Very refreshing to work with a shop that's close by, and does what they say they will. I feel the staff is not only helpful but honest. I was referred here by a friend and have been more than satisfied with each visit.

I have been a regular customer at Buddys for many years. The folks at Buddys always meet my expectations and do so honestly, effectively, and completely. They have never tried to upsell or oversell their services. I can trust what they tell me about what needs to be done to my truck, how long it will take, and what the cost will be.

From the moment I stepped into Buddy's I knew I had found a shop that I could be confident in. The staff have a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner, there is a comfortable waiting area with comfortable seats, a selection of drinks and a TV. The wheel alignment carried out on my car was completed in a faster than expected time and at a very reasonable price.

There was a couple of issues noticed by the technician which may need attention in the future and I have no doubt that I will receive the same level of efficient, courteous service that I received on this occasion. Unfortunately it seems rare to find somewhere that have old school ways with modern capabilities, Buddy's auto repair and alignment is one of those places. I will be back.

Great Customer Experience And Quality Work! I had a very pleasant experience at Buddy's! They were extremely transparent and while I was there to simply check my alignment, they advised that it really isn't absolutely necessary but would recommend it since I just got new tires. They showed me the report, I decided to have the alignment done and wow were they fast.

I really appreciate their honesty, transparency, quick and stellar work! I would highly recommend their services! They also charge a reasonable price and are much more efficient with time than the dealership I normally go to. They saved me $50 and probably at least an hour of my day!

Please learn to listen to your customers in the future, I was denied a tire alignment service because I had a "bad tire" and that my alignment was fine. Discount Tire tested it the same day and said it was fine. Fast forward I'm on a cross country road trip and notice my inner wall getting shaved off like butter. Thankfully I made it from AZ to MN but what if I didn't. What if I was someone who didn't check these things and the tires popped on the freeway at 80mph? Listen to your customers. We're not all idiots.

All the Gentlemen at Buddy's are exceptional. Extremely friendly and thorough. I recently had a problem with my gas tank door. I couldn't open it and I dropped by Buddy's without an appointment. They dropped everything, probably spent 20 minutes fiddling with my gas tank door. Got it to work and didn't even charge me for it. I was so appreciative to them all.

I get all my car service there and they always seem to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Buddy's to anyone. We all want to feel confident that our cars are well looked after for a fair price and great service. It's my "go to place".

The team at Buddy's is amazing! I brought my Jeep in for an oil change, tire rotation and once over and they not only got it done quickly, but the cost was unbeatable. Buddy's did an excellent job replacing my brakes on my Infiniti Q50! I shopped around and they gave me the best rate by far! They were able to get me in on the same day and provided a loaner car while my car was being worked on! I would highly recommend this place and will be back.

I relied on Buddy's for many years, often for some oddball Jeep needs and was very pleased, commending them to a number of my coworkers. But a few years back they changed hands, and with that the personal, reliable touch seemed to wane. My last job was a Jeep Wrangler heater core replacement, which is a tedious, labor-intensive job of removing dash, steering wheel, and a zillion connections to remove the HVAC box and get at the $35 heater core.

I was in the middle of moving and didn't want to tackle it, so gave it to Buddy's. Mistake. Upon picking it up, I found that the vacuum lines were not attached so the defrost/panel/floor settings did nothing, which prompted a return trip and fix. Then I found they left the 12 VDC connections for my auxiliary lighting off--finding them squished behind the battery. Fixed that myself. Moved north, and for the next year I found myself finding other connections loose, and a serious electrical issue prompted by a ground that was improperly secured.

But the kicker was when I had to replace the core again. This time I did it myself, and once the dash was out I found evidence of seriously slap-dash work: the defroster tube wasn't even bolted down on the two mounting studs and worse, the single interior bolt for the HVAC box--which snugs the box against the various outlets to prevent air leakage--was completely missing.

And they had overtightened one of the firewall mounting bolts, which stripped the stud set in the HVAC box. In all fairness, they seemed good folks; always friendly, the prices consistent with the market, and willing to work with some non-standard parts and accessories. But this seems the culmination of a downhill slide, and I'd be cautious giving them any kind of complex job.

First time at Buddy's today. Oil change/ tire rotation. Got my truck in when they said and were done in less than an hour. Professional, courteous and efficient. Very pleased.

Pure luck brought me to Buddy's Auto, but great service will keep me as a customer! This is an A+ repair and maintenance shop where I found honesty and integrity when I needed fairly-priced, professional repair service on my treasured collectable car. I would like to take a moment to do a detailed review of Buddy's Auto Repair. 1. Service advisor I met Steve Read for the first time and he is truly a sunny personality who truly cares about every client who walks into their front door.

He tries to help you understand what might be wrong with your automobile and never tries to over sell you on needless services 2. Service technician One thing is certain their service bay has high tech equipment and their uniformed team of professionals love their jobs. At first glance if they weren't smiling, they were serious about getting their repairs done the first time. 3.

The service bay The service bay was very clean and full of cars needing tender loving care to fix their issues. I walked in the back room and was amazed at how clean it was. The restroom was very cleaned and the unisex restroom was recently rearrange to invite anyone to use. The customer waiting area It has all of the comforts needed while one waits.

Again, Buddy's did an excellent job! I have a custom car that I built starting from a bare frame to a complete sports car so you can imagine I'm very protective of my baby. The only guy I've ever let touch it is Rob at Buddy's. For the second time, he did a 4-wheel alignment after I upgraded a few things on the car and, of course, it again drives beautifully. Previously, he charged the air conditioning since that's another job that requires machinery and skills I don't have.

