I just picked up my Challenger from this place. I had a hit and run a few weeks ago and they hit my rear bumper. Im speechless with the customer service of Gabriela and Alex. Wonderful communication, keeping us in touch with the process of the car during the week. And the car turned out great! I totally recommend this place hundred percent! I had a bad experience a few years ago with caliber collision and I am glad we found this place!

I normally don't post anything about businesses but I feel I needed to about my situation. I own a 2014 BMW 550. My vehicle came in for a side collision. Paint and a door was repaired and the main damage was my suspension. My front and rear suspension was messed up. Important note, when my vehicle was hit, it was hit with aftermarket 22 inch rims.

The company asked me to bring in my stocks so they could align the car. My car was there for some time and I drove the car one day after picking it and end up having a engine go out. Couldn't understand this but basically it was due to wear and tear per the company and my insurance company. I had the car inspected by BMW and they told me yes new engine but your suspension is messed upas well.

I told them it was just repaired. Anywho, I got a new engine and paid for it out of pocket. Due to coming up with the money for a new engine, I haven't drove my vehicle. It has set for the last 5 months. I get my car back recently and I put my 22 inch rims back on and now my car scrubs and rubs. After a couple inspections, i was told I need new shocks for the vehicle which should have been repaired with the suspension at the collision center.

Not only did California auto body and frame not accurately repair my suspension but also didn't fix my rear left door. It's missing a latch in order for it to close automatically. I'm so frustrated with this place. I feel my car went it and came out worse. I didn't even address the door last week because I felt they would have said it's not us it's your 22" wheels causing the door lmao.

My 22" did not scrub or rub before the accident. Clearly it's the suspension/shocks. Never waste your time or when they say warranty. It's not the truth. I rather take it somewhere else and get it done the right way. They only get the money from insurance and used that and send you on your way. I'll never take my car back here or any other car in the future.

California Auto Body & Frame have extremely kind workers and excellent customer service. They have such a beautiful job working on my car. They are very communicative and courteous. Your car will look like it's brand new once they are done with the repairs. Highly recommend!

Called like a dozen places, literally, looking for a body shop to put my recently purchased pre-owned vehicle on a lift to give me a frame & body inspection since there was suspicion of structural / frame and other damage. Luckily I finally called California Auto Body & Frame and spoke with Alex Torres who I felt was straight forward, accommodating and very professional on the phone.

He was able to schedule me within a few days & I just picked my car up from them a few hours ago. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, provided a ride for me home when I dropped my car off, and even walked me out to my car after to see me off upon leaving. I always appreciate great customer service and personable real people who follow through and provide quality work and this place covered it all. Alex gave me a great organized itemization of work that needed to be done with pricing (both hard copy & electronic) and a frame certificate in a very timely & professional manner so I can present it to the dealership that sold me the car. I definitely recommend this business.

Car needed quote. Nice folks to work with but WOW the cost! Glad the other guy is insured.

Everyone at this location was super nice and friendly. My husband was in an accident that required body work and was deployed when the work needed to be done. Everyone I had contact with was super helpful and explained everything I needed to do. They also provided me a ride home the day I dropped off the car which was so helpful. Glad to have gotten such a good experience out of a tough situation!

Gabriela is incredible! Other than being an extremely nice and likable person, she is just very professional, personable, trustworthy, and good at her job. I hit somebody's couch in the middle of the freeway going 70 + mph Sunday night totally ruining my front bumper on my 2021 Honda Insight. On Monday, I took the car to 3 different body shops before coming here.

One of them was trying to overcharge me, the other told me it would take 3 days before I could even get an estimate, and the girl at Service Kings acted like I was annoying her by asking for an estimate. She took pictures of the car and told me I would have an estimate in a few hours. It's Thursday, and I am still waiting for that estimate while I am sitting in my perfectly fixed car thanks to this place lol!

I literally just picked it up and didn't want to wait to do the review because I was afraid I would forget. And, I hardly ever do these reviews! When I got to this place on Monday, Gabriela approached me with the biggest smile on her face asking me how she could help me. I told her what happened and she said let's go look at it. She was marking everything down that had to be replaced and or fixed on the paper right then.

She explained everything to me in a way that even an idiot would understand and gave me a price right away. As soon as I said let's do it, she was on the phone with the Honda dealer ordering parts. I brought the car back to her on Tuesday and picked it up today. I'll never go anywhere else as long as she is working there. She is amazing! Price was fair, work was great, and all the ppl here are welcoming, friendly, and professional!

