Our in-house inventory allows us to meet production needs quickly and seamlessly without any complications.
While Cinema Vehicles has been partnering with Alan's Auto Glass on various feature films and T.V. series since our inception, we recently acquired the iconic and trusted glass company to create a full-service glass fabrication shop, providing custom auto glass for movies, television, and commercials in Los Angeles.

Lots of vehicles to choose from for your next production. Absolutely loved the big military truck!

I try to understand how a company that is like 40 yrs old tries to price themselves out of a business since they are outrageously $$$$$.almost a joke.600$ to rent a basic sedan car plus tow fee lmao Funny thing they dont understand is that since the internet now.people are privately renting on databases and half of that price they are asking lol

Have to unfortunately put them on our "do not rent" vendor list. We had a last minute client request come in for a trash truck and called CVS. It took some time, but eventually we got a quote back for a trash truck and the price was within our budget ($675). However, when we got the estimate, there were a slew of additional fees, all of which added up to $1300 more.

There wasn't more time to shop around, so we were stuck with it. At the time we locked in the rental, call time was 5am, but I let the rental agent know that our AD team would be sending out a revised call sheet and the call time would 90% be pushed. We push the call time to 10am. We send the call sheet. We call to confirm. No one picks up. The next morning, we get a call from the delivery driver that they're on set at 5am.

We apologize but let them know that hey, the call was pushed. They drop the truck anyway and disappear. For the entire day. We call but get no answer. To compound matters, we have to spend hours on set getting the compactor to work (CVS assured us that it would work) and had to push our shot back. Mind you, our initial agreement was the have the shot finished by 1pm. We're tight on budget and want to avoid the OT that would come with such an occurence.

We call the driver again. No answer. CVS does send a mechanic to actually get the compactor working in the afternoon. That's why this review isn't one star. But when we're wrapping, the driver still hasn't returned. Two weeks later, we get a bill from CVS for 15 hours of driver time, bringing the bill to more than 3 times what the price of the vehicle was originally.

We call and plead our case. Finally we get to a manager, who actually yells at me on the phone. I finally tell him to charge me for the OT and he'll never get our business again. As an indie producer, I'm really leaving this review for other producers because I know your struggle. You're on a tight budget. You're trying to get something done that probably feels impossible. You're accountable to people.

You need vendors who are upfront about their pricing, responsive and professional. That was not our experience with this shop. Which is a shame, because we have shoots coming up in the next month and now have to find another picture car vendor.

I was only here for some quick business but while I was around everything seemed to be in order and no one gave me any problems. There are many vehicles used and stores here for the film industry and the people in the office were respectable and business like.
