94 Ford Ranger. Had issue with ECM! Ford dealership would not even touch that year of vehicle after towing to one of there location. Talk to service manager at County Line. They said sure we can look at it and had it towed to there shop! They repaired issue! Kept me updated on part arrival to their shop since there is a electonic parts shortage and some parts are hard to even get now. Give them your business!

I initially left this place 5 stars last year, but am changing based on my recent experience. I'm going to mention a few things that were more of an inconvenience than anything, and did not lead to me changing the rating. I will explain at the very end why I made the change. The first issue/inconvenience was with the online scheduling. I initially requested an appointment for a Monday instead of a Tuesday.

I went in later and canceled, and rescheduled for a Tuesday with the backup being Wednesday. Even after I received a confirmation of the cancellation, I received an email reminding me of my Monday appointment. I called in and confirmed it was showing Tuesday on their end. Later I received another appointment reminder showing a Wednesday appointment.

Once again I called in and confirmed it was Tuesday. Maybe it was a glitch. The second issue/inconvenience was waiting a little over 2 hours to have a safety only inspection, oil change, and a brake pad check. It appears they might have been a little short staffed, which is understandable. I do want to commend Ed as he was always very pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person.

The reason why I am changed my score to a 3 is that as soon as I pulled off I heard a loud noise as if a bowling ball had rolled across the back of my suv making me think I had something in the back moving around. I drove a little further and heard it again so I parked at the Sheetz across the street to exam. I got out and noticed that the rear passenger side tire looked like it had extremely negative camber.

I then proceeded to push on the tire and discovered the lug nuts were very loose. I called the shop and they sent a mechanic over to fix. The guy tried to blame the air gun, and also mentioned only working on the right side, which means either the left side wasn't check at all or another person was involved in the inspection. I do understand that mistakes happen, but would rather just receive an apology rather than an excuse. Also, companies used to provide customers with an incentive to come back if a mistake was made, and I was offered nothing.

Good service this morning for state inspection. A little slow due to employee getting stuck in traffic. Nice waiting room. Friendly attendant. They have good web site that allows you to make appointments.

Good mechanics but I paid for a diagnostic, was told I had an oil or antifreeze leak. Bought my car back in Being diagnosed with leak means you have a leak. It is an extra charge to find the leak

I've had a majority of my service done at CLA since moving to Wake forest. But recently was told my car needed brakes a rotors, so I purchased my own off of AutoAnything and hoped they'd install them like the Shop I used in Garner, but Adam said since I bought my own, they won't install them. So, . I'll be looking for a new repair shop to handle all my needs. Very sad about this, but it is what it is. Was also very upset to see Patrick go. His personality really made this shop be my go to place. Sad.

My car was involved in an accident and I was paying out of pocket. I tried repeatedly to get a quote for auto body repairs to no avail. After bringing my car in for estimate, I was told they would email me a quote. I called at least 5-times and lost a week waiting for the mysterious quote. I finally decided to pay the $5k to get my car fixed fast and right. Terrible customer service.

Very good service. Nice environment, Pleasant people. The work was done quickly and done correctly. I received pictures of my car being worked on even the specialist that worked on my car. This is where we go for anything car or truck related. You won't find better prices on getting your car fixed anywhere else. I have found that when I take my car in here, as opposed to other nearby places, it actually stays fixed. Aside from the fact that Patrick is honest, trustworthy and making sure that you are in control of your own automotive needs, these are the best mechanics I have ever witnessed work on cars.

I have personally steered other people towards his shop and they have all made this their permanent auto shop. We also like that he takes appointments. Before we found this shop, we would have to leave our car for up to a week at another local shop, only to find out they hadn't gotten to our car yet. That is difficult to juggle when both spouses work in different counties. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of reviews I have done, this is the one I wish I could give 10 stars.

Service has usually been reasonable the past. However, this time I had the transmission fluid and filter changed in an 07 Hummer H3. I called to get a quote to see if it was reasonable.if not I was going to do it myself although it can be messy. I was quoted $120-$160. I dropped it off and picked it up later that afternoon. $283.00? Needless to say I was shocked. I even took the skid plates off before I dropped it off so it would be easy access.

Let me start off with when I called and spoke to the lady that answers the phone she seemed Pleasant she gave me a price. When I dropped off car I was told that it would take a few days to get to but it was actually ready by the end of the day which surprised me. Remind you the job was going to take 4 hours. When I got there I felt like I was not invited to be there the guy that checked me out oh and the bill was $100 more than I was told and the it says it took them 6 hours now how did they get the time.

But anyway he made me feel like I was not a paying customer very rude and nonchalant no thank you for your service or any thing really. 2 days later my car starting leaking took it back because it was doing the same thing when they worked on it. Looked at it and everything before taking it back. Noticed also my bumper was not on tight. Took it back said they would look back over it call me the next day say it's the radiator.

Now when I go back I am surprised because nothing was wrong with radiator I clearly believe they put a hole in it and now my bumper s off even more missing a screw. When ask to speak to technician he refused to speak and tried to charge me more money to look at what they did in first place. BEWARE the lady sounds nice but they shady!

I have taken my car here multiple times, they do excellent work but the customer service is the main reason I come back here. Wonderful communication all through the time these folks have had our cars for various issues. Such a nice change from auto repair places nearby who you have to have your auto into at 7 in the morning and then you never know, until they call at some point, when you will have it back. I highly recommend County Line Auto Service for being quick and for being reasonable in their prices.

At first things were fine. They did the work they said but I had to have something else fixed and was told it would be one price over the phone and when I went to pay after it was completed it was something else. Nothing against the work they did or pricing but better communication and clear communication would go a long way because now I won't be back. Also, they might wanna clean a little better after they're done because it would be nice if there weren't grease marks on the doors and visor of my newly detailed car after the work was done.

I am totally satisfied with the work that was done on my Ford truck. The mechanic was highly trained, and correctly analyzed a nagging, complex problem which would trigger the engine check light. They found a replacement part, installed it, and now my truck is running great without any problems. The price was as quoted and very fair. I bringing my truck back here.

Purchased a Groupon for a state inspection and miraculously my headlight was out! I am a driver for a living and check my headlights daily! As well, I'm sure one of my many passengers that I pick up either early in the morning or late at night would advise me of such! I am very disappointed that this local business is out here taking advantage of people! Why offer a Groupon if you're just going to rip people off with a item like an overpriced headlight! You live and you learn!

I've been going here for a couple years now. I feel like it's a pretty honest business. They haven't tried to get me to do unnecessary repairs or anything like that. Every time I've been there they have done good work, relatively quickly and for a fair price.

We've been using County line for years. From routine maintenance to problems requiring a tow, they have always been head and shoulders above any experience we've ever gotten anywhere else. They are extremely professional and courteous every single time. They are clear about what needs to be done, what can wait, and their prices are always the best anywhere. I brought my car in for a horn issue and while looking into that they found two other unrelated issues that were caused by Firestone. I am so grateful for County line.
