Dennis my adjuster was Awesome, the quality control after the repair was not up to par and he made sure it would meet my expectations, all in all I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend this body shop! BUT.if I didn't have a second vehicle I might feel slightly different having to return leaving me without vehicle. Service: Body & Trim

Customer service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. They took care of our rental (called to pick us up and then called for them to pick up the car when we were done). The communication was excellent. We were notified every step of the way. Our car was complete well before the estimated date. You wouldn't have known our car was hit after the repairs. I definitely would recommend them.

My vehicle was attacked by a deer while I was driving on route 42. My insurance company guided me to Collision Caliber. (Sicklerville Rd.) The rep who handled my mangled machine was probably the best employee at the front end of the business. The repair and replacement work took longer then initially estimated and ( it was a month from my initial estimate to actually accepting my vehicle. )They stated it was due to not being able to get parts in as a result of the Covid-19. Okay!
The body and repair work was adjusted from the initial estimate, which I was well informed, All that to say I was Very Satisfied with the completed work and the overall experience partly because I couldn't do it myself.

The Sicklerville Caliber Collision was wonderful! Dennis was very professional, down to earth, explained everything, kept me posted, called me and always made himself available. My car was hit from behind and it was a 2 week repair and this location did an amazing job. I really like the staff inside. They are the nicest people on the planet! Words can't express my gratitude because I just purchased my BMW after driving my Scion TC for 14 years; then someone hit me from behind and I needed a quality repair shop. They really met my expectations with the car but exceeded my expectations with being personable and professional! Thank you so much!

My vehicle was hit while parked a few weeks back. I chose Calibur just because it was close to our new home. The people there were super nice and professional from the first call i made till the moment they returned my vehicle. They consistently kept in contact with my thru text. They will text, call or email updates on your repairs. The whole process took about a week.
I think they did a great job. I had mentioned something to them and the manager went out of his way a few days later to contact me directly and ask me what i thought of the repairs. I told him i was very satisfied. He told me that if i found anything wrong with their service, he would be more than willing to have me return until i was 100% satisfied.
In my business i am in, we deal with a great deal of customers daily. To me, the customer service experience is equal, if not more important than the service. I say that because no one person, or business for that matter is perfect. Your bound to make a mistake or whatever. But in dealing with Caliber Collision, if that were the case, they were ready to rectify any situation and they definitely placed the customer first.
So they have won me over. Hopefully no one else decides to run into my car again. But if they do, im definitely going back to Calibur. Fantastic work and above and beyond customer service. do i have to tell you i recommend them? Call them now!
