The owner is nice and knowledgeable, however I was told my car would be ready in five days ( a small scratch on the bumper while I was backing out of the garage) It has been two weeks, and he is telling me he needs more time on the car. Not sure if it's due to lack of staff, but sixteen days seems excessive to me especially since I have to get a rental and I'm paying for this out of pocket.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Budget Auto. I took my car in first thing Monday morning, since they don't have appointments. The employees were very nice and efficient and were able to work with my timeline. The paint fix was done very well, on time, and for the lowest of all 3 quotes I had done. They even returned my car to me cleaner than it was when I took it in! A great place for paint work.

Recommended to us this company for a windshield replacement. I called and asked for a quote to compare prices with other companies. I was told that I couldn't get a quote over the phone. I had the VIN in hand and ready to give to them so they could identify the parts and give me a call back with the quote. The person I spoke to was not interested in doing the work.

I was able to get 3 other quotes over the phone or online. Very disappointing. Response to owner: This is the ONLY company I have contacted (out of 10 total) who will not give an estimate over the phone. There is no guess work in replacing a windshield when provided with the VIN. The part and the labor should be set and easily identifiable with the VIN provided.

This isn't like repairing a motor where you may run into other issues along the way or require other parts. The cracks are too big to repair and so a replacement is required.

Mickey took 10 minutes over the phone to provide guidance and advice regarding my car accident repair. So rare these days to find people willing to take time and really help. Thank you.

The customer service agent was pleasant and it seems they do good work, but he quoted me a price of $6,000+ for a 2007 car that is worth $4,000. That seems astronomical as I've gotten other subsequent estimates for a 1/3 of that cost. So it seems that the name 'Budget' Auto Painting is false advertising.

The original estimate I was given for painting my Jeep was 2 weeks. Took almost 4 months with me pestering them every week and threatening legal action. Further, the roll bar was apparently not included in the paint job. During the work, they lost my radio antenna and hood rod clip. Told me they ordered replacements. Several weeks went by and the antenna and clip hadn't yet arrived.

A few more weeks went by and Budget told me those parts were discontinued. Huh? Than how were they ordered? I went online and found a replacement antenna and latch in 5 minutes.

Quality work at a very reasonable price. I needed my side mirror painted to match the car after I had installed a new one. Even with the premium sparkle-type paint, they were able to match it perfectly!

Man let me tell y'all. James and the crew at Budget Auto are the best. In this industry it's hard to find good people who will look out for you. James is that guy. OUR ANGELS! Our car was broken into while we were visiting Atlanta. With the rear window smashed and Safelite not having any openings to come and fix it, we were desperate to get some help to at least cover the back to be able to get back. Budget Auto was closest to us so we went there. The two gentlemen at the store not only helped clean the trunk of our car of all the shattered glass but also temporarily fixed the window so we could get back home in safety.

They were so kind to us and DIDNT CHARGE US A PENNY! We are so overwhelmed! After a horrible incident we saw another side of Atlanta that made us grateful to these two kind, helpful gentlemen that were like angels to us. Thank you Budget Auto Painting. Budget Auto Painting and Collision Center has repaired my 2005 Camry three times. James Emerson is great and runs a tight ship. I got a quote with James Emerson of Budget Auto Painting for a two panel repair on a Friday. I dropped my car off late the following Monday, and received a call on Thursday to come pick it up. I can't visually spot the repair at all, and can only confirm the panels were ever damaged by playing with a magnet to see where the Bondo is. The reasons for this five star review include: * The quote wasn't the cheapest I received, but it was within about 10%. * James was willing to indulge my curiosity, even about things not really related to getting the work done (e.g. about how the tools they use work). (Incidentally, this is why I went with Budget, despite not being the cheapest quote.) * The repair was complete within the estimated time frame * The final bill was equal to the original estimate * The repairs seems to be high quality This was the first time I needed a professional car repair, and it was relatively painless.

I hope never to need one again, but if I do I'll return here first. edit - It also may be worth mentioning that I was happy enough with this work that I logged into my Yelp account for the first time in five years, according to the notifications I'm seeing.

Budget did a great job on the repairs to my Toyota. Service was performed exactly as requested, I was kept informed of when the vehicle was available for pick-up, there was no upselling or add on charges to the initial estimate. Straightforward and efficient service.

I came in with a new bumper that I wanted painted. No installation necessary. James quoted me $400 bucks for the bumper going by book value with line item breakdowns. While I was at it, I wanted my side mirror cover painted as well because the clear coat had failed. James manually entered a price of $200 dollars for the mirror cover. I thought it was odd because there was no line item breakdown for the mirror cover.

I figured it would come out to be less once he actually did the work and figured out how long it would take and the cost of the materials etc. I came in to pick up my parts today and expressed my concern over the price of the mirror cover and asked for a line item breakdown. He could not produce one because I guess he just made up a number on the spot during the initial quote.

I can't help the feeling that I got ripped off for it. He also told me that he dropped my bumper while painting it, and it is noticeable once you look for it. He also only returned one painted tow hook cover when I should have received two - the original one from my current bumper and the new painted one that came with the new bumper. The one I received back looks like my original cover because it has noticeable imperfections in it.

I even left a message saying not to lose it. Overall, the staff are nice and friendly. They work fast and if not for some less than optimal pricing and work done, It would have been 5 a five star review.

I recently side swiped my car on a concrete column in a parking deck and got several estimates around town. Budget Auto Painting was the 3rd place that I got an estimate and immediately decided it was where I wanted to get my car repaired. They had a great turn around time, they're very reasonably priced, and they were friendly from the time I got my estimate to the time I picked up my car. Mickey was extremely nice and made the process very easy. When I picked up my car, it looked better than it did before my accident. I can't say enough great things about Budget Auto Painting.

Honest and fair prices, easy to deal with but downside is it took ten, yes ten days to complete my repair. However, I didn't push for a rapid repair and they kept me in the loop the whole way through

My car has been hit twice and I have brought it to them each time. My sister and I have had unfortunate luck with our cars and have brought it to them knowing we could trust them. They have amazing turn around time, great customer service, and always keep you informed with your car while it is in their shop. I have been helped by Mickey and James, both have been amazing!

This place is great. I came to this place yesterday morning after 2 repair shops' failed attempt to fix the broken tail light assembly of my Venza. A very pleasant man (I forgot his name- I'm really sorry) greeted me and asked how he can help. I showed him the failed work of the 2 previous shops. He told me it was an easy fix and would not cost me much.

I waited for 12 minutes the most and he came back with my Car's tail light fixed. He did not charge me a dime. Wow! I am totally surprised. No wonder their parking lot is full. This place is great! service is great! I will definitely come back for all my car's body shop need. I highly recommend this place!

Once again I had to take care of an urgent issue regarding my car, and Mickie and company were wonderful. They are so honest and helpful and I wish they could do everything as I wouldn't go anywhere else. Below is an earlier review from Feb 2013: I learned about this body shop through Yelp and trusted the reviews and took my car to Mickey. I can say that this is one of the best experiences I have had with a body shop. Mickey and his team worked hard to get my Jetta ready in 24 hours (even though it was estimated by Progressive that it would take at least 3 days). Mickey and his team were sympathetic and patient and provided an excellent customer care/service.
