Located in a strip mall on rte 5 several people waiting for takeout, dining room was busy, a few empty tables, server was Laura, she was wearing a mask, came right over, introduce herself, took our drink order, while we looked over menu. The menu is several pages, mostly Italian food. There are tables and booths to choice from. Drinks arrived quickly, an server took our food order, she brought bread an butter.

There were four of us, an the first time, I had been here, the other couple had been here before, an had calzones, which they highly recommended. Food came out, pretty quickly, everything was hot, Laura did check back on us, to make sure everything was good. Portions were good size, an every one enjoyed their meals. We even had to take the rest of my dinner home, I had the chicken Parm with pasta, very good.

Would recommend this place, an ask for Laura if you give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed, save room for the chocolate calzone for dessert! I will try that next time we go!

Everything delivered in timely fashion. We went for lunch but at a time when people were probably going back to work, end of the lunch hour. Everything was fresh and exactly as ordered. Plenty of room and plenty of help. I just thought the place was a little on the dark side, the only reason I gave it a 4.

I have been there twice. Let me first say that my car is in horrible shape and needs a lot of work. Not they're fault I bought it a bad dealership. Wolfs auto don't ever buy there. So I wanted to start getting my car maintenanced and repaired by a local shop. First I had the spark plugs replaced and engine coils. Total cost was 1700, which I thought was really high priced.

Second my car wouldn't start, I finally got it to start so I drove there and asked to check my battery. They told me I needed a new battery and it would be 275. I thought this was high. But after I asked s mechanic friend he said that's the going rate. Later they said they needed to keep it over night because it was showing some codes on the computer.

Next day they said the computer had to be reprogrammed. Total now was 550. I thought wow this is very high again. I'm a full time musician with not much money and I'm not sure if I can afford to go back there. The people were very nice and friendly. They even gave me a rental car for the night. I greatly appreciate that. I just don't have that type of money. I understand things break down but I just feel like the price is to high for my blood.

Not a lot of pizza options in Cranston and unfortunately this is off the list. Never enough cheese or pepperoni even when you order extra; and sometimes overcooked.

This place was amazing! From beginning to end to communicating and even shuttling me around. 10/10 recommend. Awesome customer service. The complementary inspection report is a great perk as well. I'd absolutely go back and would refer others.

I was in a panic to get my sons car serviced before he left for college in WV. I literally had one day to spare. These guys got the car in, did a complete check and gave me their honest opinion on what should be fixed before he left and what could wait. They didn't "go for the juggler" when they saw a panicked mom. they reassured me the car would. be ok with some small fixes to get him there and back. Pricing- I can't comment on Because honestly I don't know car pricing/expenses, however I do know I would have paid twice what it was worth to fix my sons car for his safety and knowing it was in good hands at Pauls! Will return when he gets back from winter break. Thanks so much For your honesty and the quick turnaround time. My boy arrived in WV with no issues

Had a nail in my tire, I called they got me right in and did not charge me. I was not looking for that at all. They just wanted to get me safe. Great service, Great Office Staff!

Been to a lot of auto repair places in my life and this place is the best. The staff is pleasant and friendly. They all appear to bring a can do attitude. I had brakes overhauled, a/c lines repaired, power steering leak fixed and one wheel bearing replaced on a 18 year old car.

I brought my VW CC to them thinking I needed a new engine based off of two other places saying so. They diagnosed the car and found the problem(s) and although it took two weeks my car is back on the road and drivable. Thanks.

I had my car serviced today (03/02/2021). Andy was my service person. He was professional, courteous and a great guy to talk to. He kept me up to date with all the work that had to be done and gave me an accurate cost of the work. Also, it was extremely easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend Pike Creek Automotive.

I brought my '96 SVT Cobra in recently, and to say the car needed work was an understatement. I called Pike Creek Automotive and they were quick to respond, respectful, and most importantly - I was able to get my car in on the same day that I called. The repair time was estimated to be three days and they were able to stick to this estimate - the. prices are reasonable and they are up front with what needs to be taken care of immediately, as well as points to monitor going forward.

I will definitely be bringing the Cobra back in the future for more work, and I expect to bring my Expedition in too when I find the time. I should also note that days later, they even called back to thank me for choosing their business over the other shops in the area, that's commitment to customer service. From my experience alone, you won't leave feeling disappointed with the quality of work.

