My experiences have been super. I am really happy with my repairs and appreciate that they are remarkably professional and decent! Ran over a drywall screw resulting in severe loss of air pressure. Took the tire in to CARS yesterday morning and they had it repaired and ready by 1:30 in the afternoon. They have serviced my vehicle for quite a few years and I've always found them to be competent and their prices fair. Service: Tires

My whole family has been using C.A.R.S. for as long as I can remember. This most recent time, I noticed all of the upgrades they made to support customers who aren't car people! They send frequent updates with pictures and recommendations. They were super understanding and helpful when issues came up on my side. I'm feeling pretty good about my decision to keep coming back to them time after time :

The car is perfect now! I have no idea how the hell they do it, it must be witchcraft, because my former death box is actually in perfect condition! Remarkable job! Hands down wonderful service, customer service, communication, updates, fair pricing; I just don't bother going anywhere else. These cats did a wonder Job, as per usual. I had no idea how many things were wrong with my car, and had missed a few elements do to communicate issues in my family. Thanks again, Clintonville Cars Automotive.

Rude and overpriced. Lousy Experience from start to finish by a 1 store small shop. Owner claimed integrity and honesty about adding $1500 to the exact same part when installing an engine. The part was available and could have been dropped shipped on my side for ~$2400. Shop owner made absurd claim of only 'only dealing with preferred businesses' whereas he rejected dealing with the best known parts providers including Jasper. Overblown ego based on specious claim of integrity - arrogance is not same as integrity. 'We honestly do charge a dealer rate for parts' - as if ripping off a customer for $1500 is honesty.

As a single young woman I'm always afraid of being over charged at auto shops. A Clintonville Auto they have always quoted and charged me at or below prices I've researched, never pressure me to do a bunch of extra things, and send me texts when I die for routine maintenance. Everyone there is super friendly as well. Great place, would strongly recommend.

This was my first time here and I was extremely pleased with the service and communication through the process. This car appears to have had minimum attention and a few inept repairs in the years before it cam into our family. CARS examined it thoroughly and persevered until everything was made right and safe. We have taken our vehicles to CARS for several years now. Not only do they do excellent work with reasonable cost but they are great with presenting options especially with older vehicles where you may want to spend less but have it working well.
Les, the manager went above and beyond with our last experience when there were some issues with the insurance covering things.
He worked with me and helped navigate the various scenarios. Our vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion. I never hesitate to refer people to the Clintonville Auto Repair Service center!

I am thankful that the employees at Clintonville Automotive Repair Services (CARS) treat me with respect even though I do not know anything about cars. I'm usually stressed out and intimidated when I go into a auto repair shop. That is not the case at CARS. The employees are willing to explain what is wrong with my car and let me know a price estimate before any work is done.
I always run the estimated price by my dad who regularly fixes cars to make sure I'm not getting screwed over. He believes that CARS always gives fair estimates. I appreciate that they do not push extra services if an extra service is not necessary. The employees are very quick and are usually able to fix my car within 24 hours. One time my car repair was going to take two days - they called the day after I dropped my car off to give me an update and a pick up time estimate for the next day, which I thought showed great professionalism and customer service. These guys do a great job and I highly recommend their services.

Had low tire pressure and the air was out at the UDF across the street. They were nice enough to fill it as well as check the pressure of the other 3. Before taking off to Atlanta my husband noticed a bulge in the tire. We went back. While the owner could not help us, they don't keep massive tire inventory, his staff helped us find an NTB who did. 30 minutes later, I am getting a new tire. If I lived in Clintonville, I would only use this shop. Extremely clean and extremely helpful.

When I called another repair store, they couldn't get me in for 3 days and I would have to leave my car with them for the day. This wasn't convenient as I'd have to miss work. I submitted an online request for an appointment at CARS on Monday night and my appointment was confirmed Tuesday morning for Tuesday afternoon! Everyone was very friendly and explained things to me perfectly. I was in and out in ~45 minutes without missing work! I'll definitely be a returning customer to Clintonville Auto Repair Service!
