Very nice place, had a nail in my tire, outta there in 50 minutes on a Saturday morning

I am from utah and found myself with a flat tire. Hans at buds tire made time to help me. The great customer service and kind employees i would suggest this place to everyone.

Please think twice before taking your car for service at Bud's! The brake service that they did put my life and the lives of others in danger. I paid $586 for a replacement of the front pads and rotors. Shortly after the service, the brakes started squealing and one of them locked up while I was driving, causing my car to stop in the middle of the road. Fortunately, it was Sunday, and I was driving on local roads, so there wasn't a lot of traffic.

I took my car (Mercedes C32 AMG) to a different mechanic to check the brakes and he said that the brake pads were not assembled properly because they only used one pin instead of the necessary two. please see attached pictures showing irregular rotor and pad wear. I took the pads and rotors to Bud's to show them that they had incorrectly assembled the pads. the manager said that that work was under warranty and that they would refund me the money I had paid.

The manager said he would give me a call the next day to go pick up a check. I waited 3 day for a call and did not receive one. I vent and this time I was told to wait another 2 weeks. I waited three weeks and went back to the shop again to ask for refund. the manager finally said they would not refund me. Given that they put my life and the lives of others in danger (not to mention jeopardizing my car) and that they had the audacity to not refund me the money, I intend on suing.

I've been going to Bud's Tire for about 5 years now. I've always worked with Jesse and he's been extremely helpful. I highly recommend this business for any of your vehicle repair needs.

I was thrilled to read all of the positive posts. I know I and my son are going to need tires very soon and thought we had found our new place to go, as it's very close to us. I usually go to American Tire. American Tire will repair a tire, even if not bought there. That's why I became a customer but they aren't open on Sundays. The reviews said Budd tire does the same.

My husband was not given the same courtesy. I guess there are requirements that he didn't have. Interesting but not surprising these days. Super disappointed. I told him I should have been the one to go in. Update- Its been 6 days since my flat was repaired. I've driven 3 days. I went to have my tires rotated and was told legally they cant rotate them because the tire that had been fixed was at a 2.

I drive over a hundred miles a day. Thank heaven American Tire told us, instead of letting us drive away using an unsafe tire. Again disappointing. Right now I'm waiting as they put on 4 new tires. Should be safety first.

This was my first time there, as my old Tire Pros I went to closed after being sold, and the service I got from Jesse & Hanz at Buds was excellent. They are extremely professional and it reflects on their team they run as well. The mechanics did great work on their end and I am completely satisfied with my visit, keep up the consistency of work and you have a long time customer.

Buds always looks busy for a reason, they are honest, and do good work for a fair price. I have been here 3 times with 3 different vehicles, once for alignment, once for a set of tires, and once for patching of a punctured tire. I have received honest service without any unneeded upsells for a great price each time.

Hey everyone, I have been to buds a few times for my work vehicles and once to get some tires mounted on my jeep. I will say Bud is awesome and has always been helpful but his team needs a clean up. I have always been off about this place with being hung up on by Devin, having a check engine light come on on my work van a day after an oil change or NOW ending up with an unexplainable dent scratch on my car that magically appeared after leaving the car with them over night.

They mysteriously have no footage of how it happened or can help in anyway so just wanted to share. With this it has just confirmed my suspicions that there is some shady work going on. I am sure others have had better experiences but wanted to share mine as a 30year woodcrest resident!

Friendly place. Everyone is very respectful, curtious & kind. Bud is an awesome guy. We had great conversation. The prices are very fair & the team does awesome work as a whole mechanical & paper prep.
