Our family has taken a couple cars to Collision One. Matt is great to work with, very informative, upfront and communicates during the entire process. Don't think twice, these guys are great

Collision One is GREAT! It is so hard to find an honest, helpful, and skillful body repair shop- but now look no further Collision One is here! They were able to get my truck taken care of quickly while providing excellent customer service and workmanship.

I was recently rear ended and asked for reccomendations for a body shop. A neighbor reccomended Collision one and I'm SO glad they did! The service was great! They worked well with the insurance of the "at fault" party, kept me up to date the whole proces, and my car was done quicker than expected. I got a phone call every Wednesday to update me. Amazing customer service!

When I went to pick my car up I found it in better condition than before the accident. They even cleaned my car, my seats were immaculate, which is hard to do with a toddler! They even fixed the lightbulb in my car. I will admit, when I narrowed there at first I was a little nervous because it was a lot smaller than I thought and not a "pretty" body shop like you would find next to dealerships. I'm so glad I didn't let that stop me, I will definitely be back (if necessary)

Collision One, more like Number One! What a gem, especially during covid with staff and supply issues everywhere. They were friendly, honest, with brilliant service and excellent work. Matt updated me every Wednesday on my car, the work was done EARLY, and they handled all the insurance bullsh*t! What a great find!

My catalytic converter got stolen and Collision One was recommended by my insurance company. Got my car towed there on a Thursday afternoon and the very next day, while I was arranging a rental car, got a call from Collision One stating my car was ready to be picked up.less than 24 hours after it was dropped off and everything was fixed just like my car just came out of the dealership. Amazing job, very friendly staff and REALLY fast response time.

They were the best. Came here at the worst time after an accident and they took care of my car and arranged for Enterprise rental to pick me up. Happy with the repair. I would definitely go there again if I needed collision repair, I felt they were trustworthy.

After working a long night shift in the emergency room, I came home to find that my daughter was side swiped and couldn't open her car door. I came frustrated and tired and was expecting to get a high estimate. Matt the owner not only met us out side but talked us through our options to fix the fender. He even temporarily fixed the door so my daughter could at least get in and out. free of charge.

I tried to give him money, but instead just asked to bring anymore of my business here. I have a door that needs fixed on a different car that I will now bring and recommend this place to everyone. Matt was honest and fair, which is so hard to find these days. Thank you guys for fixing our day.

Matt has always been extremely helpful and goes out of his way to do the best job on each car. I send my whole family there for anything from a small ding in the door to a complete fix after an accident. Unfortunately for me as a victim of yet another distracted driver, I came back to Collision One for a third time in two years. As with the other two times their customer service and workmanship on the repair has been excellent! I hope to never have to go there again, but if my car needed bodywork this is the only place I will go.

I chose Collision One after reading reviews that spoke of good customer service, good prices, and good communication. Although I was not paying for my repair, I wanted to use a place that was fair and where the quality would still be high. Everything I read in the reviews were accurate for my experience as well. I spoke directly with Matt about my car, and he told me the process as well as the extra precautions that would be taken due to COVID (wiping down high touch points before and after, etc.) Everyone I was in contact with was kind, professional, and helpful.

My car was also finished in 5 days under the expected amount of time, and Matt called me himself the day before to ask if it would be convenient for me to get the car the next day. What a great surprise! They took care of everything efficiently, the quality is remarkable and I couldn't be happier!

I needed to have some body repairs done on my 2015 Honda Civic. Matt was very honest in the assessment of what needed done, options on what repairs were critical and what could be optional depending on what my goals were for the car repair. Since my daughter drives this vehicle for school, I wanted to make sure it was safe and secure, but didn't need perfection since it would be a campus car. Matt walked me through the options, made sure to address any questions and we agreed on a plan.

He was careful to set expectations on the repair timeline( a month) and kept me informed weekly on progress. The car was done on time, looks great and I'm extremely happy with the outstanding customer experience. Matt and his whole team, especially Tina who answer my calls most of the tone, were very focused on making sure I was happy with the service and results.

I had to take the car back for a minor follow up (seeping radiator hose), and they took care of it no charge and made sure everything was good. I highly recommend this shop for all of your auto body repair needs!

They did very good quality work and kept me updated daily. I dropped my car off Monday and got it back Thursday! I was stressed out about my grandmother's recent diagnosis with cancer and so many things going on at the time, but the staff at Collision One were friendly and professional and kind, regardless of my own personal issues I was handling that may have impacted my interpersonal skills :

This is the second vehicle I've taken to Collision One, and the second time I've been amazed at the quality of their work. They repaired a rear quarter panel on our Honda Odyssey that had been damaged in a parking lot. They fixed it so perfectly that it's impossible to tell which side of the car was worked on. I could not possibly be happier. As well as the superior work, they did the repair in the time frame promised and for the amount estimated.