Writing this on behalf of my mother; I came here for an estimate today and as soon as I went in, I was greeted with a smile. The customer service there is amazing! Everyone there is helpful, friendly and they got straight to the point! My experience was very pleasant and I would recommend this place to anyone! I would definitely go back if I needed to. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

These guys were great. They check out my old car, which needed new body mounts, and gave me an estimate and appointment day for the work. When I had scheduling conflicts the got me in early and did a great job. I will be recommending them to my friends. Service: Body & Trim

Cali Auto Body & Frame was a pleasure to work with during my insurance claim for my beloved Jeep. They kept in contact and I didn't feel like I was bothering them. They answered questions and went over things thoroughly. When it came time to say bye to my totaled Jeep , they helped me remove my amp and subwoofer, even though I brought my tools. The guys humored my memorial activities and even offered snacks and drinks. I would recommend them first! Huge thanks to Gabriella, Alex, Gabriel, Manny and Sheila!

Had a collision with my Toyota Camry. Gabriella took care of everything kept me informed of everything, contacting the issurance of the other party and everything else. And Gabriel was really professional, I owe him one. Wish I could gave more 5 stars. My experience with them was more than 5 stars. Just give a try you won't be disappointed with their services. And FYI everybody always wear their mask in the office.

Usually I do not write many reviews but after being satisfied with the services from California Auto Body shop for the second time now. This company has impressed me 2/2 times, not to mention the awesome staff that I have grown to appreciate (Gabriel, Gaby, Alex, Victoria, and the rest of the staff). This location offers great services and goes above and beyond to make sure customers like myself walk away satisfied.

I truly recommend this location to those reading this review and if any of my close friendships or family ever ask for a suggested body shop Cali Body Shop will be at the top of my list. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for this company and it's team.

Happy with the service and staff in California auto body. I had a broken bolt that supported the lift gate of my SUV after a hit and run accident. I didn't think something so small would be a headache in other body shops. And my Insurance company was was not helping they were being difficult to work with. When I took it to California auto body they lifted all the weight of my shoulders and handled everything for me. Thank you Gabriela and Gabriel for staying in contact every step of the way and dealing with my insurance for me.

I brought my suv here after a hit and run. My insurance was giving me the roundabout at another shop and I had been going back and forth with them since early July and it's late October now. I dropped my car off on Monday with low hopes honestly because my insurance is just a pain. Well Gabriela called me and said the claim was accepted and they where good to go.

I was so surprised she kept calling my insurance company and sending them everything they needed to make sure the claim was accepted she honestly helped us out a lot. Thank you so much Gabriela. We also worked with Gabriel he talked to us and told us everything that would be done to the car he answered all our questions he did a great job on the car thank you so much Gabriel.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident, after being accident free for years. I was dealing with the at fault driver's insurance. They referred me to California Auto Body, which was probably the BEST suggestion they gave me. Alex (T.) at California Auto Body and Frame set up a tow truck to pick up my car the next day. They quickly accessed the damage and sent me the invoice within a couple of days. Alex communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish through email, and text.

My car was ready in a couple of weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the work. Alex, and the staff at California Auto Body were GREAT! I would 100% recommend California Auto Body! Five stars in customer service, and auto body work!

Excellent Service. I took My Tacoma truck to repair the bed on my truck because one bolt was stripped and the bed rattle a lot. Gabriel Hernandez work with me on the price and gave me a good deal. Once they remove the bed, all the bolts were in terrible condition not just the one, but they fix all the other bolts for no additional price. I'm very satisfied with the repair.

Amazing experience with this business! Sheri (sp?) was professional and knew what she was talking about. My truck had a lot of sun damage to the clear coat on the hood and roof from where the previous owner left it outside for years. I took it to California Auto Body and Frame and as soon as I parked, Gordo came outside and chatted me up. He explained the process of how it would need to be fixed without seeming pushy or annoying.

In fact he was fun to talk to, always laughing but has true experience in his field. Gabriella at the front desk is nice and easy to work with. Second only to their outstanding work is the fact they never pushed me to make an appointment or have them do the work. They simply provided me a written quote and broke down what each part of the quote was for.

Then I asked if I could make an appointment to drop my vehicle off and they said sure, anytime. I enjoyed not being persuaded or pushed by them. They stuck to the time frame they gave me and Sheri called when it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, not only had they done a fantastic job on my truck, but they also washed it and detailed the interior.

They stuck to the quote and everything about this entire process could not have been easier. Their quote was a little pricier than other body shops nearby, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And I am glad I went with this business. Satisfied customer through and through!

Super friendly staff! Repairs took less than a week. My insurance recommended a few shops but I chose this one since it's fairly close to me. Any questions I had regarding the repairs, cost and next steps- they were able to answer! Really appreciative for their quality of work, as my car looks like new, and for their customer service.

