I had to call abouty.car several times to get the status of the work. Because it was and insurance job I need had to check the start time because I got a call from the insurance company letting me know it was okay to start the work but never received a call it had begun or anything. When I did call they were waiting on a part, when tne part came in they were waiting on another part. Next time I'm trying someone else. Car was not aligned in the from can see were it is off some. Work was not that good.

Capital Body Shop in Byram MS is the best! During the ice storm several Pine Tree limbs damaged our 2008 Toyota Camry. This car was returned in the condition of a brand new car considering, the condition it was in when we brought it there. The "Man To See is Mr. Cody D". He went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied! Several years ago we brought a 2017 Lexus GS to Capital Body Shop in Byrum MS. You could not tell that the car had been repaired. Excellent job!

I had a great experience with BJ getting my struts replaced. They are transparent, helpful, and clear with their business! I would recommend. Great professionalism, friendly. It was helpful going to a shop that I had heard positive reviews about from the past. I don't leave reviews usually but I feel like they were so patient with me as I don't know about cars and didn't want to get scammed. So, they do great business and I'm grateful for their great work on my car!

Troy and his crew did a wonderful job on my vehicle. After a wreck, they made it look brand new! Everything was done on time and they updated me throughout the process. Would recommend going here to get the job done! Everyone was great and a very happy work environment. I will definitely be returning for any future work on my vehicles.
