Buckeye Body Shop

Over charge for small jobs got it done for half the price at recommendable shop been here before but I went threw my insurance last time and they quoted my back bumper damage for $2786 but the only thing that was damaged was the bumper and tail light.

Was very happy with our experience at Buckeye, despite having to go thru the uncomfortable experience of a fender Bender and having to go thru another driver's insurance, Ariel at Buckeye made the process quick and painless. The body work was very well done and they went above and beyond to assist with an issue with the car rental, assisted with a window issue we had and also removed a few hairline scratches we had which were not part of the repair. All in all, we were very happy with their professionalism and service. I thoroughly recommend them, especially if you own a Honda or Acura.

This is the second time I have used Buckeye Auto. Again, my vehicle looked as if nothing ever happened. Arial was the best service tech and the shop is well kept, and the same employees that I remember from my previous work done. I cannot say enough good about Buckeye. I will recommend them to anyone that I know who needs body work done. By far, THE best body shop in South Dade.

These guys, ABSOLUTELY A M A Z I N G! My car was rear ended, my tailgate and rear bumper.total disaster. I looked up all of the auto shops on the list that my insurance company provided and Buckeye ranked better than the rest! I can truly contest to their reputation! Absolutely top of the line body shop. I've had my cars in the passed painted by other shops but Buckeye is the shop i will be using from here on out. I felt completely safe leaving my car in their hands after seeing first hand how professional they are. And when i got my car back i was absolutely astonished with how amazing the work was done. It felt like i had s brand new car again! 10/10 would recommend buckeye body shop to every person i know!

Every single time, they: 1) set clear expectations 2) navigate the insurance company/claim for me 3) deliver excellent craftsmanship on time and on estimate. We had a great experience at Buckeye Body Shop. Phone calls returned, estimate was provided and then the total for the work done was less than estimate! Nice people, great work. Had to replace a bumper, have it painted to match and put back on car. Not one problem with any of the work. GREAT company! Highly recommend!

I had the best customer service and experience ever. I met with Rich (The Owner) and Ariel (Shop's Manager), before bringing in my car for an accident repair. They were patience and definitely caring. They delivered what was promised and on-time. The process was stress free. They handled everything for me. They made sure the process with the insurance and its repairs went seamless. I can honestly say, they are professionals working on your car/vehicle. They work on a lot of high-end cars. They are very reasonable and certainly experienced.

I just got my truck back today and I couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism from this shop! I only had my truck for 3 weeks before a lady going in the opposite direction of me dropped a box spring on the front end. They don't make them like they used to so as a result I had quite a bit of damage. I had only gone to Buckeye to get a quote for her insurance company (I had planned to take it elsewhere).

After talking with Rich I knew this was where I had to get my truck fixed. He and everyone else I spoke with are very down to earth and knowledgeable people. I recently got into my first car accident.which, might I add was NOT my fault! I was recommended by Largo Honda to repair my vehicle there, since my car was a lease. I dropped my car off on a Monday and received it the following Monday. Not their fault, I couldn't pick up my car on a Friday. I read previous reviews prior to coming to Buckeye and because of that I felt more comfortable to come in.

I spoke with both Rich and Ariel on a daily base, just to check on my car. They were wonderful to work with and honored my estimate from my insurance company. So, I didn't pay more than my deductible. Honestly, I would recommend this place to anyone! I already told a friend. It's hard to find reliable body shops.especially, as a woman.

I brought my car here as a Geico customer after my car was hit when parked. I was going to take my car to another body shop that Geico recommended until I read the reviews. Luckily, I was recommended to come here. Both Rich and Ariel provide excellent customer service and are empathetic to the stressful situation of having to be at a body shop. They are also very thorough and were able to get a supplement from Geico since Geico did not give a high enough estimate.

Rich gave me an estimated time of completion of just one week and was able to deliver on the expectations. They are extremely honest as well. One of the best surprises was that my car looked newer than before the accident! I highly recommend this body shop and would not take my car anywhere else.

If you're a woman with an insurance claim, be on the lookout! Ariel will take you for your money and have you feeling like he's doing you a favor! Completely dishonest and unprofessional in dealing with me. He asked for a deposit and then proceeded to demand the insurance issued check. Highway robbery! After feeling totally disrespected and had, walked back and demanded my check back. Honda will be sure to hear from me.

Buckeye Body Shop was highly recommended to us by a good friend. Had our Nissan Rogue repaired here recently. The owner, Rich, was wonderful. He gave us a detailed assessment of the damage, gave us options to consider re: the scope of the repair, and really walked us through the process. We felt Rich was very honest and fair and reasonable in price.

There were no surprises. When we picked up the car you could not tell where the damage was. They did a beautiful job and the car was even washed and detailed. I would highly recommend Buckeye Body Shop.

Someone backed into my 2011 Camry while it was parked and put a huge dent in the back bumper. I took it by this place and was immediately greeted by the manager Ariel in a very professional manner, who gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs. I made an appointment to drop it off in a week, they finished it sooner than they said they would so I also saved money on my rental car. They matched the factory paint perfectly. I highly recommend this paint and body shop!

It's taken almost 3 months to do what was at first promised to be a 3-week job! Worst Customer Service Representative Award: ARIEL! Very unprofessional. trashed the insurance company that was paying for the job and basically made me feel like a charity case cause they were "barely breaking even". In all the time that they took to get my car ready they never once called to give me a status report.

I would always have to call to ask what was going on and I kept getting promised it would be ready "next week". Save yourself a headache and go to Karl's just down the street!