Just another simple service needed for my wife's vehicle. Big or simple auto jobs, it doesn't matter, they "make it easy" as possible for, the customer. Why? Because they treat you with kind, personal & provide spot-on professional service. Our family has been taking our vehicles to PCPC for a long time.for all good reasons. They are a family type buisness, & treat everyone, like you were their neighbor.

I recently visited with my BMW m3 that had a terrible creaking noise. The technician diagnosed the vehicle that morning and they were able to replace the control arms, bushings, and align the vehicle within the same day! They even gave me a loaner car while the work was being completed. Talk about convenience. Thank you to the team at Pike Creek automotive for keeping my car fun and running great!

When your given a price To repair your vehicle and you say it's way too much and 30 min later the price has been reduced By $700 yes $700 cheeper because I said so for the same work that tells me some one was Sticking it to me to begin with! So I decided to take it somewhere else to be repaired. And it was $1200 cheaper than what I was first quoted and expected to pay.

I can't believe I was sent a comment card from them anyway IT PAYS TO GET TWO ESTIMATE I would never recommend pike creek automotive there twice the price for auto repairs and if twice the price don't bother you then let them work on your car but remember with all the smoke and mirrors comes a price and you will pay it and then some. If your car breaks down by Pike Creek Automotive find somebody to push you well past it!

Amazing breadsticks! Huge and delicious! Great all around. don't be fooled by the strip mall/ surrounding- this is a high quality mid tier Italian Restaurant- pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended! So much we couldn't eat it all.

This is an update, changed from 1 to 3 stars. The 1 star review was because of lack of communication from the service technician. I took the car back and explained the issues to the managers. They spent the next 3 days taking to the technicians at in the shop and fixed most of the outstanding issues. The one outstanding issue yet to fix is because during my previous service the mechanic (different shop) had replaced non-genuine hyundai part causing the issue.

First time I came here. Service was great, she was very outgoing and prompt with any requests. Pizza, Calzones, Salads, Sandwiches, Pasta. Also have a children's menu and specials on on the back of the menu! We had split an appetizer of sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes, hot peppers over garlic bread. My lunch was a Stuffed Greek Salad. It was a Spinach Pie filled with their Greek Salad and Homemade Pita Bread. Choice was white, wheat or multigrain. I chose multigrain and was it amazing.

Consistently good food I always have to get an order of breadsticks and a large salad their salad dressing is delicious and I suggest a number 17 with mushrooms very very good

The only thing I can say is "these guys get it". Unbelievably professional and welcoming staff, clean & bright waiting area, the shop area is meticulous, and the work is always done timely and professionally. They truly understand that treating a customer with respect and honesty pays off compared to some of their competitors. I watched as a service representative came into the waiting room and had a conversation with an elderly customer about their car and the work required.

It was genuine, honest, and caring. My vehicle was in for a simple oil change today, when completed the Service Manager sat with me to review the work that had been done and the inspection they had completed. He had an IPad and was able to show me pictures of each item we discussed and their recommendations, no hard sell and no unnecessary work recommended. The best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop, look no further!

I have been using this service center for about ten years and they have always been easy to work with: both professional and friendly. However, a recent repair has skewed my overall opinion to where I now see them as overpriced and worry that I have been overcharged repeatedly over the years. A recent quote for a starter replacement seemed quite high to me.

I checked with AAA and another local service center and received a quote that was 40% less. I called PC's and complained about the price discrepancy and, to their credit, they did come down (though not as much as the AAA dealer), but close enough that I let them complete the repair. Of course, this makes me wonder how much I may have been overcharged for previous repairs. I will continue to bring my cars here for service, but will, from now on, compare the price quotes I am being given.

These guys, especially Brandy and Anthony, were incredible in helping me out of a bad situation with a less than reputable shop. After being told I needed a new transmission, I went to Campanella's and they got me up and running (no new transmission needed!). The tow company they use is fantastic too - I can't find them on yelp or I would be leaving a great review for them too!

Pleasant Surprise for follow-up tire repair. My wife had her tire repaired (bead leak) at the Paul Campanella's in Wilmington. Unfortunately the slow leak continued. After several weeks of putting air in the tire we brought the car to the Pike Creek location where they found a different issue (a small nail puncture). When we picked up the car there was no charge for the 2nd repair. That's what I call customer service and I know where we will take our cars for future service needs.

