Charles County Auto Body is a locally owned & operated automotive body shop situated in the Southern Maryland suburbs of Washington DC. It is situated just N of the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Indian Head MD on Route 210 Indian Head Highway, about 18 miles S of I-495 the Washington Capital beltway.

Definitely impressed with this Auto Body shop. Hit a deer and the original from bumper didn't have a place for the front license plate, but when they ordered the new part, without telling me, they ordered the correct bumper for the front plate. AND! they vacuumed my car before returning it. Oh, should I mention they did all this during our craziest snow storm. Highly recommend!

Professionals, artists, and the best auto body work this side of Charles and PG Counties. I worked with a very capable Ray Andrews who was thorough and respectful. The body repair specialist made my truck look new. He repaired my bumper even though he didn't have to. And my truck looks brand new. This team of professionals will take care of your vehicle like they own it and cherish it. More USAA members should use this company so they become part of their regular repair fleets. They will forever have my business.

Two thumbs up for Charles County Auto Body! Very reasonably priced, very friendly, very professional. Quick turnaround time - my car was in and out the same day. Charles and his team are amazing! They did a great job on my Infiniti it looks like a brand new car I was so excited at the finish results. They have great costumer service and good communication. Charles really looked out for me when it came to fixing my car. I will be taking any other things I need done to them! To anybody who is looking for a body shop this is the place trust me!

This is hands down the best auto body shop I have ever worked with. Charles and his team are amazing. Not only do they have superb craftsmanship, their service and just plain kindness are beyond compare. Our brand new car suffered damage from a major hit and run. It was a week before we were scheduled to leave town, plus we had a newborn baby. Charles was incredibly understanding.
Our insurance company estimated the job would take nine business days. Charles and his team beat that by a lot - to make sure we could keep our travel plans. They coordinated with all of the suppliers to ensure we had the necessary parts, then they worked with our insurance company after finding additional damage not seen in the photos (which did not even set them back in the schedule), and they communicated with us on the status the entire time.
Their drivers even came to pick up and drop off our car! Even the little things did not go unnoticed, like making sure our drop off was scheduled first so that it didn't get too late with the baby's schedule. They were just so efficient, helpful, compassionate, and reassuring. I cant say enough good things about this business. Thank you, Charles!

Charles is the man! His mannerism, professionalism, and just down to earth person made me want to do business with him. I've always passed this place but never been until someone did a hit n run on my scion xb. Charles was so kind and looked at my vehicle to give me an estimate and he works with you on the pricing and very detailed for what you need and because I had to come out of pocket, he really worked with me and I couldn't have chosen a better place anywhere else but Charles County Auto Body! I will be back for some more work on my other vehicles! Charles is the only guy I want working on my vehicles! Thanks again Charles!

Charles County Auto Body is literally the BEST in area! I have been to this establishment twice. They are prompt and PROFESSIONAL my entire visit as I was getting ALL my window panels changed. Prices are reasonable and fair. They get the parts in fast and get the work done in a timely fashion. I want to give a GREAT applaud to Mr. Charles, the manager of this establishment. His customer service and attitude towards your concerns are spot on!. Please before you try any other body shop - think of Charles County Auto Body they are the BEST!
