Used these guys recently they replaced my windshield they were quick and i was very happy with the price and quality i haven't had any problems Service: Auto windshield replacement

The windshield installed has scratches on the inside one that is really deep and there is a whooshing noise while driving so clearly the windshield was not installed properly. There was valve adhesive smeared in the inside and on the windows and windshield and the plastic cover of my rear view mirror wasn't put back on properly. Now I have to take it to a reputable company to redo their horrible work. Do not use this company, they are cheap.

I had my windshield replaced on my Lexus CT200h on 3/21/22. The guy who did the replacement was nice. It seemed that everything was in order and the windshield looked good. Fast forward to today, 5/22/22, only 2 mos later. I was driving on the freeway and the molding that snaps on to the left driver's side of the windshield fly's off. It snaps on top of the windshield with several brackets.

I looked up the price of the molding, thinking if it wasn't too expensive I would just buy the replacement piece and not bother the glass co. Come to find out it's $147. So I call the glass company and the guy was very short with me on the phone. I gave him my date of service. He said it doesn't always have anything to do with the windshield, but it literally snaps on top of the windshield after it's replaced.

He wouldn't talk about it, said find receipt and call back, then hung up on me. Super rude. I will call him back with my receipt in hand and this better be resolved or I will file a dispute. BEWARE! I'm hoping I can come back and edit this review with good news, but in the meantime I wanna warn anyone who may be considering using their service.

They came out to me and I paid half of what I was gonna pay at another place

This place is terrible! Made me day worse! The owner a guy speaks so rude! Always cut me off while I'm talking about my windshield issue. The way he speaks like a boss, not polite at all! It was so hard to find this tiny little shop. When I called the guy with Taiwan accent said I don't need to make an appointment, just wait. When I got there, he said why are you here? You need to make an alignment, which he didn't mentioned before I come. I swear! Unreliable owner, place, awful service! review

My passenger window was shattered due to a attemped burglary.i called this place trying to get a quote for my 2007 audi a4. when i called the guy immediately cut me off and said earliest is tomorrow. i said thats fine. when i went on to tell him what kind of car he said.ohh noo i dont want to do that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? since when is it ok to turn down business just because you dont want to do it? well sir, i did not want to walk outside yesterday evening and deal with a shattered window, BUT HERE I AM.

After appointment to fix the front windshield with Ron, I found out that I can drive for a while with a small cracked windshield while waiting for money transfer -I didn't have enough money to replace. So, I cancelled the appointment with Ron. Then I noticed 2nd back glass was broken. Ron had my address here and my car got damaged. How can I trust Ron for fixing?

Great service even with a time crunch. Our son's car was broken into by shattering the driver's side window. He had to go out of town in a couple of hours and Michael and his team came to the rescue. They were kind, efficient, and got him on the road in no time at all.

I had my windshield repaired and the installer made a huge mess with the glue all over my car and lost bolts and broke some of my trim around the windshield. (on the receipt it says lifetime warranty on defective glass and workmanship) after he left i noticed my windshield was whistling from from the seal and i called and the company and spoke the the manager and he was super rude and yelling at me telling me i was bothering him because i wanted him to come fix it. after trying to reason with him he told me he wasn't gonna fix it and that i could dispute the charges with the credit card company but that he was gonna win because he had my signature on the paper. so now i have a mess of a car, broken trim, and a leaky windshield. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! NEVER! I REPEAT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND FILING WITH WITH THE BBB if i could leave negative stars i could

I was fortunate enough to find this auto glass company after one of the windows was broken by a vandal. The team was very honest and worked hard to help source a replacement window. Due to the particular window being rare we had to order from the OEM. Once the glass came in the team at California Auto Glass installed it and it is as good as new. I had gotten a quote from another shop that wanted several hundred dollars for the repair.

I really appreciate the honesty from the team at California Auto Glass and would highly recommend them. Hopefully I'm not the victim of car vandalism again but in the event anything happens in the future, this will be my first call. Thank you again!

I was unfortunately one of the victims of a rock flying off a dump truck on 405 and smashing my whole windshield. Thankfully, Michael and his team were out to fix it within less than 24 hours! They did a fantastic job. Very kind and professional as well. I couldn't believe how easy it was too. I was quoted a really great rate thankfully! I was fortunate enough to find this auto glass company after my truck had the back window broken. They tried their best to find a good deal on the glass and I ended up having to order direct from the original manufacturer. Some how Chevrolet dealers were unable to install their own windows. The team at Orange Auto Glass was fast and efficient. The best experience I've had with an Auto Glass shop. I very much appreciate their honesty and would certainly bring any auto glass issues to them in the future. Thank you again for your great work!