I had originally brought my car in for body work in June. They did an excellent job with the repairs and the added work I had hired them for. Gabriela works the front desk, she's very friendly and extremely helpful. She offered to call me an Uber when I dropped my car off. Even though I declined the Uber ride, I thought that was a nice gesture.

Their customer service is great! (Fast forward a few months) During the first week of December we had horrible rain and I noticed that my trunk was filled with water and it had seeped into the cabin of the car. I had notified them and they had be bring my car back so they can take a look to see what's going on. Ends up I had rust on the roof and the hard rain punctured the rust.thus causing the water to flow into my trunk and into the cabin.

Within a day and a half they repaired the hole and returned my car. Gabriel showed me pictures of the rust and repairs they had done. I like how they document everything with photos. It shows they actually did the repair instead of just taking their word for it. I don't drive that car often, it's old and pretty neglected. Not once did they make me feel like my car is a pile of junk or not worth fixing.

I appreciate that because it has sentimental value. Gabriel is very kind and takes good care of his customers. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I will definitely be using them again! In fact, I'm going to tell everyone about them!

This is the best body shop I have ever delt with. Gabe and the crew are customer service driven. I was pushed to take my car to another body shop by my insurance company, But I heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try. They make take a day or 2 longer, But the repair is worth it. Gabe and the guys will stand by their work or he will make it right. So forget want your insurance company tells you and go to CABF! Thanks again Gabe.

Took my car there for a door repair. Had an unfortunate miscommunication with the person doing the pre-inspection that caused me to comeback and take care of the situation. Not sure if it was a miscommunication in my part or he was just saying yes to everything I was saying. Staff was friendly and Gabriel took care of what needed to be done. Car was left dirty inside where they worked at. Did not even wiped the number that they wrote on the windshield. I think it was the date I went there. Other than that, overall I'm somewhat satisfied with my experience.

Not only did these guys do great work. Not only did they communicate clearly and often about delays caused by Jeep in getting them parts. Not only did they quickly get the work done. But California Auto Body and Frame were wonderful in helping me get through a terrible insurance claim and they were awesome dealing with my insurance broker. I'm very grateful that CABF was able to get me back on the road and did a great job. Super nice people. Very smart.

My hubby and I were T-boned by another car 1/10/18. My insurance recommended 3 body shops and I selected California Auto Body & Frame to repair my 2014 Toyota Camry. This shop was professional, knowledgeable and friendly as soon as we arrived. It's a family owned business. They explained the entire process answered all my questions. They even offered the use of a private office to speak with our Claims Adjuster while we were waiting for our rental car.

With our approval, the next day, they immediately dismantled my car to give us a full estimate of the repairs. The damage was quite extensive, estimated 15 days to repair. I opted for email correspondence and they kept me informed throughtout the entire process. They were very responsive to any and all questions. I was so happy when Victoria called to let me know my car was completed. Finished 3 days ahead of schedule!

My car looks new again! I can't thank Gabriel Hernandez and the entire staff for making a difficult situation easy and pain free. I highly recommend this body shop for your repairs.

This company has take care of me and my family for 30 years. There is no better place in Southern California to take your vehicle if you need assistance. The staff is warm and extremely friendly and will bend over backwards to meet your needs.

They have the greatest customer service I've ever encountered in my life. I needed some body work and a quality paint job. My car came out flawless. Their attention to detail not only proved their competence to me but also assured my trust in them for years to come. Gabriel and his team went above and beyond to repair the damage Maccos did to my 2015 Mustang. Friends can't believe my car is 2 years old because it looks like new! Superb job! I was treated with sincerity and like family. The team takes pride in there work and I've heard nothing but good things about them. Like mentioned by previous yelpers they may delay but it's because there priority is customer satisfaction vs getting the job over with and collect the doe.

Dear Mr. Gabriel. You speak of honesty? Fine. I'm not going be wasting my time here with you back and forth. You will be receiving a official notice from my attorney very soon, btw thank you for your post and the additional "defamation of character" claim against me and my so call "friend" who you also accused, he will be sending you a separate correspondence, all this could have been avoided if YOU would have just been honest and said "I or we don't know how to do this instal". I would have been perfectly fine with that on my First! Trip down to your shop. I wish you best of luck.

This place is amazing! They took care of everything for me, even dealt with the other parties insurance so I didn't have to worry about anything. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. They even drove me to pick up my rental car. I just picked my jeep up today, it was finished exactly when they said it would be, and it looked AWESOME!
