This review is long overdue. Moved to Creedmoor in 2019and have been using Champs going on three years now. I will never use another shop unless I have to. Owners are honest, polite, and timely. The work done to my cars is always clearly communicated, fairly priced, and they are always open to chat on how things went / suggestions / ideas but never pushy on add on services. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here for as long as I can. Highly recommend.

First off let me say thank you to the owner and staff, if anyone is looking for an awesome mechanic and a place that is friendly and honest then this is the place to take your vehicle. Everyone knows how hard it is to find an honest place to take your vehicle, well I found one and I live in Orlando Florida but my mother lives there in creedmoore and her car broke down and needed repairs not only did they repair my mother's car but they informed me every step of the way and they were awesome. Had a really good experience there today. Really explained what my car needed and went though all in detail. In and out in 45 minutes and price was great.

New to Creedmoor I was needing help with my vehicle the AC was not running when idling and had ongoing knocking sound.on Tuesday a very very hot day, I called Champs after seeing positive reviews. So glad, as 5 stars it is for me too! *They got me in quickly and found the problem to be a belt issue that needed to be replaced ASAP and loose alternator!

I am a bit perplexed as I have my car maintained and mentioned to mechanic that worked on it in another town before our move I that my car was running poorly knocking he said all looked fine. Anyway just very thankful for Champs as if not for there kindness in getting me in I definitely would have been broken down with no AC and far worse! The car is running great. AC works no knocking and the repair just over 100.

I always have the best experience at Champs! The whole team is kind and personable, especially Julie at the front desk! From an inspection to major repairs, I've been very pleased with the quality of service. Champs goes the extra mile to get to know their customers, and I know that my vehicle is in good hands here!

This place was awesome. I recently moved here and my car needed a oil change. My car was my deceased son's and he always did his own oil changes. I wanted to use the same oil so they let me bring in the oil and filter the car has always had and just charged to change oil. Will definitely be going back

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Whoever was at the desk this morning was truly horrible smh. Ever since Mike left this place has went down hill. I Came in and said "Good morning" very pleasantly and was hit with a very rude "what do you need done?" and on top of that, for whatever reason they decided not to pull my car around front. They parked it back in a parking spot when it was done. I see why my parents stopped coming here. Smh. If you're ok with rude service then this is the place for you.

They are always quick with my service! I've been coming here for a couple years. I like the new management; the staff seems more relaxed.

Champs Tire has exclusively serviced my family's cars for years. The owner and staff are local, open and honest. I've never had an issue with them, and I recommend them to anyone needing service. It seems hard to find places you can trust to maintain your vehicles, so I am ever grateful to have found this place.

Overpriced but good service. Would not recommend because of pricing. Gave three stars due to knowledge of workers.

As always, Mike is friendly and very helpful. I had a donut on my car. I called Mike this morning; he had my size tires in stock. I had my car back in less than an hour! Two new tires and a rotation. Awesome service and speedy to boot.

I would highly recommend Champs. They are honest and reliable. I trust them with my car repairs, which is hard to find these days.

I can't begin to tell you all how trustworthy and respectful the owner is at Champs in Creedmoor. My wife and I have been there numerous times with car issues that we believed needed attention. All times Mike (the Owner) has driven the car around, lifted it up, inspected and never charged us a DIME! After the first, second, and third time of that me and my wife vowed to never buy tires, oil changes, etc., from anyone or anywhere other than from Mike at Champs in Creedmoor.

I have to agree with Jen F. on the honesty and integrity of this shop. I've bought tires here for my stepdaughter's car(s) and I've had several inspections done here. I've never felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me. I usually sit in their waiting room and catch whatever's on the tube in there or get a little reading done.
