My brand new Mercedes was rear ended and had some damage to the rear bumper. My dealer recommended Caruso Collision as they were MB certified. The other parties insurance set up a 3 way call and they took my car in next business day. Within 3 days my car was repaired beautifully and the process was super easy and stress free. Carusos is the BEST! They handled my SUV professionally and fixed the issue immediately. They are Mercedes certified and they were able to fix the exterior of my damaged truck back to perfection. The shop is clean and staff are all professional and friendly. These guys are well experienced and been in the business for years. I would totally recommend this place to family and friends. Tommy was very helpful and professional! Don't go anywhere else this place does the job, they are the best!

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with my car. Diagnosis wasn't fully covered so they kept finding issues with my Benz. Finally, they realized they couldn't repair what was wrong so they sent my car off to Mercedes. It took over 4 weeks to get my car back so all in all, I was not too content with the time frame that they had my car. The body damage repair was great though, hence the 3 stars and not a 1 star.

It is rare in this world when you find a service company that is friendly, responsive, and get's the job done right. After a minor altercation with a deer, I asked around as to where I should bring my collectible sports car. All fingers pointed toward Caruso's. The job was perfect, and the car once again looks new. Always reliable. Excellent bodywork. Excellent staff and easy to work with. Highly respected by insurance companies. I have used it many times over the years including on Audi, BMW, and various other brands and everything comes out looking like new. They've been around for a long time and I've never heard a bad word about them.
