Had a headlamp out, Ted and Bill were very easy to talk to and said they could replace it within a half hour if I brought my Odyssey 2012 right over. I did and they did for an extremely reasonable price.

I trust these guys with my car all the time. The prices are fair and the service is always good. They are great at telling you what's an urgent fix vs what's something that needs to be done in the future. I appreciate this because I've definitely gone to mechanics that try to get you to fix everything in one go, even if you could have waited to fix a part or two. They're always pretty time efficient too.

Critical: Quality Went there For an alignment, 2 weeks later my ball joint completely went and cost me almost $1000. Not to mention I was only about 5 mins off the highway which could have cost me my life. Fyi you can't even alligne a car with a bad ball joint. They even said all my front end parts were fine. I will never do business with cherry rum auto again. I used to like going here for oil changes alignments and basic maintenance until they diagnosed a car I was using, saying it would cost $700+ to repair. This was a part that I recently replaced my self and knew it wasn't bad so I brought it to another trusted mechanic and they assured me that the part was fine and the people at cherry rum were honestly just trying to rob me.

I am extremely disappointed and will never go there for anything ever again and will make sure my whole family knows about this and discontinues business with them. Also I will make it a point to tell anyone who asks to stay clear of that place.

Just had a wheel alignment done. They got me in within a couple days and the price was quite reasonable. The main thing is that the work is excellent. I could immediately feel the improvement in the way my car drives and I'm no novice on these things. I've also had occasion to use them in the past, always with good results.
