I would like to personally thank Debbie, Jeff, and the rest of the team at Certified Auto Body, 29770 US-41, Lake Bluff. IL 60044 for the great. excellent, and timely service that they provided to repair my car. Not only did they always keep me informed through out the repair process, but made sure I was satisfied with their work. Every time I called or visited Certified, all team members were very passionate to help me and for their work at the Certified Auto Body. I highly recommend to everyone who can use their setvices.

Jack was lousy and a bit rude. Anyway, my RX hybrid needed a new tailgate however got one with rust on the corner and bad overspray of clear coating. Door handles were not taped off properly so also had overspray on it. For a certified Lexus auto body it was really disappointing. Lousy attitude and really lousy quality. No, Jack I'm not fake news either.

I had never known about Certified Auto Body until I had a little incident with a deer and my insurance company said that they were a trusted company with them. Now, they are a trusted company with me too! They showed me what kind of damage a deer can cause. I was shocked. I was even more shocked when I got my car back. It looked like it just came out of the showroom.

Then they took it a step further. They wanted to see me again in a couple months to make sure everything was still perfect and nothing was overlooked. Obviously, I was very happy with my experience with Certified Auto Body! Then they took their service up another level. Before my car went back for a check up, I had a rock chip in my windshield. I tried that company with all the commercials - Don't do it.

They were NOT a Safe bet. Certified said that they had a trusted company they used for windshield replacement. Great service. Great results. Called them again and asked about window tinting. They got that taken care of too! Amazing. It is SO frustrating to find a trusted company to work on your car. I wasn't familiar with any company as I tried to narrow down my choices but I didn't need to be.

I just call Certified Auto Body and ask them to help me make a decision. Just because you see one company with a lot of commercials doesn't mean they can be trusted. Certified Auto Body CAN be trusted. Thrilled with my experience!

The crew over at Certified Auto Body went above and beyond with my repairs and made it smooth as possible. They even went as far as cleaning out my car really nice 10/10 would use again! THANK YOU!

Jack always takes great care of my family's vehicles and our clients. Was impressed by how clean the car was At time of pickup. Found that to top it off they detailed my car for no extra charge! Talk about the extra mile! Thank you and your team for best service around!

I love these guys and the work they do. Have used them for all our repairs for many years. I recently had a disagreement with a mailbox and deeply scratched the entire passenger side of my truck. Looks better now then when I bought the truck. Also my tires were so bad, Jack was so concerned and he was able to find some for me at a super great price.

Thank you for everything and doing such great work. You all are greatly appreciated. So, don't go any place else if you want quality work with folks that stand behind their work 100%.

My wife's Subaru was hit on the passenger side; door, fender, frame. Certified Auto Body was a pre-approved body shop by my insurance and was recommended by a friend. The owner's knowledge on painting / repair process made me feel comfortable leaving the car. Certified took care of all the insurance work and rental car which made the process very easy. Got car back in the estimated time, nice quiet ride but best of all PERFECT PAINT JOB of Subaru Pearl White! I hope to never hit the wife's car again but if I do. Thank you Certified Auto Body.

Got my sprinter restored to original condition after all that rust was coming through every panel. Excellent paint joob with all that rust I had. Very happy with work and stuff Highly recommend this body shop for all sprinters owner and other cars.

I had a great experience with Certified Auto Body. I needed to fix some rust spots the hood on my mustang before they got any worse. When I brought it in, the owner Jack took care of my rental car and I felt pretty good about leaving my car with him. The end result looked great! There were no signs that it had been worked on and the paint they used blended with car perfectly. They even helped me touch up my bumper to hide some other smaller blemishes. If I needed more body work done, I would definitely bring my business back here.

It was pouring down rain and I got a frantic call from my daughter. She hopped into her car and started to drive through the parking lot to get to the other side, but didn't see a high large curb / median divider between the parking lots! Poor little brand new Honda Civic stuck up on the curb. Certified's phone number has the option to have their tow truck come out 24/7 and tow you to the shop where they do direct billing with all the insurance companies. Debbie at Certified will fight to make sure you receive OEM (Original Equipment) if your car is new because even the legit top insurance companies will try to give you used parts to save themselves money and put potentially inferior unsafe parts on your car!

If your car is used then you might have to deal, but this car wasn't even a year old a top tier insurer tried that! Debbie fought to keep my daughter's car safe. You can't trust any insurance company, but you can trust Certified Auto Body and Debbie Borsic.
