Car Care Clinic originated in April 1977 by a gentleman named Bob Tewes, Sr. The firm from very start has understood that people don't have the convenience of leaving a car and having its requirements attended to in an expert manner. Car Care Clinic was one of the 1st 10 minute oil changes to open in Jackson. Customer service and satisfaction has been our number one aim.

Staff was rude. When I came up to the window inside the store, the cashier said very bluntly."you need to just sit down until I call you." I only had a question about additional services. I will not be back. The staff that performed the work did not say, "thank you and come again." Grade: D
