The staff at Cliff's are polite and professional. Called me several times to update me about the progress of my repairs. Also they dealt with the rental car and insurance people. The repairs and paint job were amazing. My car looks brand new. Thanks to Cliff's and his staff.

Gosh I thought I left a review last time! Ice came through my windshield in December and Cliffs did a great job getting me back on the road quickly. Funny you should say thanks now as you have my poor decrepit jeep again in your care.

Minor insurance repair. Cliff did the estimate himself. Professional friendly. Very reasonable quote is going to be fulfilled next week. Excellent repairs in the past and am sure that this will be no different. 1st Class operation! 2/5/21 Car is repaired now and is excellent! New fender, black paint job looks great like its 1/2 inch thick, and no orange peel. Repaired door dings on drivers door which wasn't even on quote. Than you Cliff for 1st Class job!

Cliff does a lot for our community. Valentines Day Cliffs gave out little Valentines dogs. They were so cute and my grandson's loved them. Thank you .

Came here on recommendation from a neighbor. They were great. Very fast, checked my brakes, did my oil and gave me new tires that were better quality than my old ones. Gave me a very affordable price, no upselling - which I really appreciated. Even took a look at a ding in my bumper and fixed it without charging me. One of the best auto repair experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommend them.

Went to Cliff's after getting into a small accident, my car was still working fine, but the damage was horrific looking. Everyone is SUPER nice here and my car is good as new now. HOWEVER, I will say communication could be better. I dropped my car off on a Monday, was told it would take 3 days, skeptical, but ok. Didn't hear anything all week so I'm thinking, "Wow, I guess they did get it done, cool." Received a call Friday afternoon (I'm expecting it to be a "we're done!" call) to be told when they tore my car apart they found more damage and need Geico to do another estimate and they were waiting on them. You've had my car for a week, you knew the second you took my care apart that this was going to have to happen, why not call me at that time and let me know what's going on? Took yet ANOTHER week, no communication until Friday to be told they're still waiting on Geico, finally the 3rd week I got a call that work was going to begin and the next day it was done. So I waited 2.5 weeks for something that was completed in 1 day. While I love the staff and the work they do, please communicate with your customers.

I loved this repair shop. They finished my truck early and they even washed it when it was done. I would come back next time I need their service.

Accomplished the task of repairing my car on time after revising first unseen damage behind bumper (expected considering the crash). Repair looks good though paint is very slightly matte compared to original. Car is 3 years old so probably impossible to completely match. Very polite. Kept me informed and took care of details with rental car etc.

Cliff's did a stellar job repairing my 2014 Focus ST. It looks brand new and the paint match is on point. Had a few technical problems with the car's computer that delayed the process, but Cliff's still deserves 5 stars as they handled the process very well and made sure my car was done right. Also am I the only one who posted before and after pictures?

They did an "alright" job, but I wouldn't really recommend this place. They worked on my car in late January of 2016. I had damage to the front driver's side quarter panel. During the repair process, they replaced the glass in my front driver's side window. Not sure why, it wasn't broken and the mechanism worked normally after the bump/accident.

Maybe they gouged it or dropped it when disassembling the door? They definitely did replace the glass, as they called to get the details of where my tinting was done, so it could be reapplied. They were good enough to do that, but they never explained why the glass had to be replaced, even when I asked about it plainly. It is definitely not the same glass - this pane has a laser etched number on the lower left, where my old pane did not.

If that was it, I wouldn't have bothered to write a review, since they did make the situation right, albeit under mysterious circumstances (also they did charge my insurance for the glass and tinting). The real problem is that the painting they did was pretty lackluster. There are drips on the edges of the doors and more than one spot where tiny debris was either painted over or landed in the paint as it was curing.

I never complained about it as I was starting a new job at the time and we were just cleaning up from the giant snow in the area in January of 2016. So I didn't have a lot of time or inclination to stand around outside scrutinizing my car. I probably wouldn't have complained even if I had seen the defects - in my experience, body shops will fix issues but it takes more time and they make you feel like you're making an unreasonable request if you expect a factory finish. I drive a Chevy, not some six-figure Italian exotic, so I'll just be happy the dent is gone and move on.

I was rear-ended several weeks ago and the insurance company recommended this place. The front office is clean and the receptionist was super friendly! The estimate guy looked over the car and gave me the estimate. Unfortunately they were so busy they couldn't get my car in for a week and a half but I thought that was a good sign! They said 9 days to have my car and today, day 9, it was returned! The work is incredible and they cleaned my car beautifully! I hope I don't have to go back to them ever but if I need bodywork in the future, they have my business!
