Services
Catherine's Auto Repair is a full-service auto repair shop providing complete car repair and service on most domestic and import makes and models. We employ ASE certified technicians and use high quality parts. All of our work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles (unless otherwise noted). We pledge honesty, integrity, quality, and excellent customer service, all at a fair price. We will never sell you something you don't need, and we won't pressure you or resort to scare tactics to make a sale.
From I-85 going South, take exit #86 for South 13, to Peachtree St. Follow that for about 1.4 miles, then take the Monroe Drive exit (#27) and turn left at the light. I have used Catherine's for several years and have had a great experience each time. Last week, a friend's elderly father was in town and had card trouble. I knew exactly who to call. Catherine's was so helpful in getting him back on the road and safely back to his kids and grandkids. Catherine's diagnosed the problem quickly, found the part and repaired the car. They worked him in to their Friday schedule and absolutely made his day. Thank you for your great service!

Wow, it seems like a weird thing to get excited about, but my family is so used to getting jerked around by auto maintenance/repair shops - so our experience with Catherines has been phenomenal. Very efficient, made sure to run everything past us and most of all they do really quality work for a really decent price. Not to mention, they don't try to upsell you on anything, they're super honest about what needs repairing and what will need repairing soon etc etc.
I feel as if most places would just try to repair everything at once, upsell you on parts or repairs you don't need and will just in general try to scrape that extra buck off. At Catherines? None of that! I highly recommend!

I really wanted to give this place another chance but they just keep screwing up. The latest episode involves me showing up for my scheduled oil change, only to arrive to find no one at the shop. When I called the number taped to the window, Jornette said they all got Covid or something & went home. The obvious question being, why didn't someone call me before I left work early & drove over? No logical answer. The mechanics may be great, but the current scheduler/receptionist isn't helping their business at all.

Like everyone else, taking my car to be repaired is right up there with going to the dentist in terms of enjoyment (no offense to dentists). Catherine's makes it painless. Easy online schedule, after hours drop-off, timely text message updates, honest assessments, quality work, and good value. The really understand the value of long term customer relationships - they are always trying to do right by the customer. It is really nice to work with a service provider that you can trust!

I recently moved to Atlanta and was referred by a friend to Catherine's Auto Repair. I was looking for an honest, quality mechanic shop that charged fair prices. Within a day and a half, Catherine's Auto Repair was able to diagnose and fix my front brakes, rear brakes, and wheel bearing at a great price. They were friendly, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly to me before they began any work on my car. They even sent photos of the parts on my car that needed repair. I am very impressed with them and will be taking my car here for future appointments!

I could not have better things to say about Catherine's Auto Repair. The service is fast, painless and very transparent. Everything was explained clearly to me (someone with no car knowledge) and they recommended the best options for me and saved me over $2000 compared to a recommendation from a nearby shop. Honestly, this is the first experience at an auto shop where I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of auto knowledge. I will no longer take my car anywhere else and have already recommended to all my friends in the area.