If zero stars was a thing, that's what I would rate this business. I had my windshield on my BMW X5 replaced 2 years ago by this company and at the time it seemed like everything was fine. Today I had Safelite come to install a new windshield again and I find out that back when this company did my windshield 2 years ago they broke the clips on my side molding and decided to GLUE IT BACK ON and NEVER EVEN SAID ANYTHING.

I called CA Auto Glass since my receipt from them says there's a "lifetime warranty on defective glass and workmanship" and the man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and basically told me to F off and that he wasn't honoring anything past 2 years. So now I have to go spend over $500 on new moldings and clips from the dealership before I can even get my windshield replaced again by Safelite. I have never experienced such blatantly poor customer service by any business in my life.

I looked around at a couple of different places and this was the best one with the best price. It was fast service. I loved that they were able to come to my work. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of the price discrepancy. I was quoted 240 over the phone, but was charged 250. Granted its only 10 bucks, but honor the price.

Earns a max rating. Service was as advertised. Arranging appointment was fast and simple. Worker arrived on time and did a complete and satisfactory installation. The cost was exactly as estimated.

Low quality work, not responsive. This company was contracted by my dealer to fix a leak in the seal around the windshield of a new car. The fix didn't hold. Of course, I didn't notice for two years because the water integrity of the car is rarely tested for a garaged car in Southern California. The company promises (in theory) to redo their work, but does not follow through.

They don't return phone calls. When they did finally make an appointment, the day of the appointment, they were short-staffed. Rather than stiffing someone else, my appointment was canceled.

I've brought my cars to this facility many times and usually all would be fine but quality has gone way downhill. I had a windshield replaced and it wasn't sealed well and whistled on the freeway. I asked for it to be corrected and was given a hard time but it was done. Still whistled but 3rd time was the charm. The BIGGEST problem is the side window garnishing that must be taken off in order to remove the glass. I've had to replace both sides on my vehicle because they broke them both and just used silicone to glue them back on. Long time customer but i won't be back again.

What a great and fast service! We got our car broken into and the windshield broken and was fixed in the same day almost instantly after we made the call and they were efficient and quick. There was a mistake with the car window and they went back and got the correct one! We forgot the two who came to the house to fix the window, father and son! Mobile repair is awesome!

Literally just got my windshield done and I could not be happier with the service! My car was in need of a new windshield. I had a crack longer than six inches and only getting worse - especially since it's starting to heat up here in SoCal. So before I even found California Auto Glass, my option was to do Safelight - it was recommended to me by a family member.

Good thing for free quotes, because had I gone with Safelight I would have spent double the amount I paid with CA Auto Glass. Making an appointment was easy. I filled out the online form on their website and a few minutes later, I received a call to confirm. Aside from easy scheduling, another reason why I would recommend CA Auto Glass is that they use OEM products, and they stand by their service by offering LIFETIME WARRANTY!

False advertisement! Their repair map shows they service 2 locations i would be at but they did not want to repair, said they would only replace. Guess Safelite gets my business.

I had my Honda Accord replaced here last year and they did a great job. I started hearing some air coming in and called them. They gladly fixed it for me right away as part of their warranty. Great company. I would highly recommend it.

I needed a new windshield. My previous one for my 2001 Dodge Ram was bombed out. Major crack in the center which would have given any ticket happy cop a reason to pull me over. Would recommend to friends and family for the fastest responses, great prices, and clean installs. Only thing I would have preferred if the quote mentioned that it didn't include tax. Still, that price was lower than any other place so it didn't matter!

I had a very positive experience. They were professional, the replacement of the windshield for my VW Passt was done within the estimated time and at a price far less than what four other auto glass shops quoted. I would highly recommend them.

The technician called to let us know he was on his way & when he arrived he got right to work. It took less time than we expected & Arnold was clean, professional, friendly & personable.

I had my windshield replaced and I noticed a few years later that it had been leaking. I booked it through windshield guru and neither this company or windshield guru will guarantee the work. You had one job. Go elsewhere.

Dropped rating down to 2 stars. The installer messed up the small cover by the door handle that covers the screw. It's scratched up and doesn't close or stay closed, it just hangs there. Also there is a plastic sheet that covers the inside of the door, it's glued on to the door in certain spots. Instead of peeling it back the installer cut a hole to access the door glass screws & mounts. Now there's a hole. what a bunch of sh*t. Never again.live & learn.