I referred a friend with a very pricey custom show car to Buddie's and he thanked me enough to pay a beer tab - that's gratitude! Rob, I guess I owe you a beer or two, also.

I was having issues with the ride of Odyssey. And since I had just purchased an expensive set of Michelin tires I made an appointment with Steve at Buddy's for an alignment and check out the issue with the ride I left the car at the shop and walked over to a nearby coffee shop. I wasn't there more than 15 minutes when I got a call from the shop letting me know I needed a wheel bearing and hub assembly.

I was given two options and when for the lengthier warranty. They told me the car would be ready by noon. The car was actually ready at 11 am and then I was on my way. The Odyssey now rides perfectly, almost like it's brand new. While there was no way to check the pricing on wheel bearing & hub assembly when Buddy's called me, I did check afterwards. The price was well with the normal charges for parts and labor. I would have no issues taking the van back to Buddy's for any additional repairs.

While on vacation in Scottsdale we had front end vibration that concerned us. Buddy's aligned our front end, replaced our steering column bushing, and an oil change. The price point was reasonable, and they gave us a loaner car for no charge so we would not interrupt our vacation plans. We could not have been more pleased.

We are on vacation from California and noticed my steering was shaking at 60mph? So we went on Yelp and found Buddys. They took really good care of my car. My car needed a rubber bushing in steering column and a front end alignment. He also rotated my tires and had him do an oil change. Plus he gave us a loaner car to use. I would highly recommend this place. Very happy with cost and good service.

We have a 2005 Acura MDX with over 120K miles. I was going to give it to my kids for local use but before doing so, I wanted to make sure it was safe. I brought it into Buddy's and they gave it a once over. For around $40, they told me that while it was safe, it needed quite a bit of work (read $$$) and were honest in stating that the car wasn't worth the repair costs. Nothing better than honesty in these situations and Buddy's passed the test with flying colors.

With a custom car I built from a bare frame, I am pretty fussy about who touches it. After a lot of research I had the alignment done by Rob at Buddy's and he treated it like his own and it tracks perfectly now. Next, I brought it back to get the air conditioning system charged and found the same expert service. I'm glad to post a good review because it's deserved.

I had an issue with my truck so I called them up and was told they had time to take a look at it on the same day. Went down there and explained what I thought could be the issue. One of the mechanics took my truck and about 30 minutes later confirmed what the issue was. I was quoted a fair price with labor. Left my truck and came back 3 hours later.

I was offered a loaner car but had my wife come get me so no need. The waiting room is nice and a good selection of beverages if you get thirsty. These guys are great and very friendly. I have no issues going to them again. I definitely recommend them without a doubt. Randy was super nice and friendly.

I've always trusted this shop with my cars. I just recently bought an Audi, and had to get brakes and a tune up done. I got an estimate from the dealership that was almost $800 more then what buddy's charged me. I am so glad I have this shop to go to. Now my car is running amazing again. Super trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone! Lifetime customer right here!

Great customer service from start to finish on any size of job, oil change and up. Love the courtesy car if available. They value your time and it shows. And they do great work - always good when your vehicle is so important to you.

I'm going to give them 5 stars all across the board. We've been trying to put in good shape our old 2001 Dodge Dakota. With terrible experiences with other auto repair shops. I found Buddy's business card on my windshield and decided to give them a try. They fixed the issues we had with our truck in a timely and efficient way. This was over a year ago.

We kept going back to them and now our old truck is looking and running better than ever with an AC working great in our Arizona heat. We still have more work to do in the truck and definitely will be back to them. They never keep the truck overnight, So far. The job is usually done the same day and we got a loaner car every time our truck is in their shop for repairs or maintenance.

I never had a problem scheduling an appointment and Brian always explain very clearly the charges of the repairs and the recommendations for next time. We will go to Buddy's Alignment & Auto Shop for all of our auto services in the future.

Shady place. They pretend to be extremely professional and nice but once the bill comes they change. I was told a certain price and when the bill came it was more. I asked why and was laughed at, told it's not really that much more. So? It was only about 10 more but why tell me a difference price to start with? Next up was the things the "notice" while working on the vehicle.

Engine mounts were bad and the serpentine belt was cracked. I took it to another shop and they told me none of these items needed to be replaced. edit: Interesting reply from you. You claim I'm a competitor? You keep sending me coupons in the mail! Octobers was the "shocktober" deal. It's very interesting you think I got an alignment. I didn't, but the review below is complaining about you changing the price did. Is that common practice for alignments?

Since you decided to mention the cost of alignments I'll comment. Network alignment is cheaper and Firestone offers a lifetime alignment deal for 180 or so. I don't know what dealer you go to but I doubt it's 200. I'll decline your offer to come back, even if you paid me I'd never bring my car there again. The shop I took it to after visiting you lifted the car and showed me the parts and how they were not worn. Saying a competitors opinion is not good is laughable.

They turned me away and told me I didn't need to spend any money with them! You told me I need to replace parts, they told me I didn't. How is their opinion bad? You didn't show me the "worn" parts. They showed me the parts were fine. An honest shop wouldn't give a fake list of parts that needed to be replaced or change the price on a customer, which another review claims you did. How are you an honest shop?

I have taken my car here many times for different services. They do an excellent job in all facets of their business. I have gotten alignment and oil services here. They do a very professional job at a great price. They also will allow you to bring in your own parts and will definitely save you money over the dealership. Brian and Randy are always there to help. Plus they also will give you a loaner car.
