I learned more about the auto-body repair and auto-insurance industry in 15 minutes with Nathan than I knew my whole life. As someone who got in their first car accident, I was thankful for Nathan's valuable insight and advice on how to best proceed.

C&C Collision does excellent work and Nathan and Rett, as well as the techs, are helpful. I had my car scratched by a road hazard and they helped touch up the rather deep scratch. They were able to match my matte paint (frozen grey) perfectly using 3 test cards until they found the right mixture. Then they applied the paint and I was very happy to see that the finish wasn't ruined from the touch up.

Their paint techs do an excellent job and really know what they're doing. Best part was that their price was very good, especially for how much work went into getting the touch up paint spot-on to the finish.

Some moron caused an accident that damaged my car badly, and I knew there was only one place I could trust to bring it to factory condition. It is C&C. Rett and staff were efficient, detailed, and went the extra mile to make sure the car was so shiny that you didn't need a mirror to double check your outfit and hair. They worked on the suspension and front end, measured the frame to make sure it wasn't warped. The car looks mint and my sanity has once again returned.

Just a few weeks after getting my brand new MBZ 580, I scratched the rear bumper while parking my vehicle. I brought it to C&C for the repairs and could not be happier with their work on it. Backed up into a metal out post - big bumper dent and rear left light was smashed. Rett went above and beyond. Gave a thorough evaluation - ordered the light replacement, called and booked me in. 30 min job plus lots of value adds where they pushed out the rear end bumper and cleaned the car for free. Looked wonderful when I picked it up. Excellent professional honest setup with a wonderfully clean wait room and a free coffee machine. I anticipated a much bigger bill but was pleasantly surprised and blown away by the value adds. Totally recommend!

Rett is so friendly, he will explain HOW they will help you to fix your car damage body, they show me their work efficiency, each staffs work hard and take care their customer. They will give you a good quote, front desk receptionist is so nice too, I recommend you to go to this place for auto body work, if it's a couple hours work, there's place around you can have meal, you will feel time flies.

Last week, they help me to install one of the best Catalyst Converter Protection aluminum plate that prevent thief to steal it. If you want to have this type of protector, contact them. You need a appointment first or quote.

When both my daughter and sister in law were in no fault accidents, C&C dealt directly with the insurance companies so that we didn't have to. Unfortunately I was in a car accident that was not my fault. Thankfully my friend recommended C&C Collision because I wouldn't know where else to go. Though it was the other persons fault, I had to use my own insurance to cover the cost of fixing my car. I stated that I only want OEM parts for my car and nothing less but my insurance was being an ass.

They kept saying this and that and thankfully Edgar and Nathan stepped up and fought for me! They are so well informed about the law and the auto industry and used it in the argument to get me what I wanted! I can't say how thankful I am to get my car back to how it was before the accident and how they fought so hard against the insurance company to make me happy with my baby in the end! This review has long been overdue however I would like to give my thanks to the professional and friendly service from Edith & Edgar. I got rear ended for the first time on the 60 freeway while going to work on my 2015 Mazda 3 GT. It was a good crack on the top bumper. After i looked up locations in the San Gabriel/Alhambra area, I remember C & C Collision when they were in Pasadena as my friend got services from them years ago.

I looked them up and paid a visit to find out more information. The location is tucked within an industrial area of Alhambra between Mission and Main. These guys did a good job in repairs and mostly use OEM parts! They are definitely within the upper echelon of repairs but they know what they are doing. Thanks for taking care of my car guys!

Got an estimate on a damaged bumper back in May, sent it to an adjuster and waited over a month for the claims adjuster to contact the shop. Adjuster contacts me saying the shop negotiated a new price. I call to confirm the new price for the job to learn that, actually my paint color is too complex or they can't source the paint or something or other, and they can't do the job after all. What a waste of time!

C & C came as a recommendation from the Bimmerpost forums so I went in to realign some body panels on my BMW F80. Rett did an initial diagnosis and said it was not a problem. He would have let his other employees do the job but as they were busy he gave it a try. Rett worked his magic and the body panels and headlight came out like new! You can trust your car for the simple and most complex work at C and C!

My BMW M4 was impacted driving from Florida to California after an object flew out from a guy's truck on the I-10 in Texas. Edgar, my primary contact at C&C, assured me that he would diagnose my vehicle carefully and accurately to identify all parts that were damaged.

Environment (A+): The office at C&C Collision was spotless. The lounge reminded me of one of the fancy dental offices. That's saying a lot for a auto body shop! Customer Service (A+): The front desk representative and Edgar were very cordial and responsive. Edgar even gave me a tour of the place, which was a great experience. Edgar remained in touch with me via text and got to me within an hour--always. COVID compliant?

All the staff wore masks. Thumbs up for safety. Enterprise/Auto Insurance Partnership (A+) - Extensive. They had a great relationship with the local Enterprise car shop which was a huge plus. In addition, they worked exceptionally well with my insurance company. My car was completed in 2 weeks with all the damage that was assessed and it looked immaculate. First off, I would like to thank Edith the front desk for being so welcoming and patient with me. She helped me with everything I needed and going above and beyond! She was amazing. Edgar was very informative and very helping and taking the time to go step by step on the parts and labor that needed done on my car and giving me the estimate that was more appropriate for the repair on my car!

The team at C&C Collision have done an amazing repair on my car. Like many on Yelp, I chose this shop based on the very favorable reviews. They worked with my insurance (Geico) in a timely fashion and was able to procure all original equipment manufacturing parts (OEM). My car's model year was the first introduced here stateside so it was quite a task for the staff to go through every part number in detail.

They made sure every part was correct upon receipt and verified the fitment. The paint job on the hood, bumper, and fenders are fantastic. The color matched great and there's no sign of overspray. Everything lined up nicely with no abnormal body gaps. Aside from the amazing repair, my many thanks to the staff for being so responsive to my questions throughout the whole process. Nathan and Blake were always very detailed whenever they gave me updates on my vehicle. Edith at the front desk was always polite and courteous. Paint is one of those things that you really need a trustworthy shop for. Expensive doesn't necessarily mean good nowadays, which is why I couldn't be happier that I went to C&C. Nathan took the time to explain exactly what they would do and helped me select the best plan of action for my car. He kept me updated throughout the entire paint process and even took the time to replace some trim pieces I didn't even know were damaged. The car was flawless when I picked it up and I would have been just as happy at 3 times the price. I can't recommend highly enough.

The very best! Friendly, communicative, honest, they do more than agreed. My Allstate appraisal came in under a proper repair. C&C acted as liaison, got an adjuster to come out and see that the task required reconditioned bumpers. They agreed (kudos to Allstate too). When I picked up my Lexus I had two like-new looking bumpers and a new tail pipe end. C&C also buffed the entire car to a sparkle.
