Carver Machine Works is an engineering centered, disciplined, metal fabricator. We provide world-class welding fabrications, precision machining and mechanical assembly, and rebuild services. The founding family incorporates the industrial repair firm whose primary customer is a local phosphate mining and chemical processing facility.

Project Engineers and Project Managers offer design validation services, reverse engineering experience and design improvement recommendations for easier manufacturability, reducing costs increasing the quality of the final product. We have the master craftsmen and machining equipment to handle the most stringent tolerances and machining challenges.

Over time these conveyor screws begin to suffer wear from continued service. Stub shaft wear, keyway damage and bent or damaged flights can adversely affect the operations. CMW understands the critical areas on these conveying components. We replace stub shafts, flights and repair keyways. We also frequently apply hard-facing material to the leading edges of the flights to extend the life of the important components.

Our extensive certifications include NADCAP, NAVSEA, ASME "U" and National Board "R" - allowing us to build and repair critical equipment including pressure rated equipment. We have extensive experience with high-grade alloys and other materials that provide corrosion, abrasion resistance and high temperature capabilities that will extend the service life with efficient performance for your equipment.
