I have brought my car in, immediately Humberto took care of my insurance claim and all the little details that saved me time and stress. Humberto took great care of my Infiniti! I had a damaged bumper that needed to be removed, sanded, and repainted. When I got it back it looked good as new, and they had even taken the time to vacuum my interiors and wash the rest of my car! Great place Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the pleasure of doing business with "CALL CAR COLLISION AUTO BODY SHOP at 1774 Mission(SF-CA)", after a hit and run incident that occurred with my car. They are authorized repair center, so the process that they follow is very organized and streamlined in terms of handling the claims and repair process. The shop owner Humberto were extremely communicative throughout the repair process and he always kept in touch, his attention with us was high to the top, thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my Honda to Call Car Collision after getting into a fender bender. They were very professional, patient, clean, and extremely friendly. Humberto took the time to explain in detail the high quality paint they use at CCC. After they finished their body repair my car looked brand new. Humberto and his team are top notch and one of the best in the business. I would recommend CCC to anyone in the Bay Area.

I cannot recommend this place enough. After being plagued with water leaking into my wheel well of my Honda Fit and multiple places in the city telling me they can't fix it (including the Honda repair center, which completely ripped me off) I finally found the right team for the job! They were extremely honest, straight forward, professional, reliable and reasonably priced.

I went in there thinking "Im taking my car into a body shop in San Francisco, Its gonna cost me and arm and a leg" and left thinking "My car was fixed for a great price with an amazing team I can trust." 10 star. If youre looking for a body shop, go here.

This is the second time I take my car to get fixed here. I called the insurance, told them where the car was going to get fixed and from there I just left my car there and the body shop dealt with the rest. My car was ready when they said it'll be ready and looked perfect. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing! Go here! Called Rob very late on a Wednesday to ask if he could install a taillight that had gotten smashed the week before. I had the new taillight and just needed it installed. He said they were extremely busy, but to call the next morning and he'd see if he could squeeze me in. I called at 8:15 and he said to come on down. As soon as I got there he jumped up from behind the desk and did the install himself in about 10 minutes.

Then just shook my hand AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME. They were obviously already very busy when he took the time to do this. If anything I just felt like I should've done the install myself except he knew how and where and with what tools to extricate and reattach all those weird little plastic brackets, one of which I surely would've snapped off.

At no point was he annoyed or exasperated with the fact that I hadn't attempted to do it myself. Loved the whole energy of my interactions with them. I will be going back for any and all body work I need in the future.

Thanks to Humberto Veras and his amazingly talented staff for taking care of my car. I was involved in a small door ding accident. They were attentive, knowledgable and made sure they did an excellent job. Monte Grazie!

These guys are great. My family has been going to this shop for years but this was my first time taking my car in. The father and son duo are Brazilian and speak Portuguese which is a plus for me. Decided to take my 2013 civic in to remove the a dent and scratch that ran along both door panels on the driver side. The team here handled everything including working with insurance. All I had to do was sign the insurance check and pick up my new-looking car in less than two weeks. The pain job looked exactly like the original. Would highly recommend.

I can't get over how nice and efficient the service is here. I had knocked off my side view mirror, and when I called they told me to bring in my car. Without even having to get out of the car, the guy assessed the situation, and called around to see if anyone had a replacement part. He ended up having to order one, but he screwed mine back on for the weekend free of charge. It took less than an hour for them to replace it when the part came in. I highly recommend this place for your car woes!

First time here, this shop is awesome. They are friendly and easy going. Their service is excellent. They helped me to get a rental car and dealt with my insurance company. They are professional and worked fast. They finished fixing my car in one week, and my car looks like new.

There are only good things to say about Call Car Collision. They are wonderful to deal with, very helpful and honest. My front bumper needed to be replaced and repainted, they did a great job making my car look like new again. I am highly recommending them to anyone who needs body work done in SF!

What a beautiful body shop. This place is a MUST visit if you need bodywork in San Francisco. I met the owners and they do exceptional work. High quality body and paint work. One of the owners explained to me the process of painting my door skin and how they prep it so that your paint will not peel in one or two years. The shop is one of the cleanest and most organized I have seen. They do exceptional work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work around San Francisco!

Sorry but I must also add my 5-star to that impressive list. My front bumper was hit and must be replaced. They took me the same day (unlike others who wanted to schedule an appointment in 3 days), the quote was fast and received in PDF by email and iMessage, so I can easily check and share it. Work was well done and in the right range of price. I also trust those people. And will see them again if needed.

Claudio-the man is magic. We have to start with his AMAZING customer service at the time that we called him. He arranged everything including the car rental. On the day we came, he brought us to Enterprise, talked to manager to have us check out a 7-seat SUV although my insurance only covered a car not over $25 a day. And then he assured me to go on to my vacation.

He would perform his magic including dealing with my insurance. Upon my return from worry free vacation, my 2003 SUV looked like brand new again without any surprised cost. I would definitely and highly recommend him even I have to drive 60 miles away to the city.

These guys know there stuff. I took my 1973 vw beetle here after being rear ended, and not being covered by insurance. I told them what I exactly wanted done, hence being on a budget. They said no problem with a smile. They quoted me a more than fair price and ended up even doing more work then asked for. These guys do great work at great prices. Did I mention they had mar car ready the next day? I cant wait to bring them more of my restoration work for my old rusting car. thanks call car collision.
