Century Glass

The 2 installers, Nile & Nick--Century sent to put in my new shower glass doors were absolutely phenomenal! They were on time, responsible, professional, courteous, kind, awesome communicators & had focused attention to detail & after installing--they cleaned up everything immaculately. These 2 employees deserve a substantial raise in pay. It's very difficult to find good workers like these two top notch professionals. I strongly recommend Century Glass for all your glass needs!

This was my first time using Century Glass, used another local company and they were fine however I have to say Century Glass was extremely responsive. We had a crack in our business glass door and they sent someone out right away, got the glass replaced in record time. Office staff as well as the the glass technicians were professional, polite and met our needs at Regal Prints. I would highly recommend them.

Exceedingly dissatisfied with them. Ordered a glass shower door from them (they came & did the measurements to ensure everything was correct). Gave them a 50% deposit. Glass arrived about as informed (2 1/2 weeks). Wrong hardware was sent with the doors. They had to reorder. Wrong hardware was sent. Another reorder. Came to install & the hardware would not line up with the doors & was told they had to go back to the shop to fix.

The 1st thing 1 of the installers asked was to use the bathroom and took a dump. I'm sorry, but you couldn't do that BEFORE you got to my house? Was also told I would get contacted by the manager & they would be back same day to install. No calls & no return yet. This is going on 2 months & still don't have my shower door installed. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Terrible terrible

Why wife made an appointment to get her front windshield fixed. We were told it would take about 3 hours. During dropping the car off they said they had not gotten the new glass yet so it might take a little longer. After a few hours they called and said the new glass was damaged and there was a shortage so they couldn't fix the windshield today and to come pick up our car because they would not lock it up. We called another company and they said there had no idea about any shortage and could get piece in that same day. Don't waste your time with this company.

My first order was a custom bathroom vanity mirror. Followed up with a custom shower door. The excellent customer service at all levels was exceptional.

Tyler and Joseph were very professional. They came on a rather hot day, dismantled three broken windows, cleaned up the glass, and replaced with new clear frames. They worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Did a great job replacing my car windshield. Appointment was quick and easy to make. I dropped the car off and they started right away. Car was ready in 1.5 hours and was clean inside. New windshield looks great. They were a little more expensive but it was an insurance claim so no out of pocket for me.

I had a windshield replaced which is no big trick, but while getting the windshield put in I asked about shower doors. We purchased frame-less glass shower door for our bathroom remodel. We had a couple of delays and Century worked with us and scheduled to fit our issues. The Door looks great you could not ask for more. The cost was very reasonable.

As a Professional Interior Designer I wanted to share my positive experience I have had with Century Glass. My clients rely on my expertise and selections for their homes and businesses. I would not use another glass company for my shower enclosures as Hope and Century take their business seriously, they feel as I do. they want their clients pleased with the finished product, which means everything to me! I have had two showers done by Century Glass. They always show up when they say they will and call before they come. Our showers are beautiful and their prices are very reasonable. I did have an issue with my first shower glass but Century Glass came right out and made everything perfect.

I contacted several local glass companies in Charleston and Century Glass was the only company to respond/schedule an appt right away. They were professional and did a wonderful install. Would recommended them to anyone in the Charleston area.

I had a great experience with Century Glass NE Columbia! Their tech Mike was punctual, professional and friendly. Century Glass handled all the tedious paperwork and I got a shiny new windshield installed without having to leave my morning coffee! So glad I called Century Glass before anyone else.

Use them for my windshield and they handled the claim and scheduled the replacement. Super nice customer service girl name Kim helped me and she made it so simple. Went back for a chip repair on another car, they did same day no issues and only $30 out of pocket. Love Century Glass!

Best company ever. I've had two windshields replaced and one crack fixed. My windshields were both replaced in JEEP Wranglers that have factory specific glass and both times the technicians caught generic glass going in and stopped it. I can't remember the first technician but Scott was the most recent and did a great job and in a very timely manner around my schedule. Thanks Century for the good work and work ethics.

So faThey took incorrect measurements of my window they were replacing and now I have to wait 3 days just to see when they can come back out. Their resolution to their issue will determine what my final review is. For now the only positive is that they had some one call me to say they had no information but at least they called. People make mistakes but the ultimate measure of a company is how quickly they resolve issues once they arise.

Not looking good so far. Update- after scheduling the following week installer decided it was raining across town so did not come out even though at my house it was not raining a drop. Must have wanted to knock off ealry on a Friday. We had 3 showings that weekend with a broken window. Ended up coming out on Monday and for my troubles they credited me 60 bucks. Great gesture but will not use them again.