I recently move to the Pike Creek area. This auto repair shop was recommended. I was due for an oil change and the "check engine " light had come on for the first time on my 10 year old Eclipse. They checked the entire car. There were seals that were leaking, struts, and other items. As far as I am concerned, these were essentially normal items that needed attention after 125,000 miles.

I have not had any problems with this car up to this time. After ordering all the necessary parts, the repairs were scheduled and they provided me with a loaner car. Not only am I pleased with their service and professionalism, but I am happy to have found an honest service center where I would have no problem leaving my car and saying "Check it over." Overall, I believe I was charged a reasonable rate for all the work that was done. They also guarantee their work for 2 years.

The auto repair industry itself has a clientbase that has an overall attitude of distrust and suspicion. Paul Campanella's puts away any anxiety that this attitude might have built on you over the years. Their staff is friendly, personable, helpful and I'm very impressed by the fact that Paul himself will greet and chat with his customers.

In addition, while you may feel that an auto shop is trying to force unneccesary repairs on you, Paul's will actually advise you of the urgency of any issues spotted. Another appealing feature is that they will actually text you visit report summaries as well as appointment/followup reminders. The pricing is reasonable and very competitive. Which reminds me. I need to schedule my next appointment with them soon. I'll be back again for sure.

I do not recommend taking your foreign car here. I did not receive quality service from this garage. While I do think the people at this station are good people, the service and communication was bad and they charged me much more for a non-fix than they should have. My story: I had AC problems with my german car. They happily accommodated me at the Pike location.

The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and friendly. But when I told him I just wanted to charge the AC, not leak check or anything extra, he told me that is was not possible to just fill the Freon. They would have to do a full test because "that is what the machine does". When I said I was trying to save money and just wanted to fill the Freon he said "If it doesn't need a complete fill of Freon then the service will cost less." That statement was false since the machine evacuates the AC completely then refills it, so there was no lower cost possibility.

After running the machine and having a mechanic look at it they said they found a leak and it would cost over $660 to fix it (I declined this option). Just for "the machine" testing I was charged $167. I drove it back home to my local mechanic and they did the same testing but manually, checking for AC leaks. They found the problem and fixed everything, including other stuff like replacing air filters, for less than $500.

So $500 to fix everything vs the $827 (167+660) from Campanella's. I don't know how their work is for domestic cars but I did not have a good experience with my german car.

Just want to shout out a great big Thank You to these guys - Anthony took care of me- for taking the time to put an out of towner, in trouble on a once in a lifetime road trip in a 1968 Olds 442, LS engine swap and 5 speed - from NY-VA-GA-FL-SC-VA-NY back on the road in a few hours. I was on my way from NY to Virginia when I felt like the wheel was falling off, wobbling, so I pulled over - got towed to Campanella's and saw Anthony- within 15 minutes he knew what the problem was - wheel bearing and seal- Not everyone carries parts for that old of a car but he knew who to call and once the parts arrived 30 minutes later he was road testing and I was on my way. Couldn't thank them enough.

Great people. Mike the mechanic was a pleasure and a car guy also. One last person of mention is the cashier/ receptionist - Kristin- she kept me company while I waited - so pleasant. Because of them my road trip was a success and had the time of my life. Nice to know that great people still exist- Highly recommend the shop- Rich Campisi Long Island. NY 1968 olds 442 red with white top and fender stripe - put up a few pics on your site also.

Had a flat tire & they checked to see if it could be patched or needed to be replaced. Once they indicated it needed to be replaced, they provided multiple cost options. I didn't feel that they were trying to take advantage of me, but tried to find a reasonable option.

I received good service at my last visit. Customer service is good. I like that they are ready to take you home and bring you back to the garage when your vehicle is ready, without too much of a wait. However, during this visit, I was told my car was ready and the shuttle driver (Megan, who is very friendly) picked me up and took me back to the shop.

Once I got there, my car was still on the lift. I was told there had been an error in receiving the correct oil for my car and I would need to wait. I waited for another hour until my car was ready. The service manager was apologetic. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, so the wait wasn't too bad, but I would have rather waited at home. Still a good visit and I recommend this garage. P.S. It seems like they are a little on the expensive side, but I think it is because they are thorough and knowledgeable.
