They are my first and last collision repair place I will ever use.

My brand new car was hit by an unknown driver. I was able to get an estimate for repairs the next day. Collision Specialists worked fast and easily with my insurance to get everything inspected and taken care of (their quotes were also almost the same, which is unheard of with insurance inspection trying to find cheaper repairs). Collision Specialists even detailed my car at pickup to insure everything matched again. Would recommend this company 100%.

I was extremely pleased with the work done at Collision Specialists. They were able to obtain the parts for my car quickly, and made the repairs in an hour. Everyone was very friendly and the techs were very knowledgeable. And their facility is the nicest I've been in. 5 * for them.

I just picked up my 2006 Z71 Chevy and it looks and drives perfect. I was an auto painter and auto body shop manager for 30 years so I know what I am looking at. I promise you if something is wrong with any repair I can find it. It was an extensive repair over $8000.00 and I pulled it in my well lite garage after I got it home and combed over every inch.

Very pleased with the outcome of this visit to Steve's very modern body shop. We convinced the insurance company to bring it from the accident site in Memphis to Collision Specialists Inc in Jackson. One month and 3 days later the Nissan looks good as new again. The staff was very user friendly from Heather, Bubba, and Chase up front all the way through to the guys in clean up. Very glad to have these guys around.

We were traveling across the country when the car started to rattle. We called collision specialist and they were very friendly. They offered to see us right away. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot! We were back on the road in a couple of minutes. They were super friendly. The place was very clean ( much cleaner than the last rest stop).
