Being new to the area I was going to be picky about who worked on my Mercedes CLS550. I stopped in to Carolina Tire & Auto near Uptown to check them out as I had a check engine light on. Immediately when you walk in you know that they are professional. Wood floors, professionally designed. I met their staff and they took me out to my car so I could watch what they were doing.
Their electronics were impressive as they went through my car. It tested every aspect of my Mercedes. Come to find out, there was an air injection leak detected and their tech knew immediately what was wrong. They had the hose repaired within minutes. It blew me away. So I let them perform my Service B and it went off without a problem. The oil filter even came in a Mercedes box. Great job Carolina Tire, you have my business for sure.