Matt Mondlak and staff at Collision One are all very professional and helpful. They even went above and beyond when the rental car agency failed to send someone to pick me up as promised, and Matt Mondlak was so kind to give me a ride. I also mentioned that I was having some issues with the lock on one of my doors, and they took the time to figure out the issue and explain it to me.

I found the entire experience - from estimate to completion - to be easy and pleasant. The back end passengers side of my Santa Fe was damaged by a hit and run driver in a parking lot. When the Collision One Team was done with my car, it looked like a brand new car. This was the 4th time that we've used Collision One, and we plan to continue getting our cars get repaired here.

Wow - such an awesome and seamless experience. This team is so professional and timely and they go above and beyond. I was recently in a fender bender so I chose to bring my business here as they had great reviews. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for front end body work and got my car back looking brand new. When I took it in my tire pressure light was on as well as my windshield wiper fluid.

When I got my car back they not only had cleaned it spotlessly inside and out, but put air in my tires and refilled my windshield washer fluid! They totally did not have to do that but it was so appreciate and you can tell they truly care. Top notch service and work - bring your business to this place!

I was having extreme chipping on the roof of my car that Hyundai was refusing to acknowledge as a production problem. I told them up front I was getting multiple estimates and they were very understanding and agreed a customer should always do their research. Collision One was very professional, nice and informative. This may be a bit judgmental but the two men doing estimates were dressed in business casual-- very professional not your typical "grungy mechanic" look.

They took a ton of pictures, gave me an idea what the repair would entail and general information about what to look for as I compared estimates which I really appreciated as a woman who knows nothing about cars or cost of repairs. They later emailed me all of the pictures and an itemized break down of the cost with a timeframe of how long the repair would take.

I luckily was able to get Hyundai to pay for half of the repair but had to have it repaired at one of their dealerships so that is the route I went. If I ever have to pay fully out of pocket for repairs, I will 100% be going back to Collison One.

I think this place is great, no complaints. The people are all friendly and personable, with direct answers about how much it will cost (the fact that it is an estimate, not a final price). At the other places we went to, the people were shady in their responses and didn't want to ever say how much it was going to cost. Much appreciated! Also loved that there was coffee in the lounge.

We have taken our cars to Collision One for years. They have always done good work and stand by their work. They take all the hassle of dealing with the insurance of our hands and finish the work on time or ahead of time! Matt (owner) always keeps us updated on the status of our repair. COLLISION ONE is the BEST! They did an EXCELLENT JOB! Perfect match on paint color, trim is perfect, molding on wheel opening, etc. Drives like new. They even FIXED a wiring problem that I had been plagued with and unable to get repaired in the past -- knew EXACTLY what it was! Mike gave me regular updates and got the "OK" before doing any work on truck. THEY dealt with insurance company.

This is my husband's "baby" and they did us right. I would recommend Mike and Matt at COLLISION ONE to anyone who wants a fair priced, good work product on their auto. I should also add that when I picked up the truck, the service tech took the time on a 91+ degree day to put my new license sticker on. (There's a special rim around the license plate that needs to come off, then license plate needs removed before you can add the sticker.)

I would definitely recommend Collision one! Matt was excellent to work with and the office people were great too! My car had to get a whole new bumper etc and the final product looked amazing! I couldn't have asked for more!

We have used Collision One on several occasions to repair different cars. They have always provided great service and excellent repair work - one of the best companies we have dealt with. They are someone you can trust, and will recommend economical ways to fix your car if it makes more sense than an expensive repair. Highly recommend them!

They did a phenomenal job on my car. Paint matches exactly. They even left the interior of my car as clean as it was when I bought it. Price was very reasonable. They also touched up a couple paint chips at no extra cost. The owner made sure my experience was good and that I was able to arrange a rental without issue. They will also make arrangements for you to pick up your car after hours, if need be. I'll definitely recommend this shop.

I wanted to write this a long time ago, but now that I am trying to sell the car they did a crap repair job on, it is relevant again. I was rear ended 7 days before I was supposed to move cross country. Hit & run. I needed the bumper repaired so I took it to Collision One. They assured me they could fix it in time, it wasn't a major repair. I get the car back and there is an entire gap between where they attached the bumper to the rest of the car.

Not a hair line space.like a bird could build a nice little nest in this gap. Like GAP could have sued them for trademark infringement. I couldn't believe they would have a) looked at their finished work and said.yeah, good enough, b) returned it to the customer like it was no big deal. I had not choice but to accept it because the car was being shipped in 2 days and it was going to take longer than that to RE-repair it.

Maybe they were banking on that. I will say that the bumper has held. So that is what the one star is for, the sucker has not fallen off. So if you need body work done that can double as a wildlife refuge, than take it to Collision One. Otherwise, take it to a real body shop.

I've taken my Honda Pilot to Collision One three times, twice to be repaired, and every time is excellent work! I was rear ended which damaged my tow bar, bumper and trunk, they had my car for 3 days and when I got it back it looked like new! I also had some paint peeling from a front fender, they matched the paint perfect & the price was very reasonable! Thanks & we will return again!
