I love coming here when my vehicles need servicing or repairs. They're quick, efficient, friendly and keep you apprised of anything going on with your vehicle. Been coming here for years and will keep coming back. It's hard to find a business these days with a strong customer focus, a highly trained staff willing to take care of the customer and also willing to have reviews written of their work.

I first took my Volkswagen to them for a cracked oil pan a few months back, gave the most reasonable quote, had it changed and ready for me by noon. About a month ago I needed new spark plugs and a coil pack and once again done same day. Bryan's is the only place in town I would recommend to anyone! Quality work in a timely manner and reasonable prices for sure.

Great work. Reasonable pricing. I was able to drop off before they opened and pick my car up that afternoon for plugs, engine light diagnostic, and sensor replacement.

Best place to get any mechanical or suspension work done & by far the best prices I have ever seen at a shop! Bryan's Automotive in Lacey is getting the Escalade 100% ready for our trip to Oklahoma. I'm beyond glad they were recommended! Bryans is saving us over $800 on our suspension work compared to other quotes including Les Schwab. I am blown away by their service!

Back again! They got me in right away, fixed my car and sent me on my way. The lounge area is comfy with coffee. Fast and honest service. I'll definitely come back.

I brought my truck in to have oil leak looked at and the technicians at Brian's Automotive did a great job diagnosing no problem with my vehicle. The reason for the two stars is that after paying for the service and getting ready to take my vehicle home somehow they have lost the key to it. It now sit up front and not behind the fence for the entire weekend waiting for a key. I will update when this is resolved

Very understanding staff (Josh is great!) and fixes the jobs that need to get done. Due to snow I had to reschedule and offered to pay for the service that was completed over the phone, but they said don't worry about it and to pay at the next appointment. Very cool. My car is running great, headlight fixed, and engine/battery light is off thank god.

This shop is limited to what they can do. 2 times I have had them deny working on a car of mine. Originally having them towed there, having to figure something else out. One was electrical, no start and the other was suspension related. Electrical, and suspension, I would go elsewhere. Otherwise you may have to find somewhere else to go. Pick wisely if going there. Basic things, you shouldn't have a problem.

I have used Bryan's in the past and enjoyed their service. My vehicle broke down recently and I had it towed to their business. After evaluating it, they determined the starter was bad. Since the current starter had a lifetime warranty, I told them I would get a replacement starter and bring it to the to install. They refused to allow me to bring in a new starter and wanted me to pay for a new starter so they could get the markup on the starter.

The place I bought the original starter from agreed to give me a new one, but Bryan's wouldn't allow that. They replaced a wire and I had it towed to another garage who gladly replaced my starter with a new one under warranty. It is unfortunate they Bryan's is only out for the money and not customer service. No longer my or my family's choice for automotive repair. Lost a lot of future business from my family, relatives, co-workers and friends.
