Repaired my car through Geico. Had to return twice. Jumper cables missing from the car. First time my drivers mirror which was only scuffed, was entirely replaced with a lower quality component so that the mirror itself would vibrate over small bumps and be seizure inducing on the highway. Parts were unavailable, took 4 weeks or so to get a replacement for the replacement.
Second time, I noticed when they removed my fender to replace/repaint it they damaged the corner light. But instead of replacing it, they glued it back to where it no longer sat flush with the fender. Good thing I noticed it because it fell off on the highway a couple of days before they replaced it. It was a cheap part, but I'm guessing they just pushed it out to meet deadlines knowing that replacing it could cost them time.
Another issue is that they removed my wheel to recondition it from the damage it received. In order to do that you need my wheel lock which is located near the spare which I assume they also used. I had my jumper cables wrapped around the spare. A month after I picked up my car, I had my battery die. Couldn't find my cables, I notified Robert who said he'd look into it.
My cables were never located nor did they ever offer to replace them. I've never had my car keys in anyone else's hand so it's not like they went missing anywhere else. There's a lot of body shops out there. I'd try somewhere else.

Do not drop your vehicle off here expecting good communication or met deadlines. I was in a car accident and had about $8,500 in repair work that needed to be done to my car. Unfortunately, Geico referred me to C & W Body shop. Initially it was amazing, I was given a timeline of about 2 weeks and was sent text updates along the way. Then, 2 weeks after dropping the car off I got a text notification that my car was nearing completion and if they encountered any delays, they would call me so I called just to check in on when I should expect my car.
This is where my nightmare with C & W began. Much to my amazement a part was delayed but I had received no notification of this. I decided to be patient and waited about two more weeks before calling again as my rental car from the insurance agency was about to lose coverage. I was informed at this time that my car would be ready within the week and decided to return my rental car.
Huge mistake, C & W did not follow through on this promise and I spent the next couple of weeks paying for Uber and Lyft services to and from work. I continued to call and check in, was given guarantees and promised my car multiple times only to be told it was not ready. This went on for about 10 weeks, I would call C & W speak to different representatives be guaranteed different timelines or stories and not once did they ever follow through on those promises or call me to update me.
In the end after about $1,000 in extra expenses due to extending my rental car and having to take Uber and Lyft once it was returned, I had lost confidence in their ability to ever bring this job to completion. After a short call with Kia, I located the part C & W had been unable to source for ten weeks, purchased it myself and organized the logistics to get it from the parts warehouse to C & W.
Upon completion of my car, while minor, there were marks on my upholstery. I am attaching photos to this review for reference but I just feel that this final missed detail was indicative of the negligence C & W puts into their work from start to finish. After my experience using C & W I can confidently say I will never use them again nor would I recommend anyone trust them for even the most minor service.

So excellent! I needed a new windshield that day and just dropped in at 8:00 am. Everything was easy, professional, and the price was fair. The best part was that they washed my care and CLEANED THE INSIDE including hosing down my floor mats and vacuuming! Also, everyone was very friendly and kind. Go there. You won't regret it.

From the quick and easy estimate to the completion of the car, they explained step by step what they were doing, set expectations, and reached out to me when there was a delay or issue. Just had bumper replaced from an accident. Had a great experience. C&W did a great job. Robert went above and beyond. He was great with the communications and made sure my car was in and out quickly because of the limited time my car was available for the repair. I was also in a year ago with my aluminum body F-150 pickup with a considerable amount of damage after it was hit by another driver. C&W did a great job on the truck as well. Two well done jobs deserve five stars!

I called C & W Auto Body and Glass for a quote to remove some scratches from the side panel of my vehicle. I promptly received a call back with the recommendation to stop by the shop. Upon visiting the shop I was helped immediately, provided with a selection of options, and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Robert was the advisor who helped me and he was genuinely looking out for me in the process. Robert provided me recommendations of the work I should have them perform, which ultimately saved me money. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of customer service, work, and efficiency.

I was in a car accident and my passenger side took quite a bit of damage! C&W took only 1 WEEK to fix this and have me on the road again! Their work is phenomenal! They use some program which sends texts and updates you about your car so you never feel out of the loop! I definitely recommend this place.

I had a snow accident that jammed up my front bumper and rammed my car against another behind me. My insurance company suggested this location. Honestly, I was really hesitant because I was so used to going to Toyota for all my fixes-but their service fees are crazy due to the overhead and to be honest, also unintentionally impersonal. At C & W, my boyfriend and I were greeted with such a pleasant and professional welcome from Robert.
He laid out how they were going to work with my insurance and going to give me text updates every day. Robert was impressively keen to notice the little bumps on my car that weren't from the accident that I came in for (I don't know when he did it as I was talking to him non-stop the entirety of this first interaction, but he was really accurate).
Nothing was left to assumptions, and I had a quick initial drop off. Got updates via text from C &W, and a call from my insurance adjuster. All was good and expected my car to be in the same condition as before the accident. I was wrong to expect so little. We pulled into the back of the building and I saw this shining beauty-no snow residue AT ALL from the crazy snow storms, tires were crisp looking, and I don't know if I had rose tinted glasses or the inside of my car looked much cleaner than I had left it too (like I said.there was a snow storm so you can imagine).
Car looked new and you couldn't even tell there was an issue with it. They even seemed to fix up an issue I had with screwing in my license plate. I'm very happy with my service and although I hope I won't need to go back, this will be my spot and recommendation for my friends.
