I would first like to start off with saying the owner Butch is extremely kind and so wonderful. His team fixed my car and it was done very quickly with barley any down time. Had some body work done on my kia soul. Great price and ready when promised. They did a great job on my car and have great customer service. Picked up my car and the inside was vacuumed and cleaned! What a nice surprise. Definitely recommend

I brought to their shop to get fix because of an accident. They fixed my vehicle and didn't replace my front grill that was damaged by the accident. When I had brought it up to their attention they kept giving me the run around not returning my voice messages I had left. I was told they would talk with the manager and never gotten back with me. They charge me full service for a half job and because I was a woman I knew that they took advantage of me. Please be aware of this place especially if you are a woman.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and unfortunately I had a younger driver side swipe my car and caused a lot of damage. I called my insurance company and they gave me a list of preferred repair shops. I called at least five that they had provided me and they all had a long wait list to even get an estimate and stated it could be at least two months for parts and repair.

I took a lucky gamble and did a Google search and called the Collision Shop and spoke with Butch. I was a little worried being a single mom that I might get the run around, but I couldn't have been more wrong! I am so glad that I called, Butch provided an estimate within a day of me calling, dealt with the innsurance company and adjuster. He communicated with me very professionally and he never made me feel like a nuisance when I was calling, which was a lot : I was so happy with the work they did, the communication and the overall experience with the Collision Shop.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair! I recently had sent my son there to have his F-150 repaired and again very happy with their work! Found a new, trustworthy mechanic!

Brought in my 2021 f150 completely redid the front and over 15k in damages and the truck looks better than before the accident i don't know how they did it.

GREAT COLLISION SHOP, I've been twice in the past year. One time I had body work done, they did not bill my insurance (at my request.) The price was good, the work was great. I dealt with the owner; he is a clear communicator. He was willing to do a perfect "like new" job if I wanted but I preferred to have him buff/ smooth rather than replace light covers etc.

The finished work was excellent. They are fast & go the extra mile, washed the vehicle & detailed the inside when finished. Similarly, excellent service the second time I went (just got the car back yesterday.) This one required more replacement parts and we went with insurance coverage. Again, he was clear about the work being done, timeline, etc. (Even gave me a ride to work nearby when I dropped off the vehicle so they could get to the repairs quicker.) waived the deductible. Pricing, quality, professionalism, speed, are all fantastic. I recommend The Collision Shop for any body work, an excellent place to work with.

The shop was great to work with. I had damage to my older car that was no longer covered by insurance. I wanted it fixed, but didn't need it perfect. They were able to find used doors to replace the dented ones. I was given the option for new doors, but the used ones saved me over $1000. Exactly what I wanted (and they finished the job a day early).

I hit a deer and didn't realize how bad my car was, I picked the first place that could get my car in ASAP, best decision, Steve is great and very kind, found out a leaking of antifreeze and proceed to repair my car fast, can't complain not even a bit, he took care of my car and give it back in a very reasonable time, my car looks like brand new and he helped me with my deductible so I didn't have to pay a bunch of money, highly suggest his place, glad to work with him, thank u Steve

I got in a car accident recently and wanted some professional work done on my car. Steve Made me feel comfortable and delivered exactly what he said he would. He said the car will look like it just came out of the dealer. Considering I'm a very nit-picky person, I was extremely satisfied with the job done. It was literally a 10/10. My first experience here but going forward anything I need done, I'm taking my car here.

Drivers side car door dent repair. Received car back with poor paint quality, wavy. Tint on window scratched. Took car back to have fixed. Received car with interior damage. Passenger door panel not secure. Scratch in pass seat leather. Center council scratched. Went back a third time and asked politely, "What we can do about this?" "We cant do anything" So, it looks like I am taking Lawrence Feagin to court.
