Outstanding Service! They gave me and my daughter a ride back home while my car was being worked on and then picked me up when it was ready, this was a first for me for any vehicle repair shop. They were fair and honest and offered coupons without my asking. I highly recommend these guys and will certainly be back.

Brown's has serviced our hotel fleet for many years. Great guy honest and does great work. He even has his own tow truck which comes in handy when your vehicle breaks down. I called around after relocating to this area to find a mechanic that would be trustworthy. I believe we have found him. I have a 2009 Tahoe that I love and have no desire of replacing, we noticed oil stain in the driveway, I called Brown's they were very honest and said they could swing by and take a look( as they are in my neighborhood). After the initial look it was determined we needed some work done and made an appointment to take the car in. Took the car in dropped it off, Richard called that afternoon and explained his initial thought was correct and the part needed to be replaced.

Fast forward a few days after getting the car back, my husband goes to run an errand and can't get down the street the car has no power. My initial thought oh no! But we got it back in the driveway text Richard who came straight over with his computer, diagnosed it and replaced the damaged part. ON A SATURDAY MORNING! Granted one repair had nothing to do with the other, he was still willing to come check his work and repair my vehicle! We will only use them from now on :)

How many times have you been asked "do you know a good mechanic?" Well look no further than Richard Brown. He is a very honest affordable mechanic that will help keep your vehicle running. He understands what is needed to keep you going or what needs to do to make it like new. There is no pressure either way, always safe, and at the right cost. I would highly recommend.

Owners seemed very nice and willing to work with us to repair problems with my 2004 Tahoe that ended up costing $4,000 in repairs. He worked with us on a payment plan (which they got their payment VERY quickly considering the insane cost of the repair) and ensured that the vehicle would be running top notch for at least a few years. It's only been about 6 months since all repairs were finished. Had someone very knowledgeable in vehicles look over what is wrong with it and what Brown's did to it.

His response was "Whoever did these "repairs" is either a crook or completely incompetent." Unfortunately this person was not in my area otherwise I would have used him initially. Not only did he overcharge us for literally everything (pricing out parts 4X THE ACTUAL PRICE) but the vehicle now doesn't run because of his horrible work. He may do well with small repairs but a big job like this one is not his area of expertise. I am now out $4,000 and no car. So beyond livid and I hope this post saves someone else from losing that much money.

Been to many mechanics and this family run autoshop is what you hope for. Honest, friendly, timely, and fair priced. Grapevine Ford wanted to charge me $12,000 for a refurb engine on my f150. Ricky was willing to actually take time to diagnose the problem and fixed my truck for $2,600. Awesome people that take pride in what they do!

Car wouldn't start. Wouldn't jump either. The tow guy and I were pretty sure it was the starter. Had it towed to Brown's because I had used them before and they advertise free estimates. Their free estimate was that they would do an electronics check for about $120., then would give me another estimate based on that. We decided not to have them do that.

I called another shop, had my car towed there, they evaluated and changed my starter. I think I saved myself $120 minus the 2nd tow of $30. Everything is working great now. Richard Brown called me after seeing my original Google Maps review to apologize personally. I respect that. As I told him, Brown's still earned a 4 of 5 stars in spite of the miscommunication by his staff on this occasion. We've used Brown's before and they earned 5 Stars on each prior visit. We recommend Brown's and am sure we will have them work on our cars again in the future.

Finally I have found an affordable auto center that I trust. While other centers insisted my truck needed a new engine, Richard Brown disagreed and had my truck running like new for half the cost of a new engine. I also trust they will not do unnecessary repairs. When performing maintenance on our newer vehicle, they saw an issue that needed attention.

Instead of charging me to make the repair, they suggested it may still be covered under warranty. Again saving me hundreds of dollars. Brown's Automotive integrity puts other service centers to shame, including car dealerships!

Super nice people and incredibly helpful and honest. I got an estimate here that was $500 less than the estimate I got at a franchise auto place. They were very busy, but fixed my problem in the same day and my vehicle working great now. I highly recommend Brown's and will be doing all my car work here in the future.
