Doesn't happen in most shops, but in this one they were helpful, friendly, courteous and service didn't come with a jar of Vaseline.

Love going there, they are clear, straightforward and step you through what your car needs and the prices. Will continue to go there in future. I trust their work and my car with them!

I would never recommend this place to anyone! Took car here because it was not driving straight and they said I needed a lower control arm and an alignment. They replaced the lower control arm and claimed to have done an alignment. When I picked up my car it was still not driving straight so I took it back and they said it was good and they had completed all needed work.

But it did not drive straight and the steering wheel was tilted. So took the car to another place that showed me additional parts that needed to be replaced in order to even align the car properly and the alignment readings that proved the car had not been properly aligned. Carsport completely failed to diagnose the necessary parts or perform the alignment and job correctly!

Carsport did an incredible job on my wife's envoy. They repaired this awful roar and clanking sound, threw some new oil in it, and aligned it after replacing the lower control arms and hub bearing. Emmanuel kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend these guys. Wife says it drives like a brand new car. Hands down the most reasonable and honest mechanic shops in the area! They have worked successfully on my vehicle as well as my son's. They are family owned. This is an addition to previous review: They are still top notch. Wish I wouldn't have left a review before because their business is picking up. Lol. Just kidding. I take all of my cars to Carsport. They are quick to diagnose issues and very fair with their prices. They have worked on my BMW, Ford F150 and Ford Focus. They have actually advised me not to do certain things (even though it would mean they make more money) due to other issues that could arise. Very honest and reliable company, and every repair has been done perfectly. I feel fortunate to have found a repair shop with quality mechanics that have integrity. You cant go wrong with Carsport.

Constantly returning cars to be fixed after they claimed to have fixed an issue. My last trip brake booster repair. Still clicking. A/C leaking noise, it's still leaking. Transmission jerk or misfire. It's still doing it. I just sold the car and they got easy money from my warranty.

I have to say after about a 4 month nightmare dealing with car repairs on a 2012 Camaro, Carsport has saved the day. Without hesitation and with kindness upon repeated visits to make repairs right (done by another mechanic) we have success! I have dealt with multiple employees and they get the job done! This is family owned and they do real work and fix the real problems, they are nit the cheapest or the most expensive however THEY ARE TRUST WORTHY BOTTOM LINE AND HONEST

Today is the 2nd time I've stopped here because I've had a screw in my tire. My whole neighborhood flooded and since we have debris everywhere still this is a common occurrence. With this said neither time did they charge me

I moved to Texas in 2010. I was referred to Carsport, and have been taking my car(s) there ever since. The staff is Professional, friendly, and Courteous. It is nice to have a place to take your car and know that you are going to get honest and truthful outcomes. I never feel like they are trying to charge me for extra things, or over charge. Such a relief.

My airbag light had turned on, and I took it to the dealership to find out the issue. They told me they needed to replace the entire driver side seat, and it was going be nearly $5000. I obviously did not get that done, and took it to Carsport for a second opinion, and it turns out it was just a loose wire. It only took them about twenty minutes to get everything done, and I was back on the road. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great shop and they do fantastic work, I take my classic and daily driver cars here and they always do a wonderful job!

Didn't like the service here. Waited forever for my car to be repaired and service was done without my permission. I won't be coming back.

I own 6 vehicles between my wife, myself, and our kids. I bring them all to Jimmy's shop. Very professional and trustworthy. They don't make up issues and find reasons to charge you. Many times they clear the codes and let me know that it was computer issue and not a mechanical one. No charge. The times they have found issues they worked with me to find the most cost effective, safe solution. I trust them with every vehicle I have.

I brought my car in over two months ago to get it serviced. I was constantly waiting for them to contact me like they said they would about a part they needed for my car. Every time I called I got excuses more weeks would go by and still no call backs. I understand trying to save the customer money and getting them a better price on a part but in exchange my car still was never even fixed and I wasted time waiting for them to call me when they could have just said they weren't going to fix my car and I could have went somewhere else. Highly disappointed

I have been going here for over 5 years. I have never had a problem with quality of service, customer service or price. I just had some repairs done. They estimated $1450. They we're going to come in under and we found another problem that would certainly put me over but they did the extra work and still came in under the 1450. I had 4 brakes with pads and new rotars, alignment, new tires, all belts, battery and safety mount. Plus, when my wife took me to the shop, they plugged her tire and did not even add it to my bill of which I told them to do.

Most people review this place as I do. Excellent. Because they are. I do not understand any of these not so good ones ( of which there are not many ) I only trust these folks, as well as my wife, 2 daughters and father in law. THIS IS THE HEST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED PERIOD! Thanks Car Sport.
